Hyderabad: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) in collaboration with United Way of Hyderabad planted the saplings at University Campus, Jubilee hills on Friday. Prof. E. Sudha Rani, Registrar Incharge, BRAOU said that it is a pleasure to plant saplings and there is a need to create more awareness among the people about the environment. She also said that it is everyone’s responsibility to protect the earth and the environment.
Prof.G.Pushpa Chakrapani, Director (Academic) and United Way of Hyderabad officials planted the saplings. On this occasion Prof.I. Anand Pawar; Prof. Vaddanam Srinivas; Prof. Gunti Ravinder; Prof. Pallavi Kabde; Dr. LVK Reddy; Dr. N. Rajani; Dr. Banoth Dharma; University Engineer Sri. K. Lakshmi Prasad and all employees of the university, Directors, Deans, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Members and representatives of Service Associations office bearers and United Way of Hyderabad officials were present.

హైదరాబాద్ : డా. బి. ఆర్‌. అంబేద్కర్‌ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం, యునైటెడ్ వే ఆఫ్ హైదరాబాద్ సంయుక్తంగా విశ్వవిద్యాలయ క్యాంపస్‌లో శుక్రవారం మొక్కలు నాటారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ఇంచార్జ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్ ప్రొ. ఈ. సుధా రాణి మాట్లాడుతూ విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ప్రాంగణంలో మొక్కలు నాటడం ఆనందంగా ఉందని, పర్యావరణం పట్ల ప్రజల్లో మరింత అవగాహన కల్పించాల్సిన అవసరం అందరిపై ఉందన్నారు. ప్రాణులను నిత్యం కాపాడే తల్లి లాంటి భూమిని, వాతావరణాన్ని పరిరక్షించాల్సిన భాధ్యత అందరిపైన ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
