मिश्र धातु निगम लिमिटेड ने आपूर्ति श्रृंखला व्यवधानों के बीच अब तक की सर्वाधिक बिक्री, जानिए पूरी जानकारी

हैदराबाद : मिधानि ने वित्त वर्ष 2025–26 में रिकॉर्ड प्रदर्शन करते हुए ₹1,206 करोड़ (प्रावधिक एवं लेखा-परीक्षण रहित) की अब तक की सर्वाधिक बिक्री दर्ज की, जो पिछले वर्ष के ₹1,074 करोड़ की तुलना में 12% वार्षिक वृद्धि दर्शाती है। इसमें ₹85 करोड़ (प्रावधिक एवं लेखा-परीक्षण रहित) के निर्यात आदेशों का सफल निष्पादन भी शामिल है। कच्चे माल की आपूर्ति पर प्रभाव डालने वाले महत्वपूर्ण वैश्विक भू-राजनीतिक व्यवधानों के बावजूद, रणनीतिक योजना और प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के माध्यम से उत्पादन पर पड़ने वाले प्रभावों को सफलतापूर्वक कम किया गया।

इस वृद्धि में प्रमुख योगदान स्वदेशी एयरो-इंजन कार्यक्रमों के लिए सुपरएलॉय एवं टाइटेनियम एलॉय की आपूर्ति तथा भारतीय नौसेना और भारतीय अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र के लिए उच्च-प्रदर्शन सामग्रियों की आपूर्ति का रहा। उल्लेखनीय आपूर्तियों में एयरोस्पेस उपयोग हेतु निकेल-आधारित सिंगल क्रिस्टल कास्ट स्टिक्स, रॉट सुपरएलॉय बार्स और रोल्ड रिंग्स तथा नौसैनिक अनुप्रयोगों के लिए उच्च-शक्ति निम्न-एलॉय स्टील्स शामिल हैं।

वित्त वर्ष 2025–26 की प्रमुख उपलब्धियाँ इस प्रकार हैं:

सैन्य वायुयोग्यता एवं प्रमाणीकरण केंद्र (सेमिलैक) से 10 प्रकार के सुपरएलॉय कास्टिंग्स एवं बार्स के लिए प्रमाणन प्राप्त।
नैडकैप से हीट ट्रीटमेंट प्रक्रियाओं के लिए प्रमाणन प्राप्त।
टाइटेनियम उत्पादन में लगभग 40% वर्ष-दर-वर्ष वृद्धि।
श्री राम मंदिर व, अयोध्या के लिए टाइटेनियम एलॉय की 31 खिड़कियों की आपूर्ति, जो भारत में वास्तु निर्माण में टाइटेनियम के प्रथम उपयोग को दर्शाती है।
गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर राष्ट्रपति मंच (प्रेसिडेंशियल डाइस) के लिए लगभग 90 टन आर्मर स्टील की आपूर्ति।
कच्चे माल के आपूर्तिकर्ता से एकीकृत उत्पाद कंपनी की दिशा में परिवर्तन।
नए/विस्तारित क्षेत्रों में एयरोस्पेस फास्टनर्स, सुपरएलॉय/टाइटेनियम कास्टिंग्स, वेल्डिंग कंज़्यूमेबल्स तथा टाइटेनियम निर्मित संरचनाएँ शामिल।
मिधानि ने विभिन्न राज्य पुलिस बलों के लिए हल्के मोटर वाहनों में साइड माइन ब्लास्ट प्रूफ आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हुए वाहनों की अप-आर्मरिंग का सफल निष्पादन किया है।

मिधानि ने भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, दिल्ली (आईआईटी दिल्ली) से एबीएचईडी बुलेट प्रूफ जैकेट के निर्माण के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण प्राप्त किया है, जो एपीआई सुरक्षा हेतु विश्व के सबसे हल्के बीआईएस लेवल-6 जैकेटों में से एक है।

राष्ट्रीय महत्व की रक्षा परियोजनाओं के लिए महत्वपूर्ण कच्चे माल की निरंतर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु मिधानि में मेटल बैंक की स्थापना के लिए विभिन्न हितधारकों के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

Hyderabad : MIDHANI achieved record-breaking performance in FY 2025-2026, reaching its highest-ever sales of ₹1,206 Cr. Despite significant geopolitical disruptions affecting the supply of raw materials, strategic planning and execution successfully mitigated production impacts.

Key contributors to this growth included the supply of Superalloys and Titanium alloys for indigenous aero-engine programs, as well as performance critical materials for the Indian Navy and Indian space sectors. Notable deliveries featured nickel-based single crystal cast sticks and wrought superalloy bars and rolled rings for aerospace, alongside high-strength low-alloy steels for naval applications.

The following are some of the major achievements in FY 2025-26:

CEMILAC certification received for 10 types of superalloy castings & bars.
NADCAP certification received for heat treating processes.
Titanium production increased ~40% YoY.
Supplied 31 numbers of Titanium alloy windows for Shri Ram Mandir, Ayodhya marking the first architectural use of Titanium in India.
Supplied ~90 tons of armour steel for Republic Day Presidential Dais.
Transition from raw material supplier to an integrated product company.
New/expanded areas include aerospace fasteners, superalloy/titanium castings, welding consumables, titanium fabricated structures.

MIDHANI has successfully executed up-armouring of vehicles for different state police forces meeting the side mine blast proof requirements in light motor vehicles.

MIDHANI obtained technology transfer from IIT Delhi for the manufacture of ABHED bullet proof jackets, which is one of the world’s lightest BIS level 6 for API protection.

An MoU was signed with different stake holders for the creation of a Metal Bank at MIDHANI to ensure uninterrupted availability of critical raw materials for Defence projects of national importance.
