Hyderabad: N R Laxman Rao, President of Bajrang Sena Telangana, met Hyderabad Collector Anudeep Durishetty, IAS, to bring to his attention the long-pending issue of the Mahadev Temple at Feelkhana.
During the meeting, Laxman Rao informed the Collector about the illegal construction carried out by Pranav Builders on temple land, which is endowment property. He pointed out that in Endowment Tribunal Court Case No. 2/2017, the builder had already agreed that the structure is illegal. The unauthorized construction consists of two cellar floors, six additional floors, and a penthouse.

Despite the case still being under trial in the Endowment Court, the builder has already sold a few flats, further violating legal and religious rights. Bajrang Sena Telangana has urged the authorities to take immediate action to prevent further illegal sales and reclaim the temple land. We request the administration to treat this matter as a priority and take the necessary steps to uphold the sanctity of the temple property.

हैदराबाद : एन आर लक्ष्मण राव, बजंरग सेना तेलंगाना के अध्यक्ष ने हैदराबाद कलेक्टर अनुदीप दुरीशेट्टी से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान फीलखाना में महादेव मंदिर की जमीन पर अतिक्रमण के लंबे समय से लंबित मुद्दे को उनके ध्यान में लाया गया। बैठक के दौरान लक्ष्मण राव ने कलेक्टर को प्रणव बिल्डर्स द्वारा मंदिर की जमीन पर अवैध निर्माण के बारे में सूचित किया, जो एक दान संपत्ति है।
उन्होंने बताया कि एंडोमेंट ट्रिब्यूनल कोर्ट केस नंबर 2/2017 में, बिल्डर ने पहले ही स्वीकार किया था कि संरचना अवैध है। अवैध निर्माण में दो सेलर फ्लोर, छह अतिरिक्त फ्लोर और एक पेंटहाउस शामिल हैं। एंडोमेंट कोर्ट में मामला अभी भी विचाराधीन होने के बावजूद, बिल्डर ने पहले ही कुछ फ्लैट बेच दिए हैं, जिससे कानूनी और धार्मिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन हुआ है।
बजंरग सेना तेलंगाना ने अधिकारियों से आग्रह किया है कि वे अवैध बिक्री को रोकने और मंदिर की जमीन को वापस लेने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई करें। हम प्रशासन से अनुरोध करते हैं कि इस मामले को प्राथमिकता दें और मंदिर की संपत्ति की पवित्रता को बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाएं।
