హైదరాబాద్ : కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఫేక్, రివిజన్, ప్యాబ్రికేటెడ్ బడ్జెట్ ప్రవేశపెట్టిందని తెలంగాణ జాగృతి అధ్యక్షురాలు కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత మండిపడ్డారు. బీసీలు, మహిళలు, నిరుద్యోగులు, రైతులు, వికలాంగులు, మైనార్టీల ఇలా అన్ని వర్గాలకు బడ్జెట్ లో అన్యాయం చేశారని అన్నారు. బంజారాహిల్స్ లోని తెలంగాణ జాగృతి కార్యాలయంలో శుక్రవారం నిర్వహించిన ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో మాట్లాడారు. రైతుభరోసా, చేయూత పింఛన్లు సహా చాలా రంగాలకు గతేడాది కేటాయించిన నిధులనే అక్షరం మార్చకుండా అలాగే కొత్త బడ్జెట్ లోనూ పెట్టారని తెలిపారు.
ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికి కనీస విజన్ కూడా లేదని అందుకే ఇది రివిజన్ బడ్జెట్ అంటున్నామని మండిపడ్డారు. ఏటా బీసీలకు రూ. 20 వేల కోట్లు కేటాయిస్తామంటూ రాహుల్ గాంధీ, ప్రియాంక గాంధీ ఫేకారని.. కానీ బడ్జెట్ లో మాత్రం 4 శాతం నిధులే కేటాయించి బీసీలను మోసం చేశారన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర జనాభాలో 56 శాతం మంది ఉన్న బీసీలకు 4 శాతం నిధులు ఇవ్వడం ఏమిటని నిలదీశారు.
లక్షల కోట్లు అప్పులు తెస్తున్న రేవంత్ సర్కార్ ఆ డబ్బులను ఏం చేస్తుందని ప్రశ్నించారు. దాదాపు 8 లక్షల 64 వేల కోట్లు అప్పు చేసి ప్రతి ఒక్కరి తలపై రూ. 2 లక్షల 16 వేల భారం మోపారన్నారు. ఒక్కో కుటుంబంపై రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం రూ.9 లక్షల అప్పుల భారం మోపిందన్నారు. లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పులు తెచ్చినా ప్రజలకు మాత్రం పైసా మేలు జరగలేదన్నారు. మోడీ తన బడే భాయ్ అంటూ ఎన్నోసార్లు ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లిన సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కేంద్రం నుంచి ఒక్క పైసా కూడా ఎందుకు తేలేదో చెప్పాలని నిలదీశారు. ప్రజలకు మేలు చేయటం చేతకాని కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులు ఒకరిని మించి ఒకరు ఫేక్ తున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు. అందుకే ఇది ఫేక్, ఫేకర్, ఫేకెస్ట్ ప్రభుత్వమని కవిత విమర్శించారు.

బడ్జెట్ లో తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమకారులను ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా విస్మరించిందన్నారు. మహిళలకు రూ.2,500 ఇస్తామన్న స్కీం ఈసారి కూడా పత్తా లేదన్నారు. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లకు సంబంధించి గతేడాదితో పోల్చితే రూ.7 వేల కోట్లు కోత పెట్టారని అన్నారు. సింగరేణి, ట్రాన్స్, జెన్ కో లకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన 1.50 లక్షల కోట్లను వెంటనే చెల్లించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. కొత్త ఉద్యోగాల నియామకాలకు ఎలాంటి కేటాయింపులు లేవని, ఉద్యోగులు, పెన్షనర్లకు బడ్జెట్ లో ఎలాంటి కొత్త కేటాయింపులు లేవన్నారు. కమీషన్లు వచ్చే యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కూళ్లకు మాత్రం రూ.5 వేల కోట్లు కేటాయించారని కానీ టీచర్ల రిక్రూట్ మెంట్ లేకుండా స్కూల్స్ నిర్మించి ఏం ప్రయోజనమని ప్రశ్నించారు.
వరల్డ్ బ్యాంక్ ను మన భూములు ధారాదత్తం చేసే మూసీ ప్రాజెక్టుకు నిధులు కేటాయించారని అన్నారు. 3.24 లక్షల కోట్ల బడ్జెట్ లో క్యాపిటల్ ఎక్స్ పెండీచర్ కేవలం రూ.50 వేల కోట్లలోపేనని ఇలాగైనా సంపద సృష్టి ఎలా సాధ్యమవుతుందని ప్రశ్నించారు. రెవెన్యూ సర్ ప్లస్, కేంద్రం నుంచి వచ్చే గ్రాంట్లలో అంచనాలను పెంచి ప్రజలను మోసం చేశారని కవిత అన్నారు. కోటి మంది మహిళలను కోటీశ్వరులను చేయడం అన్నింటికి మించిన ఫేక్ అన్నారు.
తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ అంటూ ముఖ్యమంత్రి పెద్ద పెద్ద మాటలు మాట్లాడుతుంటారని కానీ నిరుద్యోగంలో మనం రైజింగ్ అవుతున్నామని కవిత చెప్పారు. స్టేట్ ఆఫ్ వర్కింగ్ అనే సర్వే సంస్థ చేసిన సర్వేలో తెలంగాణలో పెద్ద ఎత్తున నిరుద్యోగం ఉందని తేలిందని చెప్పారు. మహిళల విషయంలో 50 శాతం నిరుద్యోగిత రేటు ఉండటం ఆందోళన కలిగించే అంశమన్నారు. ఇక ఆహారం కల్తీ విషయంలోనూ ఈ ప్రభుత్వం నిమ్మకు నీరెత్తినట్లు వ్యవహరిస్తుందని మండిపడ్డారు.

యంగ్ స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ గురించి బడ్జెట్ లో గొప్పలకు పోయారని.. ఆ సంస్థ వెబ్ సైట్ లో 64 వేల మంది ఎన్ రోల్ చేసుకున్నట్టుగా ఫేక్ ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటున్నారని.. వాస్తవానికి స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీలో ఎన్ రోల్ చేసుకున్నది 960 మంది మాత్రమేనని అన్నారు. వెంటనే యూనివర్సిటీ వెబ్ సైట్ లోని తప్పుడు సమాచారాన్ని తొలగించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల నియామకాలపైనా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటోందని మండిపడ్డారు. కేవలం 13 వేల ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేసి 60 వేల ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేశామని చెప్పుకోవడం ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికే చెల్లిందన్నారు. తాము ప్రజా బడ్జెట్ లో లేవనెత్తిన కోట్లాది మంది ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలు ఈ బడ్జెట్ లో ప్రతిఫలివంచలేదన్నారు. మైనార్టీలు, దివ్యాంగుల సంక్షేమానికి ఆశించిన స్థాయిలో కేటాయింపులు లేవన్నారు. బడ్జెట్ లో కేటాయింపులు చేయకున్నా, రివైజ్డ్ ఎస్టిమేట్స్ లో అవకాశం దక్కని రంగాలకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వచ్చని.. ఆ దిశగా ప్రభుత్వం ఆలోచన చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
Promises big, delivers nothing – Govt called ‘Fake, Faker, Fakest’ – Kavitha slams state budget
Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruthi President K. Kavitha launched a blistering attack on the Congress government, branding its latest budget as a “fake, revision, and completely fabricated document meant to deceive the people of Telangana.”
Speaking at a press conference in Banjara Hills, Kavitha said the budget is a cruel betrayal of every section of society — BCs, women, unemployed youth, farmers, minorities, and the differently-abled.
“This is not a people’s budget — this is a copy-paste budget. A recycled document with zero vision, zero accountability, and zero commitment,” she thundered.
“56% BCs, Just 4% Funds — This is Open Betrayal”
Kavitha came down heavily on the Congress leadership for what she called a historic injustice to Backward Classes.
“BCs form 56% of Telangana’s population. Yet, this government has shamelessly allocated just 4% of funds. This is not governance — this is betrayal in broad daylight,” she said.
She accused Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi of blatantly lying to the people by promising ₹20,000 crore annually for BCs.
“Those promises were nothing but election-time drama. Today’s budget exposes those lies completely,” she added.
Debt Explosion, Zero Delivery
Targeting Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Kavitha questioned the massive borrowing spree.
“The government has pushed Telangana into a debt trap of ₹8.64 lakh crore. Every individual now carries a burden of ₹2.16 lakh, and every family nearly ₹9 lakh. Where has this money gone?” she asked.
“Lakhs of crores borrowed — but not a single rupee of real relief for the people. This is daylight financial mismanagement.”
She also took a swipe at the CM’s repeated Delhi visits-
“You call Modi ‘Bade Bhai’ and keep flying to Delhi — but come back empty-handed every single time. Not even basic funds are being secured for Telangana.”
“Rahul Fake” — Kavitha’s Direct Attack
In a scathing remark, Kavitha dubbed Rahul Gandhi as “Rahul Pheku.”
“All his promises in Telangana have turned out to be fake. Like a local entertainer who speaks exaggerated nonsense, Rahul Gandhi keeps making hollow statements,” she said.
“The difference is — one makes people laugh, Rahul Gandhi makes people suffer.”
She warned that Rahul Gandhi would be directly questioned and exposed every time he visits Telangana.
Rising Telangana = Rising Unemployment
Kavitha ridiculed the government’s “Rising Telangana” slogan.
“Yes — Telangana is rising. Rising in unemployment, rising in frustration, rising in broken promises,” she said.
She highlighted:
• No new job recruitment roadmap
• No job calendar
• No serious employment generation
“Educated youth are being abandoned. Women are facing nearly 50% unemployment. This is not governance — this is failure,” she said.
Cuts, Neglect, and Priorities Exposed
Kavitha exposed what she called the government’s anti-poor priorities:
• ₹7,000 crore cut in housing allocations
• No implementation of ₹2,500 support scheme for women
• No meaningful support for farmers or laborers
• No new benefits for employees or pensioners
“At the same time, ₹5,000 crore is allocated to ‘Young India Schools’ without even planning teacher recruitment. Buildings without teachers — is this your model of development?” she asked.
Fake Numbers, False Claims
Kavitha accused the government of systematically misleading people:
• Inflated revenue surplus projections
• Exaggerated central grant estimates
• False claims of making one crore women millionaires
“The biggest fraud is not corruption — it is deception. This government survives on fake numbers and false propaganda,” she said.
Skill University Scam & Job Lies
Calling out “fake publicity,” Kavitha said:
“They claim 64,000 enrollments in Skill University. The truth? Not even 1,000 students.”
She demanded immediate removal of “misleading data” from official platforms.
On jobs, she added:
“They filled barely 13,000 jobs but shamelessly claim 60,000. This is nothing short of propaganda politics.”
Governance Collapse & Corruption Allegations
Kavitha also flagged serious governance failures:
• No action on food adulteration
• Long-pending irregularities in Stree Nidhi
• No accountability despite inquiry commissions
“Corruption is being protected. Systems are being compromised. Governance has collapsed,” she said.
Kavitha concluded with a strong warning-
“This is a government of lies, deception, and betrayal — a true ‘Fake, Faker, Fakest’ regime.”
“Telangana Jagruthi will stand with the people, support public movements, and expose every false promise. We will not let this government escape accountability.”
