పరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్ లో ఏటా నిర్వహించే గణతంత్ర దినోత్సవ వేడుకలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేయడంపై బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షులు, ఎంపీ శ్రీ బండి సంజయ్ కుమార్ బుధవారం హైదరాబాద్ లో విడుదల చేసిన ప్రకటన.
• పరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్ లో ఏటా నిర్వహించే గణతంత్ర దినోత్సవ వేడుకలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేయడం అప్రజాస్వామికం. రాజ్యాంగ స్పూర్తికే విరుద్ధం.. రాజ్యాంగ నిర్మాత డాక్టర్ బాబాసాహెబ్ అంబేద్కర్ ను అవమానించడమే. రాజ్యాంగబద్దంగా గవర్నర్ తన విధులు నిర్వహించకుండా కట్టడి చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ చేస్తున్న కుట్రలో భాగమే ఇది. సీఎం తీరును బీజేపీ తెలంగాణ శాఖ పక్షాన తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నాం.
• గవర్నర్ కు దక్కాల్సిన ప్రోటోకాల్ ను పాటించడం లేదు. అసెంబ్లీ బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలకు గవర్నర్ ను ఆహ్వానించడం లేదు. మహిళలంటేనే కేసీఆర్ కు చిన్నచూపు. అందుకే మహిళా గవర్నర్ ను అడుగడుగునా అవమానించడమే పనిగా పెట్టుకున్నారు. రాజ్యాంగపరంగా ఉన్నత పదవిలో ఉన్న గవర్నర్ నే గౌరవించడం చేతగాని కేసీఆర్ మహిళలకు ఏ విధంగా పెద్దపీట వేస్తారో, వారికి 35 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు ఏ విధంగా అమలు చేస్తారో ప్రజలు ఆలోచించాలి.
• స్వతంత్ర్య భారతదేశంలో గణతంత్ర వేడుకలు ఎక్కడైనా స్వేచ్ఛగా నిర్వహించే హక్కుంది. నియంత్రించే అధికారం ప్రభుత్వానికి లేదు. కరోనా సాకు చూపి రిపబ్లిక్ డే వేడుకలు నిర్వహించలేమని చెప్పడం చూసి జనం నవ్వుకుంటున్నారు. కేసీఆర్ ను జోకర్ లా చూస్తున్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి, మంత్రులు నిర్వహించే బహిరంగ సభలకు అడ్డురాని కరోనా నిబంధనలు గణతంత్ర వేడుకలకు వర్తింపజేయడం సిగ్గు చేటు.
• దేశంలో రాచరిక, అవినీతి, కుటుంబ పాలనకు అవకాశం లేదని… ప్రజాస్వామ్య పాలన మాత్రమే కొనసాగుతుందనే సంకేతాలను పంపడమే రిపబ్లిక్ డే వేడుకల ఉద్దేశం. రాచరిక పాలనను తలపిస్తున్న కేసీఆర్ కు భారత రాజ్యాంగం గొప్పతనాన్ని ప్రజలకు తెలియకూడదని ఈ కుట్ర చేసినట్లుంది.
• ఎందుకంటే ప్రజాస్వామ్యంపైనా, రాజ్యాంగంపైనా కేసీఆర్ కు ఏమాత్రం నమ్మకం లేదు. రాష్ట్రంలో కల్వకుంట్ల రాజ్యాంగాన్ని అమలు చేయాలనుకుంటున్నరు. గవర్నర్ వ్యవస్థను రద్దు చేయాలంనడం అందులో భాగమే. ఏకంగా అంబేద్కర్ రాసిన రాజ్యాంగాన్ని తిరగరాయాలని చెబుతున్నారు.
• రాష్ట్ర గవర్నర్ అంబేద్కర్ రాజ్యాంగాన్ని అమలు చేస్తుంటే నచ్చక గవర్నర్ ను అవమానించడమే పనిగా పెట్టుకున్నారు. ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల సీఎంలను పిలిపించుకుని గవర్నర్ వ్యవస్థను కించపర్చేలా మాట్లాడిస్తున్నారు. పైగా దొంగే దొంగ అన్నట్లుగా గవర్నరే తమను అవమానిస్తున్నారనడం సిగ్గు చేటు.
• కల్వకుంట్ల రాజ్యాంగం అమలైతే పౌరులకు స్వేచ్ఛ లేదంటారు. ఎన్నికలను రద్దు చేస్తారు. ప్రజలకు ఓటు హక్కు కూడా తీసేస్తారమో… ఇదే జరిగితే తెలంగాణలో ఎంతటి ప్రమాదకరమైన పరిస్థితులు ఉత్పన్నమవుతాయో విజ్ఝులైన మేధావులు ఆలోచించాలి. ప్రమాదకర కల్వకుంట్ల రాజ్యాంగం కావాలా? ప్రపంచంలోనే అత్యుతున్న ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని అందించిన అంబేద్కర్ రాజ్యాంగం కావాలా? ప్రజలు ఆలోచించాలి.
“Cancellation of Parade Ground Republic Day celebrations is undemocratic and unconstitutional”
Hyderabad: Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday strongly condemned the decision of the state government of not holding ceremonial Republic Day celebrations to be held at Secunderabad parade grounds every year.
Describing the government’s decision as undemocratic and against the spirit of the Constitution, Sanjay said in a statement that it amounted to insulting Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution. “It’s a clear case of conspiracy to curtail the Constitutional responsibilities of the Governor,” he said.
The BJP president said the K Chandrasekhar Rao government was not extending the protocol which the Governor was entitled to, by denying her the opportunity to address the joint session of the state legislature before the commencement of the budget session.
“KCR has utter contempt towards women. That is why he has been humiliating the woman Governor time and again. People should realise how the chief minister, who cannot respect a woman in the highest Constitutional position in the state, would implement 35 percent reservations for women,” he said.
Sanjay said people are laughing at the government for saying that it cannot celebrate Republic Day this year on the pretext of Corona pandemic.
” It is shameful that the restrictions in the name of Coronavirus, could be applicable only to Republic Day celebrations, and not for public meetings of the chief minister and his ministers,” he said.
The BJP president said the purpose of the Republic Day celebrations was to convey the message that we are living in a democratic country and not in a monarchic and dynastic regime. But KCR, who is ruling the state like a monarch, is conspiring to deprive the people of knowledge about the greatness of the Indian Constitution, he alleged.
“KCR doesn’t believe in democracy and the Constitution. He wants to implement only Kalvakuntla Constitution in the state. That is why he is advocating abolition of the institution of the Governor and rewriting of the Constitution,” he criticised.
He found fault with KCR for repeatedly insulting the state Governor. Not only that, he also made CMs of the other states comment against the Governor.
Sanjay called upon the people to be wary of Kalvakuntla Constitution which was dangerous to the entire country and fight for upholding the spirit of the real Constitution drafted by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar.
