హైదరాబాద్ : ప్రఖ్యాతిగాంచిన విద్యాసంస్థలకు ధీటుగా అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం విద్యార్ధులు పోటీపడుతున్నారని, రానున్న రోజుల్లో “టాటా – అంబేద్కర్ శిక్షణ కేంద్రం” ఏర్పాటుకు ప్రణాళికలు చేస్తున్నామని వైస్ ఛాన్సలర్ ప్రొ. ఘంటా చక్రపాణి వెల్లడించారు. గురువారం బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ప్రాంగణంలోని సిఎస్టిడి భవనం ఆడిటోరియంలో నిర్వహించారు. కార్యక్రమంలో టి.సి.ఎస్. అయాన్ భాగస్వామ్య కంపెనీల ద్వారా ఎంపికైన 64 మంది అభ్యర్థులకు జాబ్ ఆఫర్ లెటర్లను గురువారం అందజేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన వైస్ ఛాన్సలర్ ప్రొ. ఘంటా చక్రపాణి మాట్లాడుతూ దేశంలోని ప్రముఖ విద్యా సంస్థలతో ధీటుగా డా. బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం పోటీ పడుతోందని అన్నారు. అభ్యాసకులకు నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందిస్తూ, పరిశ్రమ సంబంధిత నైపుణ్యాలను అందించడానికి నిరంతరం కృషి చేస్తోందని చెప్పారు. ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలను పెంపొందించడానికి టాటా కన్సల్టెన్సీ సర్వీసెస్ (టిసిఎస్)తో కలిసి ఓ ప్రత్యేకమైన శిక్షణా కేంద్రాన్ని ‘టాటా – అంబేద్కర్’ పేరిట ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనే ప్రణాళికలను సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. మానవ వనరుల అభివృద్ధితో సమాజానికి, దేశ నిర్మాణానికి సేవ చేయడానికి టాటా సంస్థ ముందుంటుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
విద్యార్థులను అధునాతన సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యాలు, వృత్తిపరమైన సామర్థ్యాలతో సన్నద్ధం చేయడంపై ప్రతిపాదిత కేంద్రం దృష్టి సారిస్తుందని వెల్లడించారు. పోటీ ప్రపంచంలో నాయకులుగా ఎదగగల సామర్థ్యం ఉన్న రత్నాలు డా. బి ఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయ విద్యార్థులని అభివర్ణించారు. కృషి, నైపుణ్యాలు, ఓర్పు, బలమైన సామర్థ్యాలు విజయానికి కీలకమైన అంశాలని వివరించారు. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో, విశ్వవిద్యాలయం అభ్యాసకులకు 10,000 ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలను కల్పించాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. టి. సి. ఎస్. వంటి ప్రముఖ కార్పొరేట్ కంపెనీలకు ప్రతిభ గల అభ్యర్థులను సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం అందించడం గర్వంగా ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
టి సి ఎస్ అయాన్ దక్షిణ భారత దేశ ఇంచార్జ్ కృష్ణ కిశోరే దున్దిగాల మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రతి వ్యక్తికి మొదటి ఉద్యోగం చాలా కీలకం అని పేర్కొన్నారు. విద్యార్థులు తమ కెరీర్ ను అభిరుచికి అనుగుణంగా మార్చుకోవాలని సూచించారు. కష్టపడే మనస్తత్వాన్ని అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలని, తద్వారా జీవితంలో పైకి ఎదిగే అవకాశం దొరుకుతుందని వెల్లడించారు. సరి కొత్త సవాళ్ళను స్వీకరించాలని అది భవిష్యత్ కు మార్గం చూపిస్తుందన్నారు.
అకాడమిక్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొఫెసర్ పుష్ప చక్రపాణి మాట్లాడుతూ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం తమ విద్యార్ధులందరికీ సమాన విద్య, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలను కల్పిస్తుందని వెల్లడించారు. ఓపెన్ యూనివర్సిటీ విద్యార్ధులు అన్ని రంగాల్లో సమర్థులని, పరిశ్రమలకు ఉపయోగపడేలా సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నారని ప్రొ. పుష్పా చక్రపాణి వివరించారు. కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్న రిజిస్ట్రార్ డా. ఎల్.వి.కె. రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ పురోగతి, సాధన కలిసి నిజమైన విజయాన్ని అందిస్తాయని వెల్లడించారు. ఉద్యోగం సాధించిన అభ్యర్ధులు ఇతర విద్యార్ధులకు మార్గదర్శకులుగా నిలవాలని కోరారు. ఉద్యోగ సాధనలో అభ్యర్ధుల అంకితభావం, పట్టుదలను అభినందించారు.

టీసీఎస్ అయాన్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ లీనా టిప్రే మాట్లాడుతూ, విజయవంతమైన కెరీర్ రూపొందించడంలో నైపుణ్యాలు కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయని అన్నారు. విద్యార్థులు తమ విశ్వాసాన్ని పెంపొందించుకోవాలని, పరిశ్రమ ప్రమాణాలకు అనుగుణంగా వారి సామర్థ్యాలను నిరంతరం సాధన చేయాలని సూచించారు. ప్లేస్మెంట్ ఆఫీసర్ డాక్టర్ పి. వేణు గోపాల్ రెడ్డి, సెంటర్ ఫర్ వొకేషనల్ ట్రైనింగ్ ఇన్ఛార్జ్ ప్రొఫెసర్ పల్లవి కాబ్డే మాట్లాడుతూ ప్లేస్మెంట్ ఉపాధి అవకాశాల కోసం విద్యార్థులను సిద్ధం చేయడంలో సమగ్రమైన శిక్షణ, క్రమం తప్పకుండా మార్గదర్శకత్వం చేయడం, నిరంతరం పరిశ్రమలతో సంప్రదిస్తూ, వారికి అవసరమైన మానవ వనరులను అందించేలా కృషి చేస్తున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. విశ్వవిద్యాలయ బ్రాండ్ ను మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడానికి రాబోయే రోజుల్లో మరిన్ని ప్లేస్మెంట్ డ్రైవ్ కార్యక్రమాలను నిర్వహించేలా ప్రణాళికలను సిద్ధం చేసినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో అన్ని విభాగాల డైరెక్టర్లు, డీన్స్, వివిధ విభాగాల అధిపతులు, అన్ని సర్వీస్ అసోసియేషన్స్ ప్రతినిధులు, టీసీఎస్ అధికారులు సతీష్, అర్జున్, నరేందర్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Hyderabad : Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University organized a Placement Success Meet on Thursday at CSTD Building on its campus. The event celebrated the achievements of students who successfully secured employment opportunities. Offer letters were presented to the job achievers selected through TCS iON partner companies.
Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, Vice Chancellor, attended as the Chief Guest for the program. Prof.Chakrapani stated that Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University is competing with renowned educational institutions and plans are being made to set up a “Tata – Ambedkar Training Center” in the coming days. Prof.Chakrapani handed over Job offer letters to 64 candidates selected by TCS Ion partner companies. He said that it is continuously working to provide quality education to the learners and impart industry-relevant skills.
He said that plans are being prepared to set up a special training center named ‘Tata – Ambedkar’ in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to enhance job opportunities. He said that Tata is at the forefront of serving the society and nation building through human resource development. He revealed that the proposed center will focus on equipping students with advanced technical skills and professional competencies.

She explained that the students of the Open University are competent in all fields and are ready to be useful to the industries. Dr. L. V. K. Reddy, Registrar said Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University remarked that progress and achievement together define true success. He described the job achievers as torchbearers for the next generation of BRAOU learners. Dr Reddy appreciated their dedication and perseverance in reaching their goals. He urged them to inspire and encourage those who could not pursue education in conventional universities to embrace open and distance learning.
Prof. Rabindranath Solomon, OSD said that to excel in any profession, enthusiasm and commitment are required. He explained that the TCS iON Job Achiever Program was created to increase the employability of students and bridge the gap between academia and industry. He explained that good communication skills and professional ethics are key to long-term career success.
TCS iON Project Director Leena Tipre stated that skills play a vital role in shaping a successful career. She encouraged students to build their confidence and continuously upgrade their competencies to meet industry standards. Leena also advised job achievers to polish their skills and share their success stories to inspire and motivate others.
Dr. P. Venu Gopal Reddy, Placement Officer and Centre for Vocational Training In-charge Prof. Pallavi Kabde shared the systematic efforts and consistent practices that led to the success of the Placement Meet. They highlighted the importance of structured training, regular mentoring, and industry interaction in preparing students for employment opportunities. They urged the job achievers to serve as role models and inspire the upcoming batches with their dedication and success.
The team also announced plans to organize more job orientation programmes in the coming days to further strengthen the university’s brand and enhance its image. Mr.Ravindra Kembhavi; Mr.D.R. Satish Kumar; Mr.Arjun Thupkar and other officials from TCSiON; Alll Directors, deans, and heads of various departments participated in the program.
