Hyderabad : KTR lashes out at Rahul Gandhi’s stand on party defections in the Telangana state. He expresses his anger over Rahul Gandhi’s double standards: posing as a constitutional protector while undermining its spirit. He spoke to the national media in Delhi to inform the public about Rahul Gandhi’s actions. He recalled Rahul Gandhi’s grand promises in the Panch Nyay document to strengthen anti-defection laws, yet now in Telangana, Congress is engaging in unjust practices.
In a speech at Tukkuguda in Hyderabad, Rahul Gandhi stated that the membership of defectors would be terminated, yet the very same stage had BRS MLAs who had defected to Congress. KTR remarked that Rahul Gandhi’s behavior could win him an Oscar. He pointed out that Rahul Gandhi made Congress candidates in Goa take an oath against defections, yet in Karnataka, Haryana, and Maharashtra, Congress MLAs were allegedly bought by the BJP. Now, Congress leaders are circling around BRS MLAs’ houses in Telangana.
KTR demanded that the people of the country take note of Rahul Gandhi’s behavior, holding a constitutional book in one hand while killing the constitution on the other. He claimed that with AICC’s approval, more MLAs were planning to defect in Telangana and questioned how Rahul Gandhi would respond.
KTR reminded that current CM Revanth Reddy once said that defectors should be stoned to death and called them mad dogs. KTR questioned who should now be stoned and who the mad dog is, asking for Rahul Gandhi’s response. He recalled the Supreme Court’s significant verdict on a defection case involving a Congress MLA in Manipur and demanded an explanation for the BRS MLA purchases in Telangana while Congress claims to fight against BJP’s defections nationwide. He cited an allegation by Siddaramaiah in Karnataka that each Congress MLA was offered 50 crores by the BJP and questioned the cost of MLA purchases in Telangana.
KTR said he had been consulting legal and constitutional experts in Delhi for four days seeking justice in party defection issues. He reminded that Danam Nagender, who won on a BRS ticket, later contested as Secunderabad MP on a Congress B-form. He called for immediate action against such blatant defections. He mentioned filing a petition in the High Court and promised to approach the Supreme Court if justice was not served. He also stated plans to meet the President and lodge complaints, as well as raise the issue in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. He vowed to strengthen anti-defection laws in collaboration with parties affected by the Congress and BJP, advocating for an automatic cancellation of membership upon party switching, as stated in the Panch Nyay document.
KTR criticized the Congress party for betraying Telangana before 2014 despite numerous opportunities given by its people. He stated that the people fought against Congress’s injustices to achieve statehood and praised KCR for the state’s development over the past decade. He attributed the recent Congress win to false promises made in the name of “six guarantees in 100 days” and accused Congress of resorting to MLA purchases to escape their 420 promises. KTR stated that this is just the first step in the fight against Congress’s defections and promised more battles in the future.

రాష్ట్రంలో పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపుల వ్యవహారంలో రాహుల్ గాంధీ వ్యవహారిస్తున్న తీరుపై కేటీఆర్ మండిపడ్డారు. ఓ వైపు రాహుల్ గాంధీ రాజ్యాంగ పరి రక్షణ అంటూ ఫోజులు కొడుతూ మరోవైపు రాజ్యాంగ స్ఫూర్తిని చంపేలా ద్వంద వైఖరి అవలంభిస్తున్నారని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రాహుల్ గాంధీ తీరును దేశ ప్రజలకు తెలియజెప్పేందుకు ఢిల్లీలో జాతీయ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు. పాంచ్ న్యాయ్ లో భాగంగా పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపుల చట్టాన్ని బలోపేతం చేస్తామని రాహుల్ గాంధీ గొప్పలు చెప్పారని గుర్తు చేశారు.
హైదరాబాద్ లోని తుక్కుగూడ సభలో మాట్లాడుతూ పార్టీ ఫిరాయించిన వారి సభ్యత్వం పోయేలా చేస్తామని ఆయన చెప్పారని…కానీ అదే వేదికపై బీఆర్ఎస్ నుంచి కాంగ్రెస్ లోకి పార్టీ ఫిరాయించిన ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఉన్నారని గుర్తు చేశారు. రాహుల్ గాంధీ వ్యవహారం చూస్తుంటే ఆయనకు అస్కార్ లెవల్ అవార్డు ఇవ్వొచ్చన్నారు. ఇదే రాహుల్ గాంధీ గోవాలో కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్థులు పార్టీ మారవద్దని వారితో ప్రమాణం చేయించారని గుర్తు చేశారు. కర్ణాటక, హర్యానా, మహారాష్ట్రలో కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలను బీజేపీ కొనుగోలు చేస్తుందని గగ్గోలు పెట్టినా కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలే ఇప్పుడు తెలంగాణలో బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేల ఇళ్ల చుట్టు తిరుగుతున్నారన్నారు. ఓ వైపు రాజ్యాంగ పరి రక్షకుడిగా రాజ్యాంగం పుస్తకాన్ని చేతులో పట్టుకొని మరోవైపు రాజ్యాంగాన్ని ఖూనీ చేస్తున్న రాహుల్ గాంధీ తీరును దేశ ప్రజలు గమనించాలన్నారు.
ఏఐసీసీ అనుమతి తీసుకొని మరి తెలంగాణలో మరికొంత మంది ఎమ్మెల్యేల ఫిరాయింపులకు పాల్పడబోతున్నారన్నారు. దీనిపై రాహుల్ గాంధీ ఏం సమాధానం చెబుతారని కేటీఆర్ ప్రశ్నించారు. ఒక పార్టీ లో గెలిచి మరొక పార్టీలోకి మారితే రాళ్లతో కొట్టి చంపాలని స్వయంగా ఇప్పటి సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డే వ్యాఖ్యనించారని కేటీఆర్ గుర్తు చేశారు. పార్టీ మారిన వారిని పిచ్చి కుక్కలుగా భావించాలన్నారన్నారు. మరి ఇప్పుడు ఎవరినీ రాళ్లతో కొట్టి చంపాలో? ఎవరు పిచ్చికుక్కో రాహుల్ గాంధీ సమాధానం చెప్పాలని కేటీఆర్ నిలదీశారు.
గతంలో మణిపూర్ లో ఓ ఎమ్మెల్యే పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపుల విషయంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ పిటిషన్ పై విచారణ ద్వారానే సుప్రీంకోర్టు కీలకమైన తీర్పు ఇచ్చిన విషయాన్ని కేటీఆర్ గుర్తు చేశారు. దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా బీజేపీ పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపులపై పోరాటమంటూనే తెలంగాణలో బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే కొనుగోళ్లకు ఎందుకు పాల్పడుతున్నారో చెప్పాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. కర్ణాటకలో కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే ఒక్కొక్కరికి రూ. 50 కోట్లు ఇచ్చి బీజేపీ కొనుగోలు సిద్దిరామయ్య ఆరోపించారని గుర్తు చేశారు. మరి తెలంగాణలో ఎమ్మెల్యే కొనుగోళ్లకు ఎంత ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నారో రాహుల్ గాంధీ చెప్పాలన్నారు.
పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపుల విషయంలో న్యాయం కోసం ఢిల్లీలో నాలుగు రోజులుగా న్యాయ, రాజ్యాంగ నిపుణులతో సంప్రదింపులు జరిపినట్లు కేటీఆర్ చెప్పారు. బీఆర్ఎస్ గుర్తు పై గెలిచిన దానం నాగేందర్ ఆ తర్వాత సికింద్రాబాద్ ఎంపీగా కాంగ్రెస్ బీ ఫామ్ పై పోటీ చేసిన విషయాన్ని కేటీఆర్ గుర్తు చేశారు. ఇంత బహిరంగంగా పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపులకు పాల్పడిన వారిపై వెంటనే చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. ఈ విషయంలో ఇప్పటికే హైకోర్టు లో పిటిషన్ వేశామని కేటీఆర్ గుర్తు చేశారు. హైకోర్టులో న్యాయం జరగకపోతే సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు వెళ్తామన్నారు.
రాజ్యాంగ పరి రక్షణ కు సంబంధించి రాష్ట్రపతిని కలిసి ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తామన్నారు. లోక్ సభ స్పీకర్, రాజ్య సభ ఛైర్మన్ ను కలిసి ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తామన్నారు. ఈ అంశాన్ని రాజ్యసభలో లేవనేత్తుతామని…అవకాశం ఉన్న అన్ని వేదికల్లో న్యాయ పోరాటం చేస్తామని కేటీఆర్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. కాంగ్రెస్, బీజేపీ బాధిత పార్టీలతో కలిసి భవిష్యత్ లో పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపుల చట్టం బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు పోరాటం చేస్తామన్నారు. పాంచ్ న్యాయ్ లో కాంగ్రెస్ చెప్పిన విధంగా పార్టీ మారగానే ఆటోమేటిక్ గా సభ్యత్వం రద్దయ్యేలా చట్టం తేవాలని కేటీఆర్ కోరారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి 2014 కు ముందు తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు ఎన్నో అవకాశాలు ఇచ్చినప్పటికీ ఆ పార్టీ రాష్ట్రానికి అన్యాయం చేసిందని కేటీఆర్ మండిపడ్డారు. కాంగ్రెస్ అన్యాయలకు వ్యతిరేకంగానే తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు పోరాటం చేసి రాష్ట్రాన్ని సాధించుకున్నారన్నారు. పదేళ్ల పాటు కేసీఆర్ గారు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని అద్భుతంగా అభివృద్ధి చేశారని చెప్పారు. ఐతే మొన్నటి ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ 100 రోజుల్లో ఆరు గ్యారంటీల పేరుతో ఈస్ట్ మన్ కలర్ సినిమా చూపటంతో ప్రజలు గెలిపించారని చెప్పారు.
ఒకటి కాదు రెండు కాదు 420 హామిలిచ్చిన కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి ఇప్పుడు వాటిని అమలు చేయటం చేతకావటం లేదన్నారు. దాని నుంచి తప్పించుకోవటానికే ఎమ్మెల్యే కొనుగోళ్లకు పాల్పడుతుందని కేటీఆర్ ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్న కాంగ్రెస్ పై పోరాటం లో ఇదే తొలి అడుగు మాత్రమేనని కేటీఆర్ చెప్పారు. భవిష్యత్ లో మరిన్ని పోరాటాలు చేస్తామన్నారు.
