SUCCESS OF PM PUBLIC MEETING DURING NON-ELECTION PERIOD TESTAMENT TO THE GROWING POPULARITY OF BJP

Hyderabad : BJP Telangana State President N Ramchander Rao today extended his heartfelt thanks to the people of Telangana, party workers, and the media for making the massive public meeting of Prime Minister Naarendra Modi held yesterday at the Secunderabad Parade Ground a grand success.

Addressing a press conference at state office here Rao stated that the people of Telangana turned out voluntarily in massive numbers for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally. He noted that such a sea of humanity during a non-election period was a testament to the growing popularity of the BJP in Telangana. Rao attributed the success of the meeting to the tireless day-and-night hard work of party workers, leadership coordination and the commitment of the cadre.

BJP state chief asserted that just as people across the country supporting the BJP, a political change in Telangana is becoming inevitable. The presence of Swamijis from the Sadhu Samaj, women from the Banjara and Lambadi communities, doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, lawyers, youth, and women turned the meeting into a grand celebration. Every section of Telangana society is looking toward the BJP with hope, he said. Rao expressed confidence that PM Modi’s leadership will bring a new political direction to Telangana and that the BJP will emerge as a strong alternative in the coming days.

“The current Congress government was moving forward with anti-people, anti-women, and anti-youth policies. They came to power in the name of ‘Guarantees’ but have completely ignored them,” he alleged. He , however, clarified that “Modi’s Guarantee” means the development of Telangana, job opportunities for the youth and the state’s economic progress. BJP state chief condemned the criticism regarding the voter list revision process (SIR) stating it was a routine process under the supervision of the Election Commission of India. The goal was to remove fake, duplicate, and deceased voters without harming the rights of genuine voters.

Rao criticized the Congress party for encouraging communal politics stating that “the government should treat everyone equally, but the Congress is transforming itself into a party like the Muslim League.” He also alleged that the government has failed to protect temples. He thanked every worker, citizen, and media representative once again stating that “the blessings of the people are with the BJP as the Lotus prepares to bloom in Telangana.”
