తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు కోసం ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల 42 రోజులపాటు సకల జనుల సమ్మె చేస్తే ఆనాటి ప్రభుత్వం దిగి వచ్చింది. పార్లమెంట్ లో బీజేపీ మద్దతుతో తెలంగాణ బిల్లు ఆమోదం పొంది స్వరాష్ట్రం ఏర్పాటైంది. స్వరాష్ట్రంలో ఉద్యోగుల, ఉపాధ్యాయుల హక్కులను కాపాడాల్సిన మీరు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయినప్పటి నుండి వారిని అడుగడుగునా మోసం చేస్తున్నారు.
ప్రతినెలా 1వ తేదీన జీతాలు తీసుకోవడం ఉద్యోగుల హక్కుగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ…. సక్రమంగా జీతాలు చెల్లించకుండా వారి హక్కులను కాలరాస్తున్నారు. 317 జీవో అమలు పేరుతో ఉద్యోగుల కుటుంబాలను ఛిన్నాభిన్నం చేసి మానసిక క్షోభకు గురి చేస్తున్నారు. ఉద్యోగులకు చెల్లించాల్సిన 4 డీఏలను కూడా ఇవ్వకుండా ఇబ్బంది పెడుతున్నారు.
PRC అమలు విషయంలోనూ మోసం చేస్తున్నారు. స్వరాష్ట్రంలో సీఆర్ బిస్వాల్ అధ్యక్షతన ఏర్పాటు చేసిన తొలి PRC నివేదికను 2018 జూలై 1 నుండి అమలు చేయాల్సినప్పటికీ 21 నెలలు అమలు చేయకుండా ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులను ఇబ్బంది పెట్టారు. మీ కారణంగా ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పెంచిన జీతం అమలు కాకుండా 21 నెలలు నష్టపోయారు. ఈ ఏడాది జూన్ 30 నాటితో మొదటి PRC గడువు ముగియబోతోంది. ఈ ఏడాది జూలై 1 2023 నుండి కొత్త PRC అమల్లోకి రావాలి. కానీ ఇప్పటి వరుకు మీరు కనీసం PRC కమిషన్ ను నియమించకపోవడం అన్యాయం. ఉద్యోగులను, ఉపాధ్యాయులను దగా చేయడమే అవుతుంది.
పే రివిజన్ కమిషన్ నివేదిక లేకుండా PRCని ఎట్లా అమలు చేస్తారు? మీ వైఖరిని చూస్తుంటే ఏదో విధంగా జాప్యం చేసి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు PRC ని ఎగ్గోటాలనే ధోరణి కన్పిస్తోంది. ఈ విషయంలో మీరు అనుసరిస్తున్న వైఖరి ఏమాత్రం సమర్ధనీయం కాదు.
ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయుల ప్రయోజనాలకు ద్రుష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని తక్షణమే కొత్త పే రివిజన్ కమిషన్ (PRC)ని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని బీజేపీ తెలంగాణ శాఖ పక్షాన డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాం. దీంతోపాటు 3 నెలల గడువు విధించి నివేదిక తెప్పించుకుని ఈ ఏడాది జూలై నుండి కొత్త PRC ని అమలు చేయాలని కోరుతున్నాం. లేనిపక్షంలో ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయుల పక్షాన బీజేపీ ఉద్యమిస్తుందని తెలియజేస్తున్నాం.

Bandi Sanjay Kumar demanded that the state government immediately constitute a new Pay Revision Commission
Hyderabad: Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Monday demanded that the state government immediately constitute a new Pay Revision Commission (PRC) and implement revised pay scales for the employees and teachers as per its report with effect from July this year.
In a letter to chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, the state BJP president said the validity of the first PRC headed by retired IAS officer C R Biswal would expire by June 30 this year and the new PRC would have to come into implementation from July 1.
“But the KCR government had not appointed a new PRC till now. This is nothing but cheating the lakhs of employees and teachers. How can revised pay scales be implemented without any committee report?” he asked.
Sanjay alleged that the government was trying to avoid revision of pay scales by deliberately dodging on the appointment of a new PRC. “This kind of delaying tactics is not acceptable as it will cause huge injustice to the employees. On their behalf, the BJP will take up big agitation,” he said.
He reminded that the employees and teachers had played a major role in the movement for separate Telangana state by stalling the administration for nearly 42 days. “The chief minister has the moral responsibility to protect the legitimate rights of the employees in their own state but he is cheating them at every stage,” he alleged.
Sanjay pointed out that the government was not paying salaries to the employees and teachers on the first day of every month. “On the other hand, he has ruined their lives by transferring them indiscriminately in the name of implementation of GO 317,” he said.
He further alleged that the government had not released their four dearness allowance instalments till now. “The first PRC report, which was supposed to be implemented with effect from July 1, 2018, had been delayed for nearly 21 months. Even the arrears have not been paid in several cases,” he said.
