KTR Expresses anger Over Illegal Demolition of Houses Built by People in Peerzadiguda
Hyderabad: BRS Working President KTR stated that the Congress government would repay its harassment against people and BRS party cadre with interest. He urged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to take immediate action against the illegal demolition of houses built by people in Peerzadiguda, Medchal district, as part of a political vendetta. He called for an investigation into why former Congress MLA Sudheer Reddy demolished houses built on regularized plots sold by Congress leaders and authorized by the Congress government. KTR suggested obtaining an intelligence report on the atrocities committed by Sudheer Reddy in the Medchal Assembly constituency, warning that otherwise, the people would revolt. KTR cautioned that Congress’ suppressive actions could not contain public anger.
KTR reminded that the plots were sold by Congress leaders Ramdas Goud, Jagadishwar Reddy, and Congress corporator Amar Singh’s family, and were regularized in 2008 during the tenure of then-Chief Minister Rajasekhar Reddy. He noted that many people had obtained bank loans and built houses following government regulations and municipal approvals. He expressed anger that former Medchal MLA Sudheer Reddy had harassed officials and had the houses, which innocent people had invested lakhs in, demolished.
KTR pointed out that the BRS government had previously helped plot owners by including the plots in Sai Priya and Satyanarayana Puram colonies within the jurisdiction of Peerzadiguda Municipal Corporation under GO 118. He criticized the incompetent Congress government, which came to power in the name of Praja Palana, for demolishing the houses of innocent plot owners.
KTR assured that people would put an end to the harassment carried out by the Congress government. He promised that when the BRS party comes back to power, justice will be done to the plot owners. He accused the Congress government of harassing BRS Mayor Jakka Venkat Reddy and corporators, warning that if they chose to harass in return when they were in power, the Congress party would vanish from the state. He assured that the BRS party would protect its leaders, mayor and corporators.

హైదరాబాద్ : కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వేధింపులకు మళ్ళీ వడ్డీతో సహా చెల్లిస్తామని భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీఆర్ అన్నారు. మేడ్చల్ జిల్లా పీర్జాదిగూడలో ఈరోజు రాజకీయ కక్ష సాధింపులో భాగంగా ప్రజలు కట్టుకుంటున్న ఇళ్లను అక్రమంగా కూలగొట్టిన తీరుపైన వెంటనే సమాచారం తప్పించుకొని తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డికి సూచించారు.

అమాయక ప్రజలకు ఈ ప్లాట్లు అమ్మింది కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు రాందాస్ గౌడ్, మరో కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు జగదీశ్వర్ రెడ్డి, కాంగ్రెస్ కార్పొరేటర్ అమర్ సింగ్ కుటుంబమని, ఈ ప్లాట్లను 2008లో నాటి సీఎం రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి ఉన్నప్పుడు అప్పటి కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం క్రమబద్ధీకరించిందని గుర్తు చేశారు. గతంలో రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు ఇది పట్టా భూమిగా ఎన్వోసీ జారీ చేశారని, ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలకు లోబడి మున్సిపల్ అధికారుల అనుమతి తీసుకొని చాలా మంది ప్రజలు బ్యాంకుల నుంచి రుణాలు తీసుకొని ఇంటి నిర్మాణం చేసుకుంటున్నరన్నారు. కానీ మేడ్చల్ మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే సుధీర్ రెడ్డి అధికారులను వేధించి అమాయక ప్రజలు లక్షలు పోసి నిర్మించుకున్న ఇండ్లను ఈ రోజు కూలగొట్టించాడని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
పీర్జాదిగూడ మున్సిపల్ కార్పోరేషన్ పరిధిలోని సాయిప్రియ, సత్యనారాయణ పురం కాలనీ ప్లాట్ల యజమానుల సమస్యను శాశ్వతంగా తీర్చాలనే లక్ష్యంతో నాడు బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం 118 జీవో పరిధిలో చేర్చి ప్లాట్ ఓనర్స్ కు మేలు చేయడం జరిగిందని, కానీ ప్రజా పాలన పేరుతో అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన కాంగ్రెస్ అసమర్థ ప్రభుత్వం అమాయక ప్లాట్ ఓనర్స్ ఇండ్లను కూల్చివేస్తోందన్నారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలపై కక్షగట్టి చేస్తున్న వేధింపులకు ప్రజలు ముగింపు పలకడం ఖాయంమన్నారు. భవిష్యత్తులో మా బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ మళ్ళీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వెంటనే ఆ ప్లాట్ ఓనర్లను న్యాయం చేయడం జరుగుతుందని తెలిపారు. బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ మేయర్ జక్క వెంకట్ రెడ్డిని, కార్పొరేటర్లను మీరు వేధిస్తున్నారని, మేము ఇలా వేధించాలి అనుకుంటే రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నామరూపాల్లేకుండా పోయేదన్నారు కేటీఆర్. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వేధింపులకు మళ్ళీ వడ్డీతో సహా చెల్లిస్తాం. మా నాయకులను, మా మేయర్ ను, మా కార్పొరేటర్లను కంటికి రెప్పలా కాపాడుకుంటామని భరోసా ఇచ్చారు.
