हैदराबाद: डॉ बीआर ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी के कला विभाग के तत्वावधान में ‘भाषा और साहित्य फोरम’ कार्यक्रम का मौलाना आजाद राष्ट्रीय उर्दू विश्वविद्यालय के आईएमसी निदेशक रिजवान अहमद ने प्रारंभ किया। इसके बाद में रिजवान अहमद ने ‘कैफियत – कैफ़ी आज़मी (Kaifi Azmi) और भारतीय सिनेमा’ विषय पर मुख्य भाषण दिया।
रिजवान ने कहा कि एक सामान्य परिवार से आये खैफी आजमी अपनी प्रतिभा के बल पर विश्व प्रसिद्ध हुए हैं। उर्दू और हिंदी साहित्य तथा भारतीय सिनेमा के लिए खैफी की ओर से की गई सेवाएं अविस्मरणीय हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि कैफ़ी आज़मी आसान शब्दों में फिल्मी गाने और साहित्य लिखकर लोगों के करीब हो गये हैं।
कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्ष विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेस के सीतारामराव ने कहा कि श्री श्री (श्रीरंगम श्रीनिवास राव) तेलुगु साहित्य के जितने महान लेखक हैं उसी तरह खैफी आज़मी भी उर्दू साहित्य के लिए उत्तम रचनाकार हैं। खैफी के साहित्य और जीवनी पर ‘वीक्षणम’ के वेणुगोपाल की ओर अनुवादित पुस्तक “तलपुला तोवलो” में उल्लेख किया है।
विश्वविद्यालय के अकादमिक निदेशक प्रो ई सुधारानी, कुल सचिव डॉ एवीएन रेड्डी ने कहा कि यह मंच आने वाले दिनों में साहित्यिक रचना करने वाले साहित्यकारों के बारे में वर्तमान पीढ़ी के छात्रों से रूबरू कराएगा। आम जनता और शोध छात्रों के लिए डॉ बीआर अम्बेडकर ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी अधिक उपयोगी साबित होगी।
भाषा और साहित्य मंच डिजाइनर और कला विभाग के डीन प्रो शकीला खानम ने मंच को स्थापित किये जाने की जरूरत के बारे में जानकारी दी और अतिथि का परिचय दिया। इस कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न विभागों के डीन और तेलुगु विभाग के प्रमुख डॉ एन रजनी, अध्यापक, अध्यापकेतर कर्मचारी, उर्दू, तेलुगु और हिंदी भाषा के शोधकर्ता, छात्र और अन्य उपस्थित थे।
BRAOU ORGANISED URDU LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE FORUM
Hyderabad : Dr B R Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU), Department of Arts inaugurated Language and Literature Forum organized a Webinar on “Kaifiyat-Kaifi Azmi and Indian Cinema” on June16, 2022 at the University Campus. Sri Rizwan Ahmad, Director, IMC, MANUU was the Keynote speaker.
Sri Rizwan said that the Khaifi Azmi, who comes from a very humble family, is world famous for his talents. Khaifi’s services to the world of Urdu, Hindi literature and the world of Indian cinema are unforgettable. He also explained that he interacted with people by writing movie songs and lyrics with easy wordplay.
Prof K Seetharama Rao, Vice-Chancellor, BRAOU presided over the program. Prof. Rao Says that Sri Sri is a great writer for Telugu literature, Khaifi Azmi is a writer for the world of Urdu and Hindi literature. Overview of Khaifi literature and biography as described in Venu Gopal’s book “Talapula Tovalo” translated into Telugu.
Prof E Sudha Rani, Director (Academic), Dr AVN Reddy, Registrar attended as Guest of Honours and that in the coming days, the forum will introduce students to the current generation of writers who have written literary works. Dr BR Ambedkar Open University officials expressed hope that would be more useful to the general public and research students.
Prof Shakeela Khanam, Webinar Director, Dean Faculty of Arts initiated the Language and Literary forum, explain the aims, objectives of the program and introduced the chief guest. The Directors, Heads of the Branches, Deans, Teaching and Non-Teaching staff members, Research Scholars & Students are participated.
