Hyderabad : Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University and IGNITUS Edutech Private Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding for foreign languages training centre in English and various foreign languages at the University campus. An MoU was signed by Registrar, Dr. L. Vijaya Krishna Reddy and Meeta Singh Kanvar, Director IGNITUS along with other directors in the presence of Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, Vice-Chancellor, BRAOU.
While speaking on the occasion, Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, Vice-Chancellor, said in the era of globalization, learning foreign languages and undergoing training in them would greatly benefit students, including those from Ambedkar Open University other universities, and those who have completed polytechnic, engineering other professional courses to securing employment opportunities in multinational companies and abroad.

He revealed that training would initially be offered in foreign languages such as English, Korean, Japanese, and German. He further announced that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, a dedicated training center is being established within the university premises to provide training in foreign languages along with skill based courses.
