Hyderabad : Telangana State Information Commissioner PV Srinivasa Rao attended as chief guest for theAwareness Program On RTI Act-2005. He explained that this law should be used in the right way, so that corruption does not occur, governance is transparent, and that this law will be useful in ensuring that justice is restored to anyone who has been wronged anywhere in the administration. It is enough if the officials are transparent, and as long as they do not do wrong or injustice, there is nothing to fear from anyone.
He revealed that the cases pending in the commission are being resolved expeditiously. He suggested that it would be enough to read the applications received comprehensively and get information from the relevant section and resolve them. Right to Information Act – 2005 was formulated with the good intention of ensuring that injustice is not done to the common man and that justice is done even if injustice is done.
Dr. L. Vijaya Krishna Reddy Registrar, BRAOU preside over the program. He said that every employee should be aware of the RTI-2005 Act. He also said that the university regularly organizes several awareness programs on the law for employees. All Directors, Deans, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Members and representatives of various Service Associations office bearers were present.

హైదరాబాద్ : సామాన్యులకు అన్యాయం జరగకుండా, ఒకవేళ అన్యాయం జరిగినా న్యాయం చేసేలా సదుద్దేశ్యంతో రూపొందించిందే “సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం – 2005” అని తెలంగాణ సమాచార కమిషనర్ పి.వి. శ్రీనివాసరావు పేర్కొన్నారు. డా. బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ ఓపెన్ యూనివర్సిటీలో గురువారం “సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం, 2005” పై అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా తెలంగాణ సమాచార కమిషనర్, శ్రీ పి.వి. శ్రీనివాసరావు పాల్గొని “సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం -2005” పై ఉద్యోగులకు అవగాహన కల్పించారు.
అయన మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ చట్టాన్ని సరైన మార్గంలో ఉపయోగించుకోవాలని, అవినీతి జరగాకుండా, పాలన పారదర్శకంగా జరిగేలా, పాలనలో ఎక్కడ అయినా ఎవరికి అయినా అన్యాయం జరిగినా తిరిగి న్యాయం పొందేలా ఈ చట్టం ఉపయోగ పడుతుందని ఆయన వివరించారు. అధికారులు పారదర్శకంగా ఉంటె చాలు అని, తప్పు, అన్యాయం చేయనంత వరకు ఎవరికీ భయపడాల్సిన పని లేదన్నారు. కమిషన్ లో పెండింగ్ లో ఉన్న కేసులను త్వరితగతిన పరిష్కరిస్తున్నామని వెల్లడించారు. వచ్చిన అప్లికేషన్ సమగ్రంగా చదివి, సంబధిత సెక్షన్ నుంచి సమాచారాన్ని తెప్పించి పరిష్కరిస్తే సరిపోతుందని ఆయన సూచించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి విశ్వవిద్యాలయ రిజిస్ట్రార్ డా. యల్. విజయ కృష్ణారెడ్డి అధ్యక్షత వహించారు. ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ RTI-2005 చట్టం గురించి ప్రతి ఉద్యోగికి అవగాహన ఉండాలన్నారు. విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో ఉద్యోగులకు క్రమం తప్పకుండా చట్టంపై అనేక అవగాహనా కార్యక్రమాలను నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. కార్యక్రమంలో అన్ని విభాగాల డైరెక్టర్లు, డీన్లు, అధ్యాపక, అధ్యపకేతర సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
