Hyderabad : Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, successfully conducted its Annual Multi-Agency Mock Exercise at its Kanchanbag unit based on a simulated LPG gas leakage scenario from the LPG Yard.

The exercise was organized to evaluate emergency preparedness, response capabilities, and inter-agency coordination in effectively managing industrial emergencies. It provided an opportunity for various emergency response agencies to demonstrate their preparedness and collaborative capabilities in handling critical situations.

The mock exercise witnessed the active participation of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Local Police, Telangana State Fire Services, MIDHANI’s Fire & Safety, Utility, Security, Human Resources and Medical (FAC) departments, as well as the Fire Services team of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL).
