Hyderabad : BJP Telangana State President N Ramchander Rao today strongly condemned the Congress, Left parties, and foreign anti-national forces, alleging that they are hatching a major conspiracy to damage the Narendra Modi-led NDA government by creating unrest in India and inciting the youth.
Speaking at a press conference held at the BJP State Office, he accused certain ultra-left and soft-left forces along with leaders of older unions like SFI, AISF, and ASA of coming together under new names such as the “Cockroach Janata Party” to incite violence and instability in India, similar to the events seen in Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
He stated that these anti-national forces were behind events organized in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. Backing his claims with evidence, he made sensational revelations that these movements are receiving Rs.10 crore in funds from Khalistani forces, alongside financial and strategic support from Qatar, Canada, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.

The NDA government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken concrete and fullproof measures to conduct NEET exams, he said adding that as soon as the leak came to light, the NDA government reacted swiftly and arrested 31 individuals. Investigations revealed that individuals affiliated with the Congress party in Maharashtra and other regions were responsible for the leak, he revealed.
He asserted that the government conducted re-examinations to ensure no injustice was done to students, adding that not a single student took to the streets to protest over this.
Rao pointed out that while previous paper leak incidents were brushed aside with simple IPC Section 420 cases, the Modi government enacted the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, introducing strict punishments alongside fines of up to Rs.1 crore. Furthermore, the government is strengthening and reforming the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the leadership of Professor Radhakrishnan.
Criticising Congress party for demanding resignation of union education minister Dharmendra Prathan, Rao questioned whether any Congress education minister ever resigned when paper leaks were reported during UPA and non-BJP rule states before 2014.
Giving details of paper leak incidents BJP State chief said that over 53 major examination papers were leaked prior to 2014 under the UPA regime and in states ruled by Congress and its allies (TMC, DMK, SP, BRS, etc.).
Citing evidence, he said that between 2005 and 2014, papers for numerous national-level exams including CBSE, AIIMS, RRB, SSC, and Banking were leaked. “Did Education Ministers from Congress or non-BJP governments ever resign , he questioned.
Pooh Poohing the allegations of Congress on job creation, Rao affirmed that NDA has historic record in jobs and employment generation. Modi government has generated 17 crore employment opportunities between 2014 and 2024 where as the UPA government had created only 2.9 crore jobs between 2004 and 2014.
Under NDA rule, over 12 lakh appointment letters have been distributed so far, with continuous recruitments taking place through 19 Rozgar Melas, he said adding that the unemployment rate dropped from 6 per cent in 2017–18 to 3.1 per cent by 2025. The employment rate increased from 46.8 per cent to 57.4 per cent , he said adding that millions of youth have gained self-employment opportunities through initiatives like Viksit Bharat, Mudra Yojana, and Start-Up India.
BJP state chief warned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Congress party leaders to stop supporting anti-national forces and organizations operating on foreign funds. He made it clear that if anyone tries to replicate the events of Nepal, Sri Lanka, or Bangladesh here, the youth of India will not remain silent. Patriotic youth will actively participate in Prime Minister Modi’s vision of building a Nava Bharat (New India).
