Congratulations: PRSI Hyderabad Chapter New EC Takes Charge 

Hyderabad : The Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) Hyderabad chapter reelected the same body headed by journalism educator and senior communication professional Dr S Ramu to serve Public Relations and Corporate Communications professionals in Telanana for two more years. Dr S. Ramu, winner of the national best Chairman award for 2022-23 and his team of EC members have been reelected unanimously at the PRSI’s  Annual General Body Meeting held in Potti Sriramulu Telugu University last night. 

K Yadagiri, Assistant Professor at Dr BR Ambedkar Open University, has been elected as the Secretary for the third time in a row. “We are committed to help professionals improve their skills in tune with the ever changing technological advancements. We are in the forefront in publicizing the programmes and schemes of the Union and Telangana governments,” Dr Ramu and Yadagiri said.

They hailed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and the Information Minister P Srinivasa Reddy for solving the long pending issues of journalists and said that the PR professionals, being twins of journalists, also need the government support in future.  B Mahesh (Speed Infra) V Bhujanga Rao (Cotton Association) have been reappointed as Vice-Chairman and Treasurer respectively. A faculty member at St. Joseph’s Degree and PG College Aparna Rajhans is the Joint Secretary.

The other EC members are: Rajesh Kalayana (South Central Railways), Ch. Srinivasa Rao (NMDC), Dr V Sudhakar (PJTS Agricultural University), P. Linga Reddy (T-Sats), PSR Murthy (Banking) and Dr Sajida Khan (TV and Film industry). The PRSI national president Dr Ajita Pathak, Secretary PLK Murthy and vice-president (South India) US Sarma congratulated the new team.
