బీఆర్ఎస్ ను బొంద పెట్టి, కేసీఆర్ కు అధికారం లేకుండా చేస్తేనే సర్పంచులకు పూర్వ వైభ‌వం వస్తుందన్నారు టీపీసీసీ అధ్య‌క్షులు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి. సీఎం కేసీఆర్ సర్పంచుల వ్యవస్థను సర్వం నిర్వీర్యం చేశాడని, ప్ర‌భుత్వ నిర్ల‌క్ష్యంతో రాష్ట్రంలో 60మంది సర్పంచులు చనిపోయారని ఆయ‌న తెలిపారు. ప్ర‌భుత్వ వైఖ‌రి వ‌ల్ల చ‌నిపోయిన ప్ర‌తీ సర్పంచ్ కుటుంబానికి రూ.కోటి ప‌రిహారం ప్ర‌క‌టించాల‌ని ఆయ‌న డిమాండ్ చేశారు. టీపీసీసీ రాజీవ్ గాంధీ పంచాయ‌తీ రాజ్ సంఘ‌ట‌న్ ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో ధ‌ర్నాచౌక్ వద్ద చేప‌ట్టిన ధ‌ర్నాలో రేవంత్ పాల్గొన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సర్పంచులను సమస్యల్లో పడేసిందని చెప్పారు. ప్రభుత్వం వైఖరితో కొందరు ఆత్మహత్యలు చేసుకుంటే.. ఇంకొందరు పుస్తెలు అమ్ముకున్న పరిస్థితి ఉంద‌ని తెలిపారు.
సర్పంచుల నిరసనకు సంఘీభావంగా ధర్నా చేస్తామంటే ప్రభుత్వం పోలీసులతో అడ్డుకుందన్నారు. అయినా హైకోర్టు అనుమతితో ఇవాళ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ధర్నా నిర్వహిస్తోందని, ధర్నాకు ఎంతో మంది సర్పంచులు పరోక్షంగా మద్దతు తెలిపార‌ని చెప్పారు రేవంత్. సర్పంచులకు రావాల్సిన నిధుల‌ను వెంట‌నే విడుద‌ల చేయాలని ఆయ‌న డిమాండ్ చేశారు. వివిధ మార్గాల ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి వచ్చే ఆదాయంలో సర్పంచుల వాటాను వారి ఖాతాలో వేయాల్సి ఉంటుంద‌ని, కానీ వారికి రావాల్సిన నిధులు ఇవ్వకుండా ప్రభుత్వం దోపీడీ చేస్తోందని విమ‌ర్శించారు. సర్పంచుల ఆత్మ గౌరవం దెబ్బతీసి, వారిని ఆత్మహత్యలకు ఉసిగొల్పింది కేసీఆర్ కాదా అని ఆయ‌న ప్ర‌శ్నించారు. కాంట్రాక్టర్లకు కట్టబెట్టడానికే సర్పంచులకు రావాల్సిన నిధుల‌ను దారి మ‌ళ్లించార‌ని ఆరోపించారు.
సర్పంచుల వ్యవస్థను నిర్వీర్యం చేయ‌డ‌మే కాకుండా చెట్టు చనిపోయినా సర్పంచ్ ను సస్పెండ్ చేయ‌డం విడ్డూరంగా ఉంద‌న్నారు. చెట్టు చ‌నిపోయినందుకు సర్పంచ్ ను సస్పెండ్ చేస్తే… నిర్లక్ష్యంగా వ్యవహరించిన మున్సిపల్ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ ను ఏం చేయాలని రేవంత్ ప్ర‌శ్నించారు. కేటీఆర్ నిర్లక్ష్య వైఖరితో మూసీలో మునిగి 30 మంది చనిపోయారని ఆయ‌న ఆరోపించారు. హైదరాబాద్ లో ఎక్కడ చూసినా మామూలు ప‌రిస్థితులు లేవ‌ని, ఇందులో మునిసిపల్ శాఖ మంత్రి నిర్లక్ష్యం కళ్లకు కట్టినట్లు కనిపిస్తోంద‌న్నారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఇంత అధ్వాన్నంగా మార్చిన తండ్రీ, కొడుకులను ట్యాంక్ బండ్ మీద ఉరేసినా తప్పు లేదని తెలిపారు రేవంత్. తెలంగాణ‌లో పుట్టబోయే బిడ్డమీద కూడా కేసీఆర్ రూ.1లక్షా 50వేల అప్పు వేశాడ‌ని, తెలంగాణ మోడల్ అంటే ఇదేనా అని ఆయ‌న ప్ర‌శ్నించారు.

బీఆరెస్ అంటే భారత్ రాష్ట్ర సమితి కాదని భస్మాసుర సమితి అని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు రేవంత్. సర్పంచుల వ్య‌వ‌హారంలో త‌న బుద్ది మార్చుకోకపోతే భస్మాసుర సమితి కూడా కేసీఆర్ ను కాపడలేదని హెచ్చ‌రించారు. 4వేల కొత్త పంచాయ‌తీల‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేశామ‌ని గొప్ప‌గా చెప్పుకుంటున్న కేసీఆర్.. వాటిలో ఎక్కడైనా భ‌వ‌నాలు కట్టించారా అని నిలదీశారు. ప్ర‌గ‌తి భ‌వ‌న్, సెక్ర‌టేరియ‌ట్‌ల‌కు వేల కోట్లు ఖ‌ర్చు చేసిన కేసీఆర్ సర్పంచులకు నిదులు విడుద‌ల చేయ‌డంపై దుర్మార్గంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. సర్పంచుల సమస్యలు తీరాలంటే కేసీఆర్ అధికారం పోవాల‌ని, బీఆరెస్ ను బొంద పెట్టాలన్నారు.
కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబాన్ని పొలిమేరలు దాటేదాక తరమాలని చెప్పారు రేవంత్. పనికిమాలిన చట్టాలను కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చాక రద్దు చేస్తామ‌ని, సర్పంచుల నిధులు ఎవరూ దొంగిలించకుండా పటిష్ట చట్టం తీసుకొస్తామ‌ని హామీ ఇచ్చారు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి. పంచాయతీలు చేయాల్సిన పనిని ప్రైవేటు సంస్థ‌ల‌కు అప్ప‌గించి కేసీఆర్ ఆర్థిక దోపీడికి పాల్ప‌డ్డార‌న్నారు రేవంత్. కేసీఆర్ దోపిడీని నిలువ‌రించేందుకు సర్పంచులు మంచి నిర్ణ‌యం తీసుకోవాలని, అడుక్కోవ‌డం మాని… కొట్లాడి హ‌క్కులు సాధించుకోవాల‌ని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
రేవంత్ కు ఎస్ఐ,కానిస్టేబుల్ అభ్య‌ర్థుల వినతి
తమ సమస్యలపై ధర్నా చౌక్ వద్ద టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డికి ఎస్ఐ, కానిస్టేబుల్ సమస్యల పరిష్కార పోరాట సమితి వినతి పత్రం అందించింది. తమ సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించేలా ప్రభుత్వంపై ఒత్తిడి తేవాలని కోరారు. పోలీస్ ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలపై గతంలోనే ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాశాన‌ని, న్యాయం జ‌రిగే వ‌ర‌కు కాంగ్రెస్ అండ‌గా ఉంటుంద‌ని రేవంత్ హామీ ఇచ్చారు. ఏ నియామకాల కోసం తెలంగాణ తెచ్చుకున్నామో ఆ నియామకాల కోసమే మళ్లీ ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోవాల్సిన పరిస్ధితి రాష్ట్రంలో ఉంద‌న్నారు రేవంత్. రాష్ట్ర పోలీస్ రిక్రూట్ మెంట్ బోర్డు చైర్మన్ గా తెలంగాణ అధికారిని కాకుండా ఇత‌రుల‌ను నియమించారని, కీలక శాఖలన్నింటిలో తెలంగానేతరులను నియమించారని విమ‌ర్శించారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతంపై ఆ అధికారులకు ప్రేమ, అభిమాననం ఏదీ లేదన్నారు. పరిపాలన అందించడానికి తెలంగాణ అధికారులకు సమర్ధత లేదా అని రేవంత్ ప్ర‌శ్నించారు. విద్యార్థుల ప్రాణాలు పోతున్నా ఆ అధికారులకు పట్టింపు లేదని చెప్పారు. తెలంగాణ అధికారులను, ప్రజలను కేసీఆర్ నమ్మడం లేదని, తెలంగాణ ప్రజల్ని అవమానించేలా కేసీఆర్ వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారన్నారు. స‌రైన ప‌ద్ధ‌తిలో నియామకాలు చేపట్టకపోతే ప్ర‌జ‌లు కేసీఆర్ ఉద్యోగం ఊడగొట్టడం ఖాయమ‌ని హెచ్చ‌రించారు.
డీజీపీని క‌లిసిన టీపీసీసీ నేతల బృందం
టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి, ఇత‌ర నేత‌ల‌తో క‌లిసి సోమ‌వారం సాయంత్రం డీజీపీని క‌లిశారు. 12మంది ఫిరాయింపు ఎమ్మెల్యేలపై చర్యలు , నాగర్ కర్నూలులో కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలపై బీఆరెస్ నేతల దాడుల అంశాలపై డీజీపీకి ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. నాగర్ కర్నూల్ జిల్లాలో ప్రాజెక్టు శిలాఫలకాన్ని సందర్శించేందుకు వెళ్లిన కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులపై బీఆర్ఎస్ నేత‌లు దూషనలు, దాడులకు దిగారని రేవంత్ తెలిపారు. గొంతుపై కాలు పెట్టి తొక్కి పరుష పదజాలంతో దూషించారని, దాడికి గురైన బాధితుల్లో ఒకరు గిరిజనుడు, మరొకరు దళితుడు ఉన్నార‌ని ఆయ‌న తెలిపారు. దాడికి పాల్ప‌డిన వారిపై పోలీసులు ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అట్రాసిటీ కేసు పెడతారని భావించామ‌ని, కానీ తమ పార్టీ నాయకుడు నాగం జనార్దన్ రెడ్డిపైనే అక్రమ కేసులు పెట్టారని రేవంత్ మండిప‌డ్డారు.
ఇది ప్రభుత్వం, పోలీసుల బరితెగింపు చర్య అన్నారు రేవంత్. నాగర్ కర్నూల్ జిల్లాలో కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలపై దాడులకు నిరసనగా ఈ నెల 17న దళిత గిరిజన ఆత్మగౌరవ సభ నిర్వహిస్తామ‌ని చెప్పారు.నాగర్ కర్నూల్ దాడి ఘ‌ట‌న‌తో పాటు ఫిరాయింపు ఎమ్మెల్యేలపై చర్యలు కోరుతూ మ‌రో ఫిర్యాదును కూడా అందించామ‌న్నారు. 12 మంది పిరాయింపు ఎమ్మెల్యేలపై సీబీఐ విచారణ చేపట్టేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరిన‌ట్లు రేవంత్ తెలిపారు. ఈ అంశంపై చీఫ్ సెక్రటరీని అపాయింట్ మెంట్ కోరితే తప్పించుకు తిరుగుతున్నారని, సీఎస్ బాధ్యతా రాహిత్యంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. ఇలా చేస్తే సీఎస్ ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగానే అమ్ముడు పోయిన ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు వత్తాసు పలుకుతున్నట్లు కాంగ్రెస్ భావించాల్సి వస్తుందన్నారు. ఫిరాయింపు ఎమ్మెల్యేల 12 నియోజకవర్గాల్లో సంక్రాంతి తరువాత కాంగ్రెస్ నిరసన కార్యక్రమాలు చేపడుతుందని తెలిపారు.

TPCC president Revanth Reddy said that the sarpanches will get their former glory only if BRS is defeated and KCR is deprived of power. He said that CM KCR has completely weakened the system of Sarpanches and 60 Sarpanches have died in the state due to the government’s negligence. He demanded to announce a compensation of Rs. 1 crore to the family of every Sarpanch who died due to the government’s attitude. Revanth participated in the sit-in at Dharnachowk under the aegis of TPCC Rajiv Gandhi Panchayat Raj Sanghtan. He said that the state government has put the sarpanches in trouble. He said that if some committed suicide due to the attitude of the government, others were forced to sell sacred threads (Mangalsutra).
He said that the government asked the police to prevent us from holding a dharna in solidarity with the protest of the Sarpanchs. Revanth said that however, the Congress Party is holding a dharna today with the permission of the High Court and many sarpanches have indirectly supported the dharna. He demanded that the funds pending to the sarpanches should be released immediately. He criticized that the share of the revenue coming to the state government through various channels should be put in their account, but the government is exploiting them by not giving them the funds they deserve. He asked if it was not KCR who damaged the self-esteem of sarpanches and instigated them to commit suicide. He alleged that the funds pending to the sarpanches were diverted to pay the contractors.
He said that apart from weakening the system of sarpanches, it is ironic to suspend the sarpanch even if the tree is dead. If the sarpanch is suspended for the death of a tree… what should be done to the municipal minister KTR who acted negligently, Revanth asked. He alleged that 30 people drowned in the Musi due to KTR’s negligent attitude. He said that there is no normal situation anywhere in Hyderabad and the negligence of the Municipal Minister is evident. Revanth said that there is no wrong in hanging the father and son on the tank bund who made the state so bad. He said that KCR had given a loan of Rs. 1 lakh 50 thousand even for a yet-to-be-born child in Telangana, and asked if this is the Telangana model.
BRS means Bhasmasura Rashtra Samithi
Revanth criticized that BRS means Bhasmasura Samiti and not Bharat Rashtra Samiti. He warned that even the Bhasmasura Samiti will not save KCR if he does not change his mind on the issue of sarpanches. KCR, who is boasting that he has established 4000 new panchayats, has not constructed any buildings for them. KCR, who spent thousands of crores on Pragati Bhavan and Secretariat, is not releasing funds to the sarpanches, Revanth alleged. If the problems of the sarpanches are to be solved, they want KCR to lose power and BRS to be put under control.
Revanth said that KCR’s family will be chased away to the village outskirts. Revanth Reddy promised that when the Congress government comes to power, they will repeal the ineffective laws and make a strong law so that no one steals the funds of the sarpanches. Revanth said that KCR has entrusted the panchayat works to private organizations and has engaged in financial loot. He called upon the Sarpanchs to take a good decision to stop the exploitation of KCR, stop begging… to fight and get their rights.
SI, Constable candidates representation to Revanth
The SI, Constable Problem Solving Committee submitted a petition to TPCC President Revanth Reddy at Dharna Chowk regarding their issues. They wanted to put pressure on the government to solve their problems. Revanth assured that he had already written a letter to the government regarding the police job appointments and that Congress will stand by them till justice is done. Revanth said that there is a situation in the state where people have to lose their lives again for those appointments for which Telangana was brought. He criticized that a nonTelangana officer was appointed as the Chairman of the State Police Recruitment Board and non-Telanganas were appointed in all the key departments.
He said that those officials have no love or admiration for the Telangana region. Revanth questioned whether the Telangana authorities are incompetent to provide the administration. He said that it does not matter to the officials if the lives of the students are lost. He said that KCR does not trust Telangana officials and people and KCR is acting to insult the people of Telangana. He warned that people will definitely take away KCR’s job if appointments are not made in a proper manner.
A delegation of TPCC leaders met the DGP
TPCC president Revanth Reddy along with other leaders met the DGP on Monday evening. Actions against 12 defecting MLAs and attacks by BRS leaders on Congress workers in Nagar Kurnool have complained to the DGP. Revanth said that the BRS leaders insulted and attacked the Congress leaders who went to visit the project foundation stone in Nagar Kurnool district. He said that one of the victims was a Tribal and the other was a Dalit. Revanth said that he thought that the police would file an SC and ST atrocity case against the perpetrators of the attack, but they filed illegal cases against his party leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy.
Revanth said that this is an act of tyranny by the government and the police. He said that they will hold a Dalit Tribal self-respect meeting on the 17th of this month in protest against the attacks on Congress workers in Nagar Kurnool district. Along with the Nagar Kurnool attack incident, another complaint has also been submitted seeking action against the 12 defected MLAs. Revanth said that steps have been taken to conduct a CBI investigation against the 12 defected MLAs. He accused the Chief Secretary of being evasive and acting irresponsibly on this issue. If this is the case, Congress will have to think that the CS is deliberately giving tacit support to the MLAs who have been sold out. He said that after Sankranthi, Congress will take up protest programs in the 12 constituencies of the defecting MLAs.
