హైదరాబాద్ : దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే జనరల్ మేనేజర్ సంజయ్ కుమార్ శ్రీవాస్తవ, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కె. రామకృష్ణారావు మరియు ఇతర రాష్ట్ర సీనియర్ అధికారులతో కలిసి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని రైల్వే ప్రాజెక్టులకు సంబంధించిన సమస్యలపై చర్చించేందుకు ఈ రోజు సికింద్రాబాద్లోని రైల్ నిలయంలో సమన్వయ సమావేశాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే అదనపు జనరల్ మేనేజర్ సత్య ప్రకాష్; వివిధ శాఖల ప్రధాన అధిపతులు, సికింద్రాబాద్ మరియు హైదరాబాద్ డివిజన్ల డివిజనల్ రైల్వే మేనేజర్లు మరియు ఇతర సీనియర్ అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం మరియు రైల్వేల మధ్య సంబంధాలను, సమన్వయాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేసే లక్ష్యంతో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి మరియు ఇతర రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికారుల భాగస్వామ్యంతో రైల్వే ప్రాంగణంలో జరిగిన మొదటి సమావేశం ఇది. ఈ సమావేశంలో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో అమలు చేస్తున్న రోడ్ అండర్ బ్రిడ్జ్ (ఆర్.యూ.బి) / రోడ్ ఓవర్ బ్రిడ్జ్ (ఆర్.ఓ.బి ), కొత్త రైలు మార్గాల నిర్మాణం, స్టేషన్ల అభివృద్ధి, స్టేషన్లకు అనుసంధాన మార్గాలు మొదలైన మౌలిక సదుపాయాల ప్రాజెక్టులకు సంబంధించిన వివిధ అంశాలపై రైల్వే అధికారులు పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రెజెంటేషన్ ద్వారా వివరించారు.
తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని రోడ్డు అండర్ బ్రిడ్జ్/రోడ్ ఓవర్ బ్రిడ్జ్ పనుల మంజూరు, అమలు ప్రక్రియలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుండి అందవలసిన సహాయంపై విస్తృత చర్చ జరిగింది. ఎన్ఓసీలు, భూసేకరణ, ట్రాఫిక్ మళ్లింపు, విద్యుత్ లైన్లు, పైప్లైన్ల తరలింపు మొదలైన విషయాలలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ సహకారాన్ని రైల్వే కోరింది. అంతేకాకుండా, రాష్ట్రంలోని కొత్త రైల్వే లైన్లపై కూడా అధికారులు చర్చించి వాటికి సంబందించిన భూసేకరణ మరియు వ్యయ భాగస్వామ్యం మొదలైన విషయాలలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ సహకారాన్ని కోరారు. హైదరాబాద్ను బెంగళూరు, చెన్నై, పూణేలతో కలిపే హై స్పీడ్ రైల్ కారిడార్ ప్రతిపాదనపై ప్రాథమిక చర్చలు జరిగాయి. ప్రాంతీయ రింగ్ రైల్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ ప్రతిపాదనను కూడా అధికారులు సమీక్షించారు.
దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే జనరల్ మేనేజర్ సంజయ్ కుమార్ శ్రీవాస్తవ సమావేశాన్ని ఉద్దేశించి మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ రోజు చర్చించిన ప్రస్తుతం కొనసాగుతున్న రైలు మౌలిక సదుపాయాల ప్రాజెక్టులను పూర్తి చేయడం ద్వారా ప్రజలకు ప్రయోజనకరంగా ఉండటమే కాకుండా, రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక అభివృద్ధికి కూడా దోహదపడుతుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుండి లభించే మద్దతు ద్వారా ఈ ప్రాజెక్టుల వేగం మరింతగా పెరుగుతుందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్నందుకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శికి మరియు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికారుల బృందానికి దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే జనరల్ మేనేజర్ ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కె. రామకృష్ణ రావు మాట్లాడుతూ ఇటువంటి నిర్మాణాత్మక సమావేశాలు మరిన్ని జరగాల్సిన ఆవశ్యకతను, అలాగే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మరియు రైల్వేల మధ్య సన్నిహిత సమన్వయం ఉండాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని నొక్కి చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి వివిధ శాఖల మధ్య సమగ్ర ప్రణాళిక మరియు సహకారం అత్యంత ఆవశ్యకమని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మరియు రైల్వేల మధ్య నిరంతర సంప్రదింపులు మరియు పరస్పర అవగాహన ద్వారా ఏవైనా సమస్యలు ఉంటే వాటిని పరిష్కరించడానికి వీలుకలుగుతుందని తద్వారా ప్రజల శ్రేయస్సుకు దోహదపడతాయని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
ఈ సమావేశం ద్వారా రైల్వే మరియు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులు ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాన్ని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని సమిష్టిగా కృషి చేసి ప్రాజెక్టులను సకాలంలో పూర్తి చేయడమే తమ ప్రధాన లక్ష్యమనే సంకల్పాన్ని మరోసారి ధృవీకరించారు.

Co-ordination Meeting Held Between SCR and Telangana State Government Officials
Hyderabad: Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager, South Central Railway held a co-ordination meeting with K. Ramakrishna Rao, Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana and other senior State officials to discuss the issues related to Railway projects in the State of Telangana today at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad. Satya Prakash, Additional General Manager, SCR; Principal Heads of the Departments, Divisional Railway Managers – Secunderabad & Hyderabad Divisions and other senior officials participated in the meeting.
This is the first meeting held in Railway premises with participation of Chief Secretary, Telangana and other State Government officials aimed at strengthening the relations and co-ordination between State Government & Railways. During the meeting, the Railway officials gave a detailed presentation on various issues pertaining to infrastructure projects such as Road Under Bridges (RUB) /Road Over Bridges (ROB), laying of new Railway lines, station developments, station approaches etc., being executed in the State of Telangana.
An extensive discussion was held on assistance required from State Government during process of sanction and execution of Road Under Bridge/ Road Over Bridge works in Telangana. Railways sought the support of State in terms of NOCs, land acquisition, diversion of traffic, shifting of electric lines, pipelines etc. Further, the officials also discussed the new Railway lines in the state and sought cooperation of State Govt. with regards to land acquisition, cost sharing etc. Preliminary discussions were held on the proposal of High speed Rail corridor connecting Hyderabad with Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune. The officials also reviewed the proposal of Regional Ring Rail project.
Addressing the gathering, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager, SCR stated that the completion of various on-going Rail infrastructure projects discussed today will not only be beneficial for the people but will also contribute to the economic development of the state. He stated that the support from State Government will greatly accelerate the pace of execution of these projects. The General Manager, SCR thanked the Chief Secretary, Telangana and team of State Government officials for active participation in the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, K. Ramakrishna Rao, Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana emphasized on the need for more such structured meetings and close co-ordination between State Government and Railways. He stated that integrated planning and cooperation between different departments is essential for the development of the state. Better communication and understanding between the state and Railways will help to resolve any issues and contribute towards the betterment of the people, he said.
The meeting concluded with both Railway and Telangana State Government officials reiterating their commitment to work in close coordination, ensuring timely execution of projects for the benefit of public.
