Hyderabad : Dr. M. Dhananjay Naik, who has been tirelessly providing legal services, public rights and awareness about laws in the community for the last 20 years, has been selected for this year’s Human Rights Excellence Award 2024, said Dr. Raj Narayan Mudiraj, President of the Telangana Citizen Council .
He said that the award will be presented at a program to be held at Raja Bahadur Venkatrama Reddy Women’s Pharmacy College in Barkatpura on Tuesday, December 10, on the occasion of International Human Rights Day 2024. Dr. Dhananjay Naik is the founding president of the Telangana Tribal Intellectual Forum and has been organizing many programs and services free of cost for tribal welfare as well as legal rights of the underprivileged.

Dr. Dhanunjaya Nayak served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology at Osmania University and as an Assistant Commissioner in the Commercial Tax Department. He is currently an advocate in the Telangana High Court and is educating the tribals on their rights under the law. Dr. Dhanunjaya obtained his PhD in Zoology from Osmania University and his second PhD from NALSAR University Law School.
