హైదరాబాద్ : మెరుగైన వ్యవసాయ ఉత్పాదకతో సుస్థిరాభివృద్ది సాధ్యమని ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ పబ్లిక్ ఎంటర్ప్రైజ్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొఫెసర్ శ్రీనివాస మూర్తి అన్నారు. డాక్టర్ బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం, కామర్స్ అండ్ బిజినెస్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ ఫ్యాకల్టీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించిన “సుస్థిర అభివృద్ధి కి వ్యాపార పరివర్తన” అనే అంశంపై రెండు రోజుల జాతీయ సదస్సు విజయవంతంగా ముగిసింది.
శనివారం యూనివర్సిటీ మినీ ఆడిటోరియంలో జరిగిన ముగింపు సమావేశానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ పబ్లిక్ ఎంటర్ప్రైజ్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. ఎస్. శ్రీనివాస మూర్తి మాట్లాడుతూ వ్యాపారాలు తమ ప్రధాన కార్యకలాపాలలో స్థిరత్వాన్ని ఏకీకృతం చేయడానికి వ్యూహాత్మక విధానాల అవసరమని అన్నారు. ఐక్యరాజ్య సమితి సుస్థిర అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ, ఆరోగ్య సౌకర్యాల ప్రాముఖ్యత, నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందిస్తూ, సామాజిక బాధ్యతను కలిగి ఉండాలని వివరించారు. నిజమైన స్థిరమైన అభివృద్ధిని సాధించడానికి వ్యవసాయ ఉత్పాదకతను మెరుగుపరచడం చాలా అవసరమన్నారు. భారతదేశం సేవా రంగానికి పెద్ద పీట వేస్తున్నప్పటికీ, ఉత్పాదక, తయారీ రంగంలో దేశం ఇప్పటికీ అనుకున్న లక్ష్యాలను చేరుకోలేకపోతుందని ప్రొ. ఎస్. మూర్తి ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
కార్యక్రమానికి అధ్యక్షత వహించిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయ అకడమిక్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. జి. పుష్ప చక్రపాణి మాట్లాడుతూ రెండు రోజులుగా జరిగిన ఈ సదస్సులో వాణిజ్య, వ్యాపారవృద్ధికి, సుస్థిర అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించి జరిగిన చర్చ భవిష్యత్ పరిశోధనలకు దారి చూపనుందని వెల్లడించారు. ఈ సదస్సు సరికొత్త ఆలోచనలకు, పరిశోధనలకు మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలవనుందని ప్రొ.జి. పుష్ప చక్రపాణి వెల్లడించారు. విశ్వవిద్యాలయం సమాజంలోని అన్ని వర్గాలకు సమ ప్రాధాన్యతను ఇస్తూ నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించడానికి కట్టుబడి ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
విశ్వవిద్యాలయ రిజిస్ట్రార్ డా. ఎల్. విజయా కృష్ణా రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో సుస్థిర అభివృద్ధిపై దృష్టి సారించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు. విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో పరిశోధనలు చేస్తున్న యువ పరిశోధకులు దేశ, అంతర్జాతీయ ఆర్ధిక పరిస్థితులను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిశీలిస్తూ, దేశ ఆర్ధిక వ్యవస్థ బలోపేతానికి అవసరమైన కీలక అంశాలపై పరిశోధనలు కొనసాగించాలని సూచించారు.
ఐ.జే.ఎం.ఈ.ఆర్. జర్నల్ ప్రధాన సంపాదకులు డా. కె. విక్టర్ బాబు మాట్లాడుతూ పరిశోధకులు తమ సరికొత్త పరిశోధనలను ప్రఖ్యాత పరిశోధనా జర్నల్స్ లో ప్రచిరితం చేయాలని అప్పుడే ఆ పరిశోధనలకు విశేష గుర్తింపు లభిస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. విద్యార్ధులు విద్యతో పాటు స్కిల్ ను పెంపొందించుకున్నప్పుడే ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు మెరుగు పడుతాయని వివరించారు.
కామర్స్ అండ్ బిజినెస్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ ఫ్యాకల్టీ డీన్, కాన్ఫరెన్స్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. ఐ. ఆనంద్ పవార్ మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ రెండు రోజుల సదస్సులో దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా పలు విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల నుంచి పరిశోధకులు హాజరవడం గర్వంగా ఉందన్నారు. సదస్సులో సమర్పించిన అన్ని పరిశోధనా పత్రాలను జ్యూరీ సమగ్రంగా పరిశీలించిందని, అందులో 5 రీసెర్చ్ పేపర్లను బెస్ట్ పరిశోధనా పత్రాలుగా ఎంపిక చేశామని వెల్లడించారు. ఇందులో ఇద్దరు అధ్యాపకులు డా. ఎం.రమ్య, డా. రవి (సంయుక్తంగా), పి. భార్గవి ఉండగా ముగ్గురు పరిశోధక విద్యార్ధుల విభాగంలో దీనం, కె. శిల్పా, ఎం. కార్తీక (సంయుక్తంగా), డా. సంధ్య ఉన్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో సెమినార్ కో-డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. డి. రబింద్రనాథ్ సోలమన్ రెండు రోజుల జాతీయ సదస్సు నివేదికను వివరించారు. ప్రధాన చర్చకు దారితీసిన పలు అంశాలను ఆయన ప్రస్తావించారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న వివిధ పరిశోధనా అధ్యాపకులు, విద్యావేత్తల నుండి 192 పరిశోధన పత్రాలు వచ్చాయని, వాటిలో 162 పూర్తి పత్రాలు అందగా వారిలో 81 పరిశోధనా పత్రాలు ప్రచురణకు అర్హత సాధించాయని వెల్లడించారు. 6 టెక్నికల్ సెషన్స్ లో 94 మంది పరిశోధకులు, అధ్యాపకులు తమ పరిశోధనా పత్రాలను సదస్సులో ప్రత్యక్షంగా హాజరై సమర్పించారన్నారు. ఈ పరిశోధనా పత్రాల ప్రత్యేక జర్నల్ ను సదస్సులో ఆవిష్కరించారు. ఈ జాతీయ సదస్సు ముగింపు కార్యక్రమానికి విశిష్ట అతిథిగా ఆర్థికవేత్త, రచయిత ప్రొ. వికాస్ సింగ్ పాల్గొని ప్రసంగించారు. కాన్ఫరెన్స్ కో-డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. వై. ఎస్. కిరణ్మయి; కాన్ఫరెన్స్ సెక్రటరీ డా. పి. రాధా కృష్ణ; కాన్ఫరెన్స్ కన్వీనర్ డా .శ్రీనివాస్ బర్ల; ప్రొ. వడ్డాణం శ్రీనివాస్, డైరెక్టర్లు, డీన్లు, పలు విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల నుంచి వచ్చిన అధ్యాపకులు, పరిశోధక విద్యార్ధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Hyderabad : Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU), Faculty of Commerce and Business Management concluded two days National conference on “Business Transformation for Sustainable Development” at the University campus, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Prof. S. Srinivasa Murthy, Director, Institute of Public Enterprise attended as chief guest for the program. Prof. Murthy emphasized the need for strategic approaches for businesses to integrate sustainability into their core operations. Referring to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, he emphasized the importance of health facilities, need for quality education and greater social responsibility.
Prof Murthy highlighted the vision of Viksit Bharat, stating that all sectors are experiencing growth, while agriculture continues to remain the backbone of the Indian economy. He stressed that improving agricultural productivity is essential for achieving real sustainable development. While India has emerged as a major destination for the service sector, he noted that the country still has comparatively less presence in manufacturing industries.
Prof. G. Pushpa Chakrapani, Director (Academic) BRAOU presided over the program. Prof.Pushpa stated that the discussions held during this two-day conference pertaining to trade, business growth, and sustainable development would pave the way for future research. The conference would serve as a guiding light for innovative ideas and research endeavors. She affirmed that the university remains committed to providing quality education while giving equal priority to all sections of society.
Distinguished Guest Prof. Vikas Singh, Economist & Author; Guests of Honour Dr. LVK Reddy, Registrar, BRAOU and Prof. K. Victor Babu, Editor-in-Chief, IJMER shared their insights on the intersection of academia, industry, and sustainable development.
Prof. I. Anand Pawar, Conference Director & Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Business Management expressed his pride that researchers from various universities across the country had attended this two-day conference. He announced that a jury had thoroughly reviewed all the research papers in the conference and had selected five of them as the “Best Research Papers, two faculty members Dr. M. Ramya and Dr. Ravi and while three for research scholars P. Bhargavi; Deenam, K. Shilpa; M. Karthika and Dr. Sandhya are recipients of Best Research Papers.
Prof. D. Rabindranath Solomon, Conference Co-Director present a detailed report on the two-day national conference. He highlighted several key issues that emerged as central points of discussion. He revealed that the conference received 192 research papers from various faculty members and academicians across the country; of these, 162 full papers were submitted, and 81 were selected for publication. He noted that 94 researchers and faculty members attended the conference in person across six technical sessions to present their research papers. A special journal featuring these research papers was unveiled during the conference. The program was attended by Prof. Y. S. Kiranmayi, Conference Co-Director; Dr. P. Radha Krishna, Conference Secretary; Dr. Srinivas Barla, Conference Convenor; and Prof. V. Srinivasa Rao, Prof. Pallavi Kabde, Prof. Chandrakala, Prof. Chandrakala and various Universities officials, Deans, research scholars and delegates across the country were participated.
Earlier, In the technical sessions Dr. Surendra Narendra Patole, Director, School of Commerce and Management, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik; Prof. G.V. Bhavani Prasad (Retired and Emeritus Faculty, Kakatiya University, Warangal; Dr. Gajendrababu and Dr. Mallikarjuna Rao Faculty, Government City College, Hyderabad; Dr. Saritha, a faculty member Begumpet Women’s College, Smt. Sagarika Research scholar and other officials, deans, Research scholars from various universities were participated.
