Hyderabad: The Telangana Offset Printers Association (TOPA) proudly inaugurated its Centre of Excellence – Skill Development Centre Building at Dandu Malkapur, Hyderabad, in the presence of industry leaders, donors, lifetime members, and printing professionals from across Telangana on June 24, 2026.
Welcoming the gathering, C. Ravinder Reddy, President, TOPA and President, AIFMP, described the occasion as a historic milestone of TOPA. He highlighted TOPA’s 11-years journey, achievements in Skill Development, MSME initiatives, international conferences, exhibitions, and the successful restoration of Industrial Power Tariff status for Printers.

The newly inaugurated 6,500 sq. ft. Centre of Excellence has been established on one acre of land acquired through the collective efforts and vision of TOPA. The Centre aims to become a hub for skill development, training, innovation, and industry growth for future generations.

Addressing the industry’s manpower challenges, Ravinder Reddy emphasized the need for systematic skill development and called upon industry members to support the Centre in creating a skilled workforce for the rapidly growing printing and packaging sector.

On the occasion, TOPA also felicitated its Building Fund Donors and Lifetime Members with mementos in recognition of their generous contributions and unwavering support. The association received an overwhelming response from members, raising nearly ₹1.30 crore towards building development and lifetime membership initiatives.
TOPA expressed its sincere gratitude to all donors, lifetime members, executive committee members, volunteers, and supporters whose contributions helped transform a long-cherished dream into reality.

The event concluded with a renewed commitment to strengthen the printing and packaging industry through skill development, innovation, collaboration, and continuous industry advancement.
TOPA Elects New Body :
Following the inauguration of the TOPA Centre of Excellence – Skill Development Centre Building at Dandu Malkapur, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Telangana Offset Printers Association (TOPA) was held successfully. During the AGM, members unanimously elected the following office bearers for the year 2026 – 2028

Y. Jyothi (EC Member), Venkat Reddy (EC Member) and C Ravinder Rdddy (Immediate Past President)
The newly elected leadership team expressed its commitment to strengthening the printing industry through skill development, technology adoption, and industry collaboration. The team has outlined a vision to launch skill enhancement programs for rural youth and support small and medium printing enterprises (SMEs) in improving productivity, competitiveness, and business growth through training, guidance, and access to modern technologies.
