Hyderabad : The Hyderabad Chapter of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) will organise the 4th Telangana Public Relations Conference on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at The Plaza, Begumpet, Hyderabad from 9 AM to 6 PM.
The conference, themed “Telangana Rising 2047: Communication, Innovation & Empowerment,” aims to bring together policymakers, administrators, academicians, communication professionals, industry leaders, students and PR practitioners to deliberate on the role of strategic communication in shaping a progressive and developed Telangana by the year 2047.
The inaugural session will be graced by Chief Guest Nalamada Uttam Kumar Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Irrigation, Food & Civil Supplies, Government of Telangana. The Guests of Honour will be K Sreenivas Reddy, Chairman of Telangana Media Academy, Ch Priyanka, Special Commissioner, I&PR Dept. Prof K Nageswar will deliver the keynote address on “Telangana’s Growth Story: Communication Strategies for a Developed Telangana by 2047.”
The conference will feature three thematic technical sessions:
Communication: AI for Every Profession – Preparing the Workforce
Innovation: Industry, Urban Development, Transport & Infrastructure
Empowerment: Agriculture, Culture, Heritage, Tourism & Branding
Senior Bureaucrats, experts from academia, governance, technology, urban planning, agriculture, tourism and corporate communication sectors will address these sessions.
The valedictory session will be attended by Chief Guest Gutha Sukender Reddy, Hon’ble Chairman of Telangana Legislative Council and the Guests of Honour will be A V Ranganath, Commissioner, HYDRAA and K V Ramanachary, former Media Advisor to the Govt., of Telangana.
The Conference will be attended by the National Leaders of PRSI and about 200 PR and Communication Professionals of the State representing Central & State Govt Departments, Organisations, PSUs, Communication Teachers and Students etc.

Conference Director Y Babji stated that the event would blend vision, ideas, policy dialogue and professional recognition under one platform. Spot delegate registration will be open from 9 AM to 9 AM at the venue, he added.
Dr. Kambhampati Yadagiri, Chairman of PRSI Hyderabad Chapter, said the conference would serve as a milestone event in positioning public relations as a strategic partner in Telangana’s development journey.

हैदराबाद: पब्लिक रिलेशन्स सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया (पीआरएसआई) का हैदराबाद चैप्टर अपना चौथा तेलंगाना जनसंपर्क सम्मेलन 19 अप्रैल को बेगमपेट, हैदराबाद स्थित द प्लाजा में सुबह 9 से शाम 6 बजे तक आयोजित करेगा।
आयोजकों ने बताया कि “तेलंगाना राइजिंग 2047: कम्युनिकेशन, इनोवेशन एंड एम्पावरमेंट” विषय पर आधारित इस सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य नीति निर्माताओं, प्रशासकों, शिक्षाविदों, संचार पेशेवरों, उद्योग जगत के नेताओं, छात्रों और पीआर प्रैक्टिशनर्स को एक मंच पर लाना है, ताकि वर्ष 2047 तक एक प्रगतिशील और विकसित तेलंगाना के निर्माण में रणनीतिक संचार की भूमिका पर विचार-विमर्श किया जा सके।
उद्घाटन सत्र में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में तेलंगाना सरकार के सिंचाई, खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री एन उत्तम कुमार रेड्डी शामिल होंगे। सम्मानित अतिथि के रूप में तेलंगाना मीडिया अकादमी के अध्यक्ष के. श्रीनिवास रेड्डी और आईएंडपीआर विभाग की विशेष आयुक्त सी. एच. प्रियंका उपस्थित रहेंगी। प्रो. के. नागेश्वर “तेलंगाना की विकास गाथा: 2047 तक विकसित तेलंगाना के लिए संचार रणनीतियां” विषय पर मुख्य भाषण देंगे।
सम्मेलन में तीन विषयगत तकनीकी सत्र होंगे:
संचार: एआई फॉर एवरी प्रोफेशन – कार्यबल को तैयार करना
नवाचार: उद्योग, शहरी विकास, परिवहन और बुनियादी ढांचा
सशक्तिकरण: कृषि, संस्कृति, विरासत, पर्यटन और ब्रांडिंग
इन सत्रों को वरिष्ठ नौकरशाह, शिक्षा जगत के विशेषज्ञ, शासन, प्रौद्योगिकी, शहरी नियोजन, कृषि, पर्यटन और कॉरपोरेट संचार क्षेत्रों के विशेषज्ञ संबोधित करेंगे।
समापन सत्र में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में तेलंगाना विधान परिषद के माननीय अध्यक्ष गुत्ता सुकेंदर रेड्डी शामिल होंगे और सम्मानित अतिथि के रूप में हैड्रा के आयुक्त ए. वी. रंगनाथ तथा तेलंगाना सरकार के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार के. वी. रमणाचारी उपस्थित रहेंगे।
सम्मेलन में पीआरएसआई के राष्ट्रीय नेता और राज्य के लगभग 200 पीआर व संचार पेशेवर शामिल होंगे, जो केंद्र व राज्य सरकार के विभागों, संगठनों, पीएसयू, संचार शिक्षक और छात्र भाग लेंगे।
उद्घाटन और समापन सत्रों के दौरान पीआरएसआई विशिष्ट हस्तियों, पेशेवरों और संगठनों को सम्मानित करेगा। वे हैं-

सम्मेलन के निदेशक वाई बाबजी ने कहा कि इस इवेंट में विज़न, आइडिया, पॉलिसी डायलॉग और प्रोफेशनल पहचान को एक ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर लाया जाएगा। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि स्पॉट डेलीगेट रजिस्ट्रेशन सुबह 9 बजे से सुबह 9 बजे तक वेन्यू पर खुला रहेगा।
