హైదరాబాద్ : “తెలంగాణ తెచ్చామని చెప్పుకుంటున్న కేసీఆర్ కు రెండుసార్లు అవకాశం ఇచ్చారు. తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చిన కాంగ్రెస్ కు ఒక్కసారి అవకాశం ఇవ్వండి. తెలంగాణకు పూర్వ వైభవం, ఇందిరమ్మ రాజ్యం తీసుకొస్తాం” అన్నారు టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి. యాత్ర ఫర్ ఛేంజ్ పాదయాత్రలో భాగంగా వరంగల్ ఈస్ట్ నియోజకవర్గంలో శరణ్య గార్డెన్స్ పెద్దమ్మ గడ్డ నుంచి వరంగల్ చౌరస్తా వరకు రెడ్డి పాదయాత్ర నిర్వహించారు. ఎంజీఎం సర్కిల్ వద్ద రాజీవ్ గాంధీ విగ్రహానికి పూల మాల వేసి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పాదయాత్ర ప్రారంభించారు. అనంతరం వరంగల్ చౌరస్తాలో నిర్వహించిన జనసభలో ప్రసంగించారు.
ఈ ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన వంగర బిడ్డ పీవీ నరసింహరావు దేశానికి ప్రధాని అయ్యారు. పాదయాత్రలో ఎవరిని కలిసినా సంతోషంగా లేదు. నా మీద కోపంతో కొడంగల్ ను అభివృద్ధి చేయలేదనుకున్నా. కానీ కొండా దంపతుల మీద కోపంతో వరంగల్ ను కూడా అభివృద్ధి చేయలేదు. ఈ నగరాన్ని చెత్తకుప్పగా మార్చిర్రు. గొప్ప చరిత్ర ఉన్న ఈ వరంగల్ కు 2014 నుంచి గ్రహణం పట్టింది.
ప్రపంచానికి మేధావులను అందించిన చరిత్ర కాకతీయ యూనివర్సిటీది. అలాంటి కాకతీయ యూనివర్సిటీలో నియామకాలు లేవు, ప్రొఫెసర్లు లేని పరిస్థితి. ఉద్యోగాలు లేక సునీల్ నాయక్ అనే విద్యార్ధి ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నాడు. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో యూనివర్సిటీ విద్యార్థుల పాత్ర మరువలేనిది. వరంగల్ ఈస్ట్, వెస్ట్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఇద్దరు బిల్లా రంగాలు. ఏ ఖాళీ జాగా కనిపిస్తే అది కబ్జా. వీరి గంజాయి మత్తులో విచక్షణరహితంగా దాడులకు తెగబడుతున్నారు. ఇటువంటి బిల్లా రంగాలు ఈ పోరు గడ్డకు అవసరమా. వీరికోసమేనా తెలంగాణ వచ్చిందా.

తండ్రికొడుకులు చెప్తరు వరంగల్ అంటే మాకు ప్రేమ. వీరికి ఇక్కడి వేల కోట్ల విలువైన భూముల మీద ప్రేమ. వరంగల్ లో ఏ ఎమ్మెల్యే అయినా ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నారా? వరంగల్ లో బీఆర్ఎస్ నేతలు భూములు ఆక్రమించుకుని దోచుకుంటున్నారు. అజాం జాహీ మిల్లు కార్మికులకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన భూమి ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పంపిణీ చేయలేదు. వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో ఏ ఎమ్మెల్యేను తీసుకున్నా ఉద్యమంలో వీరి దగ్గర ఏమీ లేదు. కానీ ఇప్పుడు వేల కోట్లకు పరిగెత్తారు. వరంగల్లో విలువైన భూములను ఆక్రమించుకొని వేల కోట్ల రూపాయాలు సంపాందించారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ చేసిన అభివృద్ధి తప్ప వరంగల్ లో ఈ తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో ఏ అభివృద్ధి జరగలేదు. దళిత ముఖ్యమంత్రి, దళితులకు మూడెకరాల భూమి, మైనార్టీలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు, పోడు భూములకు పట్టాలు, ప్రతి నియోజకవర్గంలో 100 పడకల ఆస్పత్రి, మండల కేంద్రంలో 30 పడకల ఆస్పత్రి, నిరుద్యోగభృతి, డబుల్ బెడ్రూమ్ ఇళ్లు, రైతుకు రుణమాఫీ, కేజీ టు పీజీ ఉచిత విద్య, ఇంటికో ఉద్యోగం..ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో ఏ ఒక్క హామీ కూడా నెరవేరలేదు. కానీ అదే తొమ్మిది నెలల్లో వెయ్యి ఎకరాల్లో కేసీఆర్ కు ఫామ్ హౌస్, కొడుకుకు 500 ఎకరాల ఫామ్ హౌస్ వచ్చింది, కానీ 9 నెలలో ప్రగతి భవన్ పూర్తయింది. వాస్తు కోసం 9 నెలలో సచివాలయం నిర్మాణం పూర్తయింది. తప్ప పేదలకు ఒరిగిందేం లేదు.
రాష్ట్రంలో ఈ రావణకాష్టానికి పరిష్కారం లేదా? ఎంత కాలం వీరి పాలనను భరిద్దాం. వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో ఏదీ తీసుకున్నా కాంగ్రెస్ చేసిందే. నేషనల్ ఇన్ స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ టెక్నాలజీ, కాకతీయ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం, ఎంజీఎం ఆస్పత్రి, కాజీపేట రైల్వే జంక్షన్, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు..ఇలా ఈ రోజు ప్రతి గ్రామంలో, మండలంలో కనిపించే బడి, గుడి అన్ని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ చలవే. తెలంగాణ తెచ్చిన అన్నోడికి రెండు సార్లు ఇచ్చారు. తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చిన కాంగ్రెస్ కు ఒక్క అవకాశం ఇవ్వండి. వరంగల్ లో కొండా దంపతులను ఆశీర్వదించండి. వారు మిమ్మల్ని కడుపులో పెట్టుకుని చూసుకుంటారు. వైఎస్ హయాంలో వారికి ఎలాంటి గౌరవం దక్కిందో.. రాబోయే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో అదే గౌరవం ఉంటుంది.

2024, జనవరి1న కొత్త సంవత్సరంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలో ఉంటుంది. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో ఇళ్లు కట్టుకునే ప్రతీ పేదవాడికి రూ.5లక్షల ఆర్థిక సాయం చేస్తాం. రైతులకు రూ. 2లక్షల రుణమాఫీ చేసి వారిని ఆదుకుంటాం. పేదలకు వైద్యం అందించేందుకు 2 లక్షలు ఉన్న ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ మార్జిన్ ను 5లక్షలకు పెంచుతాం. కాంగ్రెస్ గెలిస్తేనే పేదల బతుకులు బాగుపడతాయి. ఆడబిడ్డలకు రూ.500 లకే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ అందిస్తాం. ఇన్నీ మంచి పనులు చేయాలంటే తెలంగాణ గడ్డపై కాంగ్రెస్ జెండా ఎగరేయండి.
కేసీఆర్ 3 వైన్ షాపులు, 60 వేల బెల్ట్ షాపులు తెరిచిండు. ఆనాడు కాంగ్రెస్ రైతు బజార్లు తెరిస్తే… ఈయన బెల్టు షాపులు తెరిచిండు. బెల్టుతో కొడితే తప్ప గులాబీ నాయకులకు బుద్థి రాదు. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వస్తే బెల్టు షాపులను ఏర్పాటు చేసిన వారిని కఠినంగా శిక్షిస్తాం. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలో ఉన్న హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్, రాజస్థాన్, చత్తీస్ గఢ్, జార్ఖండ్ రాష్ట్రాలలో పాత పెన్షన్ స్కీమ్ తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఇక్కడ అధికారంలోకి వస్తే పాత పెన్షన్ విధానాన్ని తీసుకొస్తాం. ఇన్నీ మంచి పనులు చేయాలంటే కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి మీరు అధికారం ఇవ్వాలి. వరంగల్ ఈస్ట్ నియోజకవర్గంలో కొండా సురేఖమ్మ గెలుపు ఖాయం.. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి రావడం ఖాయం.
వరంగల్లో బీఆర్ఎస్ గుండాల రాజ్యం
వరంగల్లో బీఆర్ఎస్ గూండాల రాజ్యం నడుస్తోందన్నారు టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి. సోమవారం బీఆర్ఎస్ నాయకుల చేతిలో దాడికిగురై ఆస్పత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతున్న యూత్ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు పవన్ ను ఆయన మంగళవారం ఉదయం పరామర్శించారు. పవన్ ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితిపై వైద్యులను వివరాలు అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. మెరుగైన వైద్యం కోసం హైదరాబాద్ అపోలోకు తరలించాలని సూచించారు. అనంతరం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ చైతన్యవంతమైన వరంగల్ గడ్డపై ఇలాంటి దాడులు జరగడం దుర్మార్గమన్నారు.
ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో గత తొమ్మిదేళ్లుగా బీఆరెస్ గూండాల రాజ్యం నడుస్తోంది. రౌడీ కార్యక్రమాలకు కథానాయకుడు వరంగల్ వెస్ట్ ఎమ్మెల్యే. ఎమ్మెల్యే వినయ్ భాస్కర్ అనుచరులు.. గంజాయి బానిసలు మత్తులో అరాచకాలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. అక్రమ సంపాదన కోసం ల్యాండ్, సాండ్, మైన్, అటెంప్ట్ రేప్ లలో కూడా బీఆరెస్ నేతలే ఉంటున్నారు. ఎమ్మెల్యే ఆదేశాల మేరకే తనపై దాడి జరిగిందని పవన్ చెప్పాడు. ఈ మొత్తం ఘటనకు ఎమ్మెల్యే వినయ్ భాస్కర్ కారణం. ఎమ్మెల్యే వినయ్ భాస్కర్, అతని గంజాయి ముఠాపై హత్యానేరం కింద అరెస్టు చేయాలి. ఎమ్మెల్యే, అతని ముఠా సభ్యులను అరెస్టు చేయాల్సిన పోలీసులు వారిని కాపాడుతున్నారు. రాజకీయంగా వారికి నూకలు చెల్లాయనే ఎమ్మెల్యే ముఠా పవన్ ను చంపాలని ప్రయత్నిచారు. తీవ్ర గాయాలపాలైన పవన్ చావు నుంచి తప్పించుకున్నాడు.
రాజకీయ ఒత్తిళ్లతో పోలీసులు తమ విధి నిర్వర్తించడం లేదు. ఇప్పుడున్న ఎమ్మెల్యేలు శాశ్వతం కాదు. క్రిమినల్ చర్యలను ఉక్కు పాదంతో అణచాల్సిన పోలీసులు నిర్లక్ష్యంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. దాడులు చేసి వీడియోలు చిత్రీకరించి బెదిరిస్తున్నా.. పోలీసులు నిస్సహాయంగా ఉండటం మంచిది కాదు. ఇది ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తుల మధ్య జరిగిన ఘటన కాదు.. మా యాత్రపైనే దాడి జరిగినట్టు. పర్యవేక్షించాల్సిన డీజీపీ వైపు నుంచి స్పందన లేదు. దీన్ని కాంగ్రెస్ శ్రేణులు సహించరు. కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలపై దాడులకు నిరసనగా అన్ని మండల కేంద్రాల్లో కేసీఆర్ దిష్టిబొమ్మను దహనం చేయడంతోపాటు అంబేద్కర్ విగ్రహానికి వినతిపత్రం సమర్పించాల్సిందిగా పిలుపినిస్తున్నా.
తర్వాత ఆస్పత్రి నుంచి పాదయాత్రగా వెళ్లి వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ ఏవీ రంగనాథ్ కు సంబంధిత ఘటనపై ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. “మా సభలపై దాడులు చేసి సభలు జరగకుండా చేయాలని కేసీర్ అనుకుంటే…రేపటి నుంచి కేసీఆర్ ఏ ఊర్లో ఒక్క సభ కూడా జరపలేడు. మా మౌనాన్ని చేతకానితనంగా భావించొద్దు. మా సంయమనాన్ని పరీక్షిస్తే కాంగ్రెస్ చూస్తూ ఊరుకోదు. దాడులే ప్రాతిపదికగా రాజకీయం చేద్దామంటే కేసీఆర్.. తేదీ, స్థలం ప్రకటించండి. కేసీఆర్ ఫామ్ హౌస్ అయినా, వరంగల్ హంటర్ రోడ్డు అయినా ఎక్కడైనా సిద్ధం” అని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి హెచ్చరించారు.

సాయన్న అంత్యక్రియలు అధికారిక లాంఛనాలతో చేయకపోవడం దళితుల ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని కించపరచడమే. టీపీసీసీ సీనియర్ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు. 5 సార్లు ఎమ్మెల్యే గా గెలిచి, సిట్టింగ్ ఎమ్మెల్యే సాయన్న అంత్యక్రియలను ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయడం దారుణం. ఎవరెవరికో మన రాష్ట్రం కానీ వారికి పదవుల్లో లేని వారికి అధికారిక లాంఛనాలతో అంత్యక్రియలు చేసిన ప్రభుత్వం ఒక దళిత నేత, మచ్చ లేని నాయకుడు, 5 సార్లు ఎమ్మెల్యే గా గెలిచిన సాయన్నను కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయడం ఆయనకు దళితుల పట్ల ఉన్న చిన్న చూపునకు నిదర్శనం. దళిత బంధు అంటూ దగా చేయడం, అంబేత్కర్ విగ్రహాలు అంటూ మోసం చేయడం కాదు, దళితుల ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని కాపాడాలి. ఈ విషయంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ దళిత జాతికి భేషరతుగా క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలి. ఇప్పటికైనా కేసీఆర్ నైజాన్ని దళితులు అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి.
Give one chance to Congress Party… We will bring Indiramma’s regime: TPCC President Revanth Reddy at Yatra for Change Padayatra
“KCR, who claims to have brought Telangana, was given a chance twice. Give one chance to Congress which has given Telangana. We will bring Telangana its former glory and Indiramma’s regime,” said TPCC President Revanth Reddy. As part of the Yatra for Change Padayatra, Reddy conducted a padayatra from Saranya Gardens Peddamma Gadda to Warangal Chowrastha in Warangal East Constituency. Revanth Reddy started the padayatra by garlanding the statue of Rajiv Gandhi at MGM circle. Later he addressed a public meeting held at Warangal Chowrastha. PV Narasimha Rao, the son of Vangara from this region, became the Prime Minister of the country.
Revanth Reddy said that no one is happy whomever he met during the padayatra. He continued saying that Kodangal was not developed out of anger towards him. But even Warangal is not developed due to anger on the Konda couple. Don’t turn this city into a dump yard. Warangal, which has a rich history, has been in doom days since 2014. Kakatiya University has a history of contributing intellectuals to the world. But now the situation in Kakatiya University is bad where there are no appointments and no professors. A student named Sunil Naik committed suicide due to lack of jobs. The role of university students in the Telangana movement is unforgettable. Warangal East and West MLAs are Bill and Ranga (partners in crime). They indiscriminately encroach the lands. They are resorting to assaults under the influence of cannabis. Does this revolutionary land need such criminals? Did Telangana come for their sake?
Father and son (KCR and KTR) say that they love Warangal.vThey love the land worth thousands of crores here. Is any MLA available to the people in Warangal? BRS leaders are occupying and looting lands in Warangal. This government has not distributed the land to be given to Azam Jahi mill workers. No MLA in Warangal district had nothing during the Telangana movement. But now they have thousands of crores. They encroached valuable lands in Warangal and earned thousands of crores of rupees. Except for the development done by Congress, no development has taken place in Warangal in these nine years.
Dalit Chief Minister, three acres of land for Dalits, reservation for minorities, railways for waste lands, 100-bed hospital in each constituency, 30-bed hospital in mandal centre, unemployment benefits, double bedroom houses, loan waiver for farmers, free education from KG to PG, job for every household…not a single promise was fulfilled in these 9 years. But in just 9 months of time, KCR got a farm house of 1000 acres and his son got a farm house of 500 acres, and Pragati Bhavan was completed. Construction of Secretariat for Vastu completed in 9 months. But the poor could gain nothing.
Is there no solution to this demonic rule in the state? How long do we have to bear with their rule? Whatever the development present in Warangal district, it has been done by the Congress. National Institute of Technology, Kakatiya University, MGM Hospital, Kazipet Railway Junction, Indiramma Houses..and all the schools and temples found in every village and mandal today are developed by the Congress party only. Twice the chance was given to the person who said that he brought Telangana. Give one chance to Congress which gave Telangana.
Bless the Konda couple in Warangal. They take care of you as their own children. Whatever respect they got during the YS regime, they will have the same respect in the upcoming Congress government. Congress party will be in power in the new year January 1, 2024. We will give financial assistance of Rs.5 lakh to every poor person who builds houses under the Congress government. We will support them by waiving the loan of Rs. 2 lakhs. We will increase the Arogyasri margin from 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs to provide health care to the poor. The lives of the poor will improve only if Congress wins. We will provide a gas cylinder for women for Rs.500.
Revanth Reddy stated that if you want all these good things to be done, make COngress win and hoist the Congress flag on Telangana soil. KCR opened 3 wine shops, 60 thousand belt shops. While Congress had opened Rythu bazaars, KCR opened belt shops. BRS leaders will not learn their ways unless beaten with a belt. If Congress comes to power, those who set up belt shops will be severely punished. The old pension scheme was brought again in the states of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand where the Congress party is in power. If we come to power here, we will adopt the old pension system. You should give power to the Congress party to do all these good things. Konda Surekhamma’s victory in Warangal East constituency is certain. Congress is certain to come to power.
Regime of BRS Goons in Warangal
TPCC President Revanth Reddy said that there is regime of BRS goons going in Warangal. On Tuesday morning, he visited Youth Congress leader Pawan, who was being treated in the hospital after being attacked by BRS leaders on Monday. Revanth Reddy enquired the doctors about Pavan’s health condition. He was advised to move to Hyderabad Apollo for better treatment. Speaking to the media later, he said that such attacks in Warangal are evil. The regime of BRS goons has been going on in the combined Warangal district for the past nine years.
Warangal West MLA is the head of the rowdy activities. Followers of MLA Vinay Bhaskar who are addicted to Ganja are committing heinous acts. BRS leaders are involved in land, sand, mine illegal incomes and even involved in rape cases. Pawan said that he was attacked by the orders of the MLA. MLA Vinay Bhaskar is responsible for this whole incident. MLA Vinay Bhaskar and his ganja gang should be arrested for attemptive murder. The MLA and his gang are being protected by the police who are supposed to arrest them. The gang of MLAs tried to kill Pawan because they know that they lost politically. Pawan, who was seriously injured, just escaped death.
Police are not doing their duty due to political pressure. Current MLAs are not permanent. The police, who are supposed to suppress criminal activities with an iron foot, are acting carelessly. It is not good for the police to be helpless even if attacks are made and videos are shot to threaten. This is not an incident between two people.. It is an attack on our Yatra itself. There is no response from the DGP to be monitored. Congress party members will not tolerate this. In protest against the attacks on Congress party workers, KCR’s effigy should be burnt in all mandal centres and a representation should be submitted to Ambedkar’s statue.
Later, he went on foot from the hospital and complained about the incident to Warangal Police Commissioner AV Ranganath. “If KCR wants to prevent our meetings to happen by attacks… KCR will not be able to hold a single meeting in any town from tomorrow. Don’t mistake our silence for helplessness. Congress will not stay idle if our patience is tested. Let’s do politics with attacks as the challenge KCR.. announce the date and place.Be it KCR Farm House or Warangal Hunter Road,” warned Revanth Reddy.
