Hyderabad witnessed a massive show of strength by the Congress party as the “Samajika Nyaya Samarabheri Sabha,” organized under the leadership of TPCC President MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud, turned out to be a grand success.
The LB Stadium in Hyderabad transformed into a sea of people, with over 50,000 grassroots Congress leaders and workers in attendance. The large turnout led to traffic congestion, with hundreds of vehicles stranded en route to the venue.

AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge attended the rally as the chief guest, accompanied by AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, AICC in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, and several state ministers, making it a power-packed gathering.
The rally reaffirmed the public’s trust and confidence in the Congress party. Party workers arrived in hundreds of buses and vehicles from every constituency, creating a festive atmosphere and drawing significant attention with long convoys heading towards the venue.
Under Mahesh Kumar Goud’s leadership, TPCC had earlier appointed vice-presidents and general secretaries as in-charges for various constituencies. These leaders were tasked with ground-level coordination, which proved instrumental in ensuring the event’s success.

The Praja Government works solely for the people
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu said that the country is currently witnessing an ideological struggle: while the Congress and the INDIA alliance are fighting to protect the Constitution, the BJP and the NDA alliance are attempting to amend it. He was addressing the Social Justice Sabha organised by the PCC at LB Stadium on Friday.
He said large-scale arrangements had been made by the PCC to facilitate direct interaction between the AICC President and grassroots-level leaders.
He remarked that the Indian Constitution is not merely a book, but a brilliant compilation of the dreams and thoughts of generations of Indians — including revered leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and Jyotirao Phule — woven together to meet the needs of the people.
He asserted that without the Constitution, India’s poor, common people, tribals, Dalits, and other disadvantaged sections would have no rights. Rights would have been restricted to kings or a privileged few. It was in this context that the Constitution, created under Congress leadership and inspired by the vision of Gandhi and Ambedkar, guaranteed equal rights and dignity to every citizen, ensuring equal access to the nation’s wealth and opportunities.
He emphasized that Congress leaders across the country are committed to upholding this sacred document and that preserving the Constitution is key to securing our collective future. The Deputy CM warned that any threat to the Constitution would result in the loss of rights for ordinary citizens.
He added that, following Congress’ victory in the State, the Praja Government has earnestly worked to implement social justice through various welfare programmes in line with the Constitution’s ideals. He called upon party leaders from all villages to take these development and welfare initiatives to every household.
Criticizing the previous decade of TRS rule, he accused them of rampant corruption and neglect, while stating that the BJP has shown no concern for the people of Telangana. He said both parties are now bitter and spreading lies, unable to stomach the success of the current government.
He said that the Congress will respond to their falsehoods with facts and achievements:
• Despite being ridiculed for promising up to ₹2 lakh farm loan waivers, the government waived loans for 69 lakh farming families within three months of taking office, paying ₹21,832 crore to banks.
• Under Rythu Bharosa, ₹9,000 crore was credited to farmers’ accounts within nine days for investment support – a record unmatched across India.
• A ₹500 per quintal bonus was given to farmers cultivating paddy, with direct transfers made.
• For crop insurance, the government paid ₹2,181 crore on behalf of 42 lakh farmers.
• While previous governments ignored crop loss due to unseasonal rains, the Congress government swiftly released ₹260 crore in compensation.
• Free 24-hour electricity for farmers continues, with the government paying ₹17,000 crore for 29 lakh pump sets.
• Under the Indiramma Atmeeya Bharosa scheme, landless poor families are receiving ₹12,000 annually in direct transfers.
• Under the Cheyutha scheme, ₹17,958 crore in pensions have been disbursed to 43 lakh beneficiaries.
• For housing, 4.5 lakh Indiramma homes are being built in the first phase, 3,500 in each constituency, costing ₹5 lakh each.
• Through the Gruha Jyothi scheme, free electricity up to 200 units is being provided, eliminating bills for 80% of rural households. The government paid ₹2,110 crore to electricity companies on their behalf.
• For LPG cylinders at ₹500, ₹641 crore has been paid by the government to gas companies.
• Rajiv Arogyasri health insurance limit has been raised from ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh to ensure no poor patient is denied treatment. The scheme covers 93 lakh families.
• Interest-free loans worth ₹21,000 crore have been given in the first year to self-help groups, aiming to empower 1 crore women as millionaires.
• Free fine rice is being distributed through ration shops to 93 lakh families at a cost of ₹13,500 crore, unmatched elsewhere in India.
• To ensure world-class education for underprivileged students, Young India Integrated Residential Schools are being established — 105 schools sanctioned at once, each spread over 25 acres and costing ₹200 crore — a historic first in the State.
• Under the Forest Rights Act, 6.7 lakh acres were given to tribal communities by the earlier Congress government. Now, through the Indira Solar Girijan Vikas Pathakam, ₹12,500 crore is being spent to bring all this land into cultivation. CM Revanth Reddy launched this scheme to provide free solar pump sets, drip and sprinkler systems, and support for horticultural crops.
Deputy CM Bhatti concluded by saying that in just 18 months, the Congress-led Praja Government has delivered transformational development and welfare, which opposition parties are unable to digest — hence their constant weeping and criticism. He urged Congress cadres to go door-to-door, counter false narratives, and tell the people that this is a government that truly works for them.

భారత రాజ్యాంగమే లేకపోతే ఈ దేశంలో పేదలు ,సామాన్యులు, గిరిజనులు, దళితులకు, బలహీన వర్గాలకు ఎటువంటి హక్కులు ఉండేవి కావు హక్కులు కేవలం రాజులు, రాజ్యాధికారం అనుభవించే కొద్ది మంది పెద్దలకు మాత్రమే దక్కేవి అన్నారు. అటువంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో దేశంలోని ప్రతి పౌరునికి సమాన హక్కులు, గౌరవాన్ని కల్పిస్తూ ఈ దేశ సంపద, అవకాశాలు దేశంలోని ప్రజలందరికీ సమానంగా ఉండాలని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో గాంధీజీ, బాబాసాహెబ్ అంబేద్కర్ అందించిన అద్భుత గ్రంథం రాజ్యాంగం అన్నారు.

రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతి గ్రామం నుంచి వచ్చిన పార్టీ నేతలు ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏడాదిన్నర కాలంలో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను గడపగడపకు తీసుకువెళ్లాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
పది సంవత్సరాలపాటు ఈ రాష్ట్రాన్ని పరిపాలించిన టిఆర్ఎస్ అడ్డగోలుగా దోపిడీకి పాల్పడింది, బిజెపి ఈ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలను పట్టించుకోలేదు ప్రస్తుతం ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను జీర్ణించుకోలేక అవాకులు చవాకులు పేలుతున్నారని విమర్శించారు.
కొన్ని లెక్కల ద్వారా ఆ రెండు పార్టీలకు సరైన సమాధానం చెప్తామన్నారు.
2 లక్షల వరకు రైతులకు రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామని ఎన్నికల ముందు ప్రకటిస్తే అపహాస్యం చేసిన వారికి బుద్ధి చెప్పేలా
రాష్ట్ర రైతాంగ సోదరులను రుణ విముక్తులను చేసేందుకు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన మూడు నెలల్లోనే రెండు లక్షల రుణమాఫీ కింద 69 లక్షల రైతు కుటుంబాల పక్షాన 21,832 కోట్ల రూపాయలు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం బ్యాంకర్లకు చెల్లించిందని తెలిపారు.
రైతు భరోసా కింద అన్నదాతలకు
పెట్టుబడి సాయం కోసం కేవలం తొమ్మిది రోజుల్లో 9,000 కోట్ల రూపాయలు రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేశాం అన్నారు. దేశంలో ఏ రాష్ట్రంలో లేని విధంగా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని చేపట్టిందని తెలిపారు.
సన్నధాన్యం సాగు చేసే రైతులకు ప్రోత్సాహకంగా క్వింటాకు 500 చొప్పున బోనస్ చెల్లించాం, రైతుల ఖాతాలో డబ్బులు వేశామని తెలిపారు.
రాష్ట్రంలోని 42 లక్షల మంది రైతాంగ సోదరులకు ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కోసం రైతుల పక్షాన ప్రభుత్వమే 2,181 కోట్లు చెల్లించిందని తెలిపారు.
అకాల వర్షాలతో పంట నష్టం జరిగితే పది సంవత్సరాలపాటు పరిపాలించిన టిఆర్ఎస్ నేతలు పట్టించుకోలేదు కానీ ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం రాగానే 260 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసిన చరిత్ర కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీది అన్నారు.
రైతులకు 24 గంటల ఉచిత విద్యుత్తు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వమే తీసుకువచ్చింది ఈ పథకం కింద రాష్ట్రంలో 29 లక్షల పంప్ సెట్ల గాను రైతుల పక్షాన ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటివరకు 17 వేల కోట్లు విద్యుత్ సంస్థలకు కట్టింది అన్నారు.
భూమిలేని నిరుపేద ప్రజానీకానికి ఇందిరమ్మ ఆత్మీయ భరోసా పథకం కింద ప్రతి సంవత్సరం 12,000 వారి ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేస్తున్నామని వివరించారు.
చేయూత పథకం కింద వివిధ రకాల పెన్షన్ దారులకు 43 లక్షల మందికి ఇప్పటివరకు ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం 17,958 చెల్లించిందని తెలిపారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రతి పేదవానికి ఇల్లు ఉండాలన్న ఆలోచనతో ఐదు లక్షల రూపాయలు వెచ్చించి ఇందిరమ్మ ఇల్లు నిర్మిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. మొదటి దశలో ప్రతి నియోజకవర్గంలో 3,500 ఇళ్ల చొప్పున 4.5 లక్షల ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తున్నాం అన్నారు. 200 యూనిట్ల వరకు ఉచితంగా విద్యుత్ వాడుకునే గృహజ్యోతి పథకంతో ప్రస్తుతం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని 80% మందికి కరెంటు బిల్లు కట్టే పని లేకుండా పోయింది అన్నారు. గృహ జ్యోతి పథకం కింద పేదల పక్షాన ప్రభుత్వం 2,110 కోట్లు విద్యుత్ సంస్థలకు చెల్లించిందని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం తెలిపారు.
500 కే ఎల్పిజి గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం 641 కోట్లు పేదల పక్షాన గ్యాస్ సంస్థలకు చెల్లించిందని తెలిపారు.
పేదలు, బడుగు బలహీన వర్గాలు అనారోగ్యానికి గురైతే వైద్యం అందక ఇబ్బందులు పడొద్దు అనే ఉద్దేశంతో రాజీవ్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ ఐదు లక్షల పరిమితిని 10 లక్షలకు పెంచాం, ఈ పథకం కింద రాష్ట్రంలోని 93 లక్షల కుటుంబాలకు ఉచితంగా వైద్య సహాయం అందుతుందని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం తెలిపారు.
రాష్ట్రంలోని కోటి మంది మహిళలను కోటీశ్వరులుగా తీర్చిదిద్దడమే లక్ష్యంగా వడ్డీ లేని రుణాలను డ్వాక్రా మహిళలకు పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నాం అని తెలిపారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా మొదటి సంవత్సరం 21 వేల కోట్ల వడ్డీ లేని రుణాలు మహిళా సంఘాలకు అందించాం అన్నారు.
దేశంలో ఎక్కడా లేనివిధంగా రేషన్ దుకాణాల్లో సన్న బియ్యం ఉచితంగా పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నాం.. ఈ పథకం ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలోని 93 లక్షల కుటుంబాలకు ప్రయోజనం చేకూరుతుంది పేదల పక్షాన ప్రభుత్వమే ఈ పథకం కోసం 13,500 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
నిరుపేద విద్యార్థులకు ప్రపంచ స్థాయి విద్యను అందించేందుకు రాష్ట్రంలో యంగ్ ఇండియా ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠశాలలు ప్రారంభిస్తున్నాం, ఒక్కో పాఠశాలను 25 ఎకరాల్లో 200 కోట్లు వెచ్చించి నిర్మిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఒకేసారి 105 స్కూల్స్ మంజూరు చేశాం రాష్ట్ర చరిత్రలో ఈనాడు ఇలాంటి సంఘటనలు జరగలేదని తెలిపారు.
అటవీ హక్కుల చట్టం కింద రాష్ట్రంలోని పేద గిరిజనులకు 6.70 లక్షల ఎకరాలను నాటి కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పంపిణీ చేయగా ఆ భూములన్నిటిని సాగులోకి తెచ్చేందుకు ఇందిరా సౌర గిరిజన వికాస పథకం కింద 12,500 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఈ పథకాన్ని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రారంభించారు ఈ పథకం కింద గిరిజన రైతులకు సోలార్ పంప్ సెట్లు, డ్రిప్పు, స్ప్రింక్లర్లను ఏర్పాటుచేసి ఉద్యాన పంటలు సాగు చేసేందుకు మొత్తం ఉచితంగా రైతులకు అందజేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
కేవలం సంవత్సరంన్నర కాలంలో ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న అభివృద్ధి సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను తట్టుకోలేక ఏడుస్తూ విమర్శలు చేసే వారి గురించి కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలు ఇంటింటికి ప్రచారం చేయాలి, ప్రజల కోసమే ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పని చేస్తుందని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం తెలిపారు.
