Hyderabad : Today, during the Question Hour in Parliament Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, Hon’ble Member of Parliament from Bhongir, raised Question No. 441 addressed to the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying regarding the large quantum of pending proposals under various Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
He highlighted that a substantial balance amount of ₹24,850.33 crore is yet to be released by the Ministry, affecting the implementation of several critical programmes across states. He urged the Ministry to intervene and expedite the sanction and release of these funds.
The pending amounts under key schemes are as follows:
National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP): ₹3,880.40 crore (100% balance pending)
Assistance to States for Control of Animal Diseases (ASCAD): ₹7,421.23 crore (balance Central share)
National Livestock Mission (NLM): ₹12,304.59 crore (balance Central share)
Livestock Census: ₹1,151.61 crore (100% balance pending)
Integrated Sample Survey Scheme: ₹92.50 crore (balance Central share)
Reddy emphasized that these schemes are vital for strengthening animal health infrastructure, supporting farmers, and improving livestock productivity in the country. He requested the Ministry, through the Chair, to take immediate action to release the pending funds and ensure effective implementation of these programmes.

జాతీయ పశు వ్యాధి నియంత్రణ కార్యక్రమం (NADCP): ₹3,880.40 కోట్లు (100% పెండింగ్)
పశు వ్యాధుల నియంత్రణకు రాష్ట్రాలకు సహాయం (ASCAD): ₹7,421.23 కోట్లు (కేంద్ర భాగం పెండింగ్)
జాతీయ పశుసంవర్థక మిషన్ (NLM): ₹12,304.59 కోట్లు (కేంద్ర భాగం పెండింగ్)
పశుసంఖ్యా గణన (Livestock Census): ₹1,151.61 కోట్లు (100% పెండింగ్)

ఈ పథకాలు రైతులకు మద్దతు ఇవ్వడంలో, పశుసంవర్థక రంగాన్ని బలోపేతం చేయడంలో మరియు పశువుల ఆరోగ్యాన్ని మెరుగుపరచడంలో కీలకమైనవని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. కాబట్టి, ఈ నిధులను తక్షణమే విడుదల చేసి పథకాల అమలును వేగవంతం చేయాలని సభాధ్యక్షుల ద్వారా మంత్రిత్వ శాఖను ఆయన విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
