1. ఆపరేషన్ యాత్రి సురక్ష: ఈ ఆపరేషన్ కింద, ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ వారు 43 మంది నేరస్థులను అరెస్టు చేశారు. అలాగే 38 కేసులు నమోదు చేసి రూ.17.97 లక్షల విలువగల దొంగలించబడ్డ ఆస్తులను రికవరీ చేశారు.

2. ఆపరేషన్ అమానత్: ప్రయాణికులు పొగటుకున్న వస్తువులను తిరిగి పొందడంలో ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ సిబ్బంది సహాయం అందించారు. ఈ చర్యలో భాగంగా రూ.85.21 లక్షల విలువైన 294 వస్తువులను వెతికి పట్టుకుని వాటిని తిరిగి యజమానులకు అప్పగించారు
3. ఆపరేషన్ నార్కోస్: రైళ్ల ద్వారా జరిగే మత్తుపదార్థాల అక్రమ రవాణను అరికట్టడానికి ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ ఈ ఆపరేషన్ను చేపట్టింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా రూ.72.37 లక్షల విలువైన గంజాయిని పట్టుకుని, 20 మందిని అరెస్టు చేసి సంబంధిత సంస్థలకు అప్పగించారు.
4. ఆపరేషన్ నన్హే ఫరిష్తే: వివిధ కారణాల వల్ల తప్పిపోయిన లేదా తమ కుటుంబాలకు దూరమైన పిల్లలను గుర్తించి, రక్షించే ఉన్నతమైన భాద్యతను ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ చేపట్టింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా 92 మంది పిల్లలను (73 మంది బాలురు + 19 మంది బాలికలు) రక్షించి చైల్డ్ వెల్ఫేర్ కమిటీ (సిడబ్ల్యూసి) కి అప్పగించడం జరిగింది.
5. ఆపరేషన్ సతర్క్ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా రైళ్లలో అక్రమంగా రవాణా చేస్తున్న రూ.1,56,270 /- విలువైన మద్యాన్ని ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ బృందాలు పట్టుకుని ఆ తర్వాత భాద్యులైన నిందితులను ఎక్సైజ్ శాఖకు అప్పగించగా, ఆ శాఖ వారు 3 వ్యక్తులపై 5 కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు.
6. ఆపరేషన్ ఉపలబ్ధ్: దళారుల మోసాలను అరికట్టి, సామాన్యులకు రైల్వే టిక్కెట్లు సులభంగా లభించేలా చేయడానికి ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ ఈ ఆపరేషన్‌ను ప్రారంభించింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా 15 మంది దళారులను అరెస్టు చేసి, 14 కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు. అలాగే రూ.95129 /- విలువైన 53 టిక్కెట్లను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు.
7. సిసిటివి టెక్నాలజీని ఉపయోగించి, ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ వారు నలుగురు నేరస్థులను పట్టుకున్నారు. ప్రయాణికుల నుండి దొంగిలించబడిన రూ.30,000/- విలువైన ఆస్తులను రికవరీ చేసి, తదుపరి చర్యల కోసం సంబంధిత సంస్థలకు అప్పగించారు.
8. ఆపరేషన్ రైల్ సురక్ష: రైల్వే ఆస్తులకు నష్టం కలిగించే వారిని అరికట్టే చర్యల భాగంగా ఆర్‌పిఎఫ్ ఈ ఆపరేషన్ను ప్రారంభించింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా 52 కేసులను గుర్తించి, రూ.6,77,942 /- విలువైన దొంగిలించబడిన రైల్వే ఆస్తిని రికవరీ చేశారు.

Railway Protection Force, SCR Achieves Significant Results In Various Security Operations

Hyderabad : The prime objective of Railway Protection Force (RPF) is to carry on unrelenting fight against criminals in protection of Railway property, in facilitating passenger security and safety. RPF is always in the forefront even in risking their own lives to safeguard Railway property as well as the lives of passengers. In order to give focused attention to the above mission, RPF/South Central Railway is coordinating with Government Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies. Further, RPF has also launched several operations and recorded noteworthy performance during February, 2026 as detailed below:

Under “Operation YATRI SURAKSHA”, RPF has arrested 43 offenders and recovered stolen property worth Rs.17.97 lakhs with registration of 38 cases.

2. Under “Operation AMANAT”, RPF personnel provided help in securing passenger belongings, retrieved 294 belongings of passengers valued Rs.85.21 Lakhs and handed over them to rightful owners.
3. RPF has launched “Operation NARCOS” to curb narcotic smuggling through Railways, has confiscated Ganja valued Rs.72.37 lakhs with arrest of 20 persons and handed over to concerned agency.
4. Under “Operation NANHE FARISHTE”, RPF undertook the noble cause of identifying and rescuing children in need of care and protection who are lost/ separated from their family due to various reasons. 92 children (73 Boys + 19girls) have been rescued and handed over to CWCs (Child Welfare Committee).
5. Under “Operation SATARK”, RPF seized liquor worth Rs.1,56,270/- being transported illegally through trains and subsequently handed over to Excise Department who registered 05 cases against 03 persons.
6. RPF has launched “Operation UPLABDH” to curb the activities of touts and make railway tickets available to the common man. 14 cases were registered by RPF with arrest of 15 Touts with seizure of 53 live tickets valued Rs.95,129/-.
7. By using the CCTV technology, RPF apprehended 04 offenders and recovered stolen passenger property worth Rs.30,000/-and handed over to concerned agencies for further prosecution.
8. RPF has launched “Operation RAIL SURAKSHA” to curb the activities against the railway property. 52 cases were detected with recovery of stolen railway property worth Rs.6,77,942/-.
