Hyderabad : Telangna state BJP President N Ramchander Rao today reiterated that fight in the Jubilee Hills by-election is between BJP and MIM as Congress candidate Naveen Yadav had earlier contested elections on MIM ticket.
Speaking to media after a meeting with Shakti-Kendra In-charges for Jubilee hills by-elections, Rao said to stop Majlis (AIMIM) , the BJP must be victorious as there was tacit understanding between ruling Congress party and AIMIM.
He alleged that the Congress government has failed to implement its six guarantees statewide. However, if the Congress-MIM alliance wins in Jubilee Hills, their “Six Guarantees” will transform into a new manifesto like giving free hand to rowdysheeters who are raising their heads after Congress party came to power in the state.
The BJP chief alleged that there was increase in “ Gun culture” as Congress government has railed to take measures to maintain law and order in the state.
Citing recent incidents of stabbing to death of a constable on duty by a rowdy sheeter in Nizamabad, shooting at a Gowrakshak and attack on police near Chadarghat area in the city, Rao alleged that law and order situation getting deteriorating day by day and the government is not able to give protection to even policemen and questioned what about the common people.
He said we welcome visiting of the hospital by the state DGP along with senior police officers where injured Southeast zone DCP Chaitanya Kumar and his Gunman were recuperating who sustained injuries in a attack by rowdysheeter.
But it was astonishing to note that MIM leaders including its MLA visited another hospital where a rowdysheeter was admitted who attacked the police. But they did not visit the hospital where two policemen were undergoing treatment, he lamented.
The BJP chief cautioned voters of Jubilee Hills while exercising their franchise and asked them to decide what kind of governance do they want in Telangana? On one hand, gun culture and violence are rising, and on the other, the Congress is trying to destroy law and order by collaborating with the MIM, he accused.
Rao stated that he had written a letter to the DGP regarding the law and order situation and had cautioned about the Chadarghat incident even before it occurred, but the state government was negligent and there was no response.
Stating that now people have ready to ensure winning of the BJP party, Rao expressed confidence that Jubilee Hills elections should be the beginning for the BJP’s victory in the upcoming elections.
The meting was attended by union minister for coal and mines G Kishan Reddy, party’s national executive member Garikapati Mohan Rao, state party general secretaries Dr N Gautam Rao, Vemula Ashok and party organizing secretary Chandrasekhar and other leaders.
Earlier the state BJP chief payed floral tribute to tribal leader Komaram Bheem on the occasion of his death anniversary at state office here who fought against the oppression of the British and the repression of the Nizam with the slogan “ Jal-Jangal-Jameen ( Water-Forest-Land).

నిన్న “మన్ కి బాత్” కార్యక్రమంలో కూడా ప్రధాన మంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారు కుమ్రం భీం గారి ప్రస్తావన చేస్తూ, ఆయన జీవితం యువతకు ప్రేరణగా నిలుస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రజల తరఫున మా ప్రధానమంత్రి గారికి హృదయపూర్వక ధన్యవాదాలు తెలుపుతున్నాను. కుమ్రం భీం గారి త్యాగం, పోరాటం, ఆత్మస్ఫూర్తి మన యువతకు ఎల్లప్పుడూ దారిదీపం లాంటిది. స్వాభిమానం కోసం పోరాడిన ఆయన గాధ తెలంగాణ మట్టిలో శాశ్వతంగా నిలిచి ఉంటుంది.
తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అసమర్థ పాలన, నిర్లక్ష్య వైఖరితో రైతుల పరిస్థితి చాలా దారుణంగా మారింది. రైతులు పంటలు పండించి, “మా ధాన్యం కొనండి” అని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని వేడుకుంటున్నా.. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం నిర్లక్ష్యంగా వ్యహరిస్తోంది. గతంలో బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం రైతులను జైలుకి పంపించింది. ఇప్పుడు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం రైతులను రోడ్లపైకి తీసుకొచ్చింది.
నారాయణపేట, నిజామాబాద్, మహబూబ్నగర్ వంటి జిల్లాల్లో రైతులు తమ పంటను ఎంఎస్పీ రేటుకు అమ్ముకోవాలని కోరుకుంటున్నా.. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం స్పందించడం లేదు. కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాలు, ఐకేపీ సెంటర్లు పని చేయడం లేదు. ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే ధాన్యం కొనాలి. రైతులు రైస్మిల్లులకు అమ్ముకునేలా ట్రాన్స్పోర్ట్, సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించాలి.
ట్రాన్స్పోర్టు, బస్తాలు, బస్తా సుతిల్, హమాలి చార్జీలు ఇలా మొత్తం కేంద్రమే రాష్ట్రానికి చెల్లిస్తుంది. సివిల్ సప్లయ్స్ డిపార్ట్ మెంట్ సహా ఐకేపీ వారికి కూడా కేంద్రమే కమిషన్ ఇస్తున్నది. మరి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైతుల ధాన్యం ఎందుకు కొనుగోలు చేయడం లేదు?
గతంలో రైతులకు హామీ ఇచ్చిన విధంగా బోనస్ కూడా ఇప్పటివరకు ఇవ్వలేదు.
రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే ఎంఎస్పీ రేటుకు రైతుల పంట కొనుగోలు చేయాలి.
మరోవైపు రాష్ట్రంలో రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల పరిస్థితి దారుణంగా మారింది.
ప్రభుత్వ రంగంలో 30–40 సంవత్సరాలు సేవ చేసిన ఉద్యోగులు, టీచర్లు రిటైర్ అయిన తర్వాత కూడా తమకు రావలసిన రిటైర్మెంట్ బెనిఫిట్స్ పొందలేక ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు.
రెండు సంవత్సరాలుగా పెన్షన్, ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ డబ్బులు రావడం లేదు. ఎంప్లాయీస్ కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ కూడా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం వేరే అవసరాలకు మళ్లించింది.
ఈ రెండు సంవత్సరాల్లో అనేక మంది రిటైర్ అయిన ఉద్యోగులు ఇలాంటి ఇబ్బందుల వల్ల చనిపోయారనే వార్తలు చూస్తున్నాం. ఇది చాలా బాధాకరం.
ఇప్పటికైనా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే చర్యలు తీసుకుని, రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల బకాయిలన్నీ చెల్లించాలి.
రాష్ట్రంలో ఉద్యోగుల రిటైర్మెంట్ బెనిఫిట్స్ (GPF, గ్రాట్యుటీ, లీవ్ ఎన్కాష్మెంట్) బకాయిలు సుమారు రూ. 12,000 కోట్లు మేర ఉన్నాయి..
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం నెలకు రూ.700 కోట్లు ఇస్తామని చెప్పి ఒక్క పైసా కూడా విడుదల చేయలేదు.
కేసీఆర్ పాలనలో రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల పట్ల వివక్ష వైఖరినే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పునరావృతం చేస్తూ మోసం చేస్తోంది.
DA arrears, PRC బకాయిలు.. ఐదు DAలు ఇంకా పెండింగ్లోనే ఉన్నాయి.
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో ఉద్యోగులు, రైతులు.. అందరూ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం వల్ల తీవ్రంగా నష్టపోతున్నారు.
తెలంగాణలో ఇంత పెండింగ్ డీఏలు మరే రాష్ట్రంలో లేవు.
సెంట్రల్ గవర్నమెంట్ లో ఒక్క డీఏ కూడా పెండింగ్ పెట్టలేదు. ఎప్పటికప్పుడు రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల బెనిఫిట్స్ క్లియర్ చేస్తూ వస్తోంది.
మొత్తం రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా లా అండ్ ఆర్డర్ పూర్తిగా విఫలమైంది. కామన్ మ్యాన్కి రక్షణ లేదు, పోలీసులకు కూడా రక్షణ లేకుండా పోయింది.
మొన్నటికి మొన్న హైదరాబాద్లో ఒక డీసీపీపై దాడి జరిగిన ఘటన ఎంతో విచారకరం. అయితే అంతకంటే దారుణమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే.. ఎంఐఎం నాయకులు, పోలీసు అధికారులపై దాడి చేసిన వారినే ఆసుపత్రిలో పరామర్శించడానికి వెళ్లడం.
అసదుద్దీన్ ఓవైసీ, అక్బరుద్దీన్ ఓవైసీ డైరెక్షన్లో ఎంఐఎం ఎమ్మెల్యే రౌడీల దాడిలో గాయపడ్డ డీసీపీని కలవలేదు. పోలీసుల కాల్పుల్లో గాయపడ్డ వ్యక్తిని కలవడానికి మాత్రం ఉస్మానియా కేర్ హాస్పిటల్కి పరుగెత్తాడు.
రేపు జూబ్లీహిల్స్ పరిస్థితి ఎలా మారబోతోందో, ప్రజలు ఒక్కసారి సీరియస్గా ఆలోచించుకోవాలి.
రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి తమ ఆరు గ్యారంటీలను అమలు చేయలేకపోయింది. కాని జూబ్లీహిల్స్లో గెలిస్తే వీళ్ళ “ఆరు గ్యారంటీలు” కొత్త మేనిఫెస్టోలా ఇలా మారతాయి —
జంట నగరాల్లోని రౌడీ షీటర్లపై కేసుల ఎత్తివేత — మొదటి గ్యారంటీ.
వసూళ్లకు, హఫ్తా వసూళ్లకు రౌడీ షీటర్లకు ప్రత్యేక లైసెన్సులు — రెండవ గ్యారంటీ.
బెదిరింపులు, దౌర్జన్యాలపై కేసులు నమోదు చేయకపోవడం — మూడవ గ్యారంటీ.
వయసు పైబడిన రౌడీ షీటర్లకు నెలకు రూ.50,000 పింఛన్ — నాల్గవ గ్యారంటీ.
రౌడీ షీటర్ల ప్రత్యేక కార్పొరేషన్ ఏర్పాటు — ఐదవ గ్యారంటీ.
భూకబ్జాలు, సెటిల్మెంట్లకు ప్రత్యేక లైసెన్స్ జారీ — ఆరో గ్యారంటీ.
ఇది మొత్తం కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ మేనిఫెస్టోలా తయారైంది.
జూబ్లీహిల్స్లో ప్రజలు ఇప్పుడు నిర్ణయించుకోవాలి — తెలంగాణలో ఎటువంటి రాజ్యం కావాలి? ఒకవైపు గన్ కల్చర్, హింస పెరుగుతుంటే, మరోవైపు కాంగ్రెస్ ఎంఐఎం తో కలిసి శాంతి భద్రతలను దెబ్బతీసే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తోంది. కాబట్టి జూబ్లీహిల్స్ ప్రజలు, తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు సీరియస్గా ఆలోచించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. ఈ లా అండ్ ఆర్డర్ పరిస్థితులపై డీజీపీకి నేను లేఖ రాశాను. చాదర్ఘాట్ ఘటన జరగకముందే దాని గురించి హెచ్చరించాను. అయినా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం చేసింది.
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని రంగాల్లో వైఫల్యానికి గురైంది. రైతులను ఆదుకోవడం లేదు, విద్యార్థులను ఆదుకోవడం లేదు, ఉద్యోగులను ఆదుకోవడం లేదు, సామాన్యుడిని ఆదుకోవడం లేదు. చివరికి మన పోలీసులను కూడా రక్షించలేని పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది అమరవీరుల పట్ల కూడా అన్యాయం జరిగింది. అది కేవలం అమరవీరులకే కాదు, మొత్తం తెలంగాణకు జరిగిన అన్యాయం. పాత ప్రభుత్వాలు అన్యాయం చేశాయి, ఇప్పుడు ఈ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం కూడా అదే మార్గంలో నడుస్తోంది.
తెలంగాణలో బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ ఇప్పుడు పూర్తిగా జీరో అయిపోయింది. వాళ్ల “కారు” రాజకీయంగా పంక్చర్ అయిపోయింది. ఒకప్పుడు మజ్లిస్ గ్యారేజ్లో ఉండే ఆ కారు, బయటికి వచ్చినా ఇప్పుడు పంచర్ అయిపోయింది. డ్రైవర్ లేరు, స్టీరింగ్ లేదు, టైర్లు ఊడిపోయాయి.. అంటే ఆ కారు ఇప్పుడు పర్మనెంట్ షెడ్లోనే ఉండిపోయింది. అలాంటి కారులోనుండి బయటికి వచ్చిన వాళ్లు ఏం మాట్లాడినా, దానికి స్పందించాల్సిన అవసరమే లేదు.
