हैदराबाद: ज्ञातव्य हौ कि नलगोंडा एससी और एसटी अदालत ने सोमवार को 2018 में हड़कंप मचा देने वाले प्रणय ऑनर किलिंग मामले में सनसनीखेज फैसला सुनाया। अदालत ने इस मामले में ए2 श्रेणी के आरोपी सुभाष शर्मा को मौत की सजा तथा अन्य छह आरोपियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई। अमृता के चाचा श्रवण राव उन दोषियों में शामिल हैं जिन्हें अदालत ने आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। इस मामले में श्रवण राव A6 है।
इस फैसले के बाद श्रवण राव के परिजनों ने अदालत के सामने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और दावा किया कि प्रणय हत्याकांड में श्रवण राव का कोई संबंध नहीं है। श्रवण राव की बेटी, अमृता की बहन (चाचा की बेटी) ने आरोप लगाया कि उसके पिता का इस मामले से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है और अमृता ने ही यह सब कुछ किया है।
अमृता की बहन ने अफसोस जताते हुए कहा कि उसके पिता ने कुछ भी गलत नहीं किया है। श्रवण राव की बेटी ने अमृता पर जानबूझकर उसके पिता को फंसाने का आरोप लगाया, जबकि उसका इस मामले से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है और दुख व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि अमृता ही इस सब के लिए जिम्मेदार है। श्रवण राव का परिवार पहले से ही यह तर्क देता आ रहा है कि प्रणय की हत्या से उसका कोई संबंध नहीं है।
इस बीच, प्रणय के पिता पेरुमला बालास्वामी ने कहा कि उनके बेटे प्रणय की हत्या मामले में फैसले के बाद, कम से कम अब तो ऑनर किलिंग बंद हो जानी चाहिए। नलगोंडा एससी और एसटी सत्र न्यायालय ने सोमवार को देश में सनसनी मचा देने वाले मिर्यालगुडा प्रणय हत्या मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया। इस मामले में ए2 आरोपी सुभाष शर्मा को फांसी की सजा सुनाने वाली अदालत ने बाकी दोषियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है।
इस मामले में फैसले के बाद प्रणय के पिता पेरुमला बालास्वामी ने मीडिया से बात की। उन्होंने कहा कि नलगोंडा अदालत का फैसला अपराधियों के लिए चेतावनी है। बालास्वामी ने आगे कहा कि दोषियों के परिवारों को भी इस फैसले से पीड़ा होती है, लेकिन यह अफसोस की बात है कि इस तरह की हत्या करना क्षमा योग्य नहीं हैं। साथ ही सुझाव दिया गया कि यदि कोई समस्या हो तो उसे बातचीत के माध्यम से सुलझाया जाना चाहिए।
अदालत के फैसले के लिए साढ़े पांच साल तक इंतजार करना पड़ा है। यह फैसले से संतोषदायक हैं। प्रणय के पिता बालास्वामी ने डीएसपी श्रीनिवास के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। वे शुरू से ही इस मामले में पूरा सहयोग किया। तत्कालीन एसपी रंगनाथ की देखरेख में मामले की गहन जांच की गई और सौ गवाहों के साथ 1600 पन्नों की चार्जशीट अदालत में पेश किया गया।

ఈ క్రమంలో ప్రణయ్ హత్య కేసుతో శ్రవణ్ రావుకు సంబంధం లేదని అతని కుటుంబసభ్యులు కోర్టు ఎదుట ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. ఈ కేసుతో తన తండ్రికి సంబంధం లేదని అంతా అమృతే చేసిందని ఆరోపించింది శ్రవణ్ రావు కూతురు, అమృత చెల్లి (బాబాయ్ కూతురు).
తన తండ్రి తప్పు చేయలేదని అమృత చెల్లి బోరున విలపించింది. ఈ కేసుతో ఎటువంటి సంబంధం లేకున్నా అమృత తన తండ్రిని కావాలనే ఇరికించిందని ఆరోపించింది శ్రవణ్ రావు కూతురు దీనికి అంతటికి కారణం అమృతనే అని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ప్రణయ్ హత్యతో శ్రవణ్ రావుకు సంబంధం లేదని ఆయన కుటుంబం మొదటి నుంచి వాదిస్తోంది.
కాగా తన కొడుకు ప్రణయ్ హత్య కేసు తీర్పుతో ఇకనైనా పరువు హత్యలు ఆగిపోవాలని ప్రణయ్ తండ్రి పెరుమాల బాలస్వామి అన్నారు. దేశంలో సంచలనం సృష్టించిన మిర్యాలగూడ ప్రణయ్ మర్డర్ కేసులో నల్లగొండ ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ సెషన్ కోర్టు సోమవారం తీర్పు వెల్లడించింది. ఈ కేసులో ఏ2 నిందితుడు సుభాష్ శర్మకు ఉరిశిక్ష విధించిన న్యాయస్థానం మిగిలిన దోషులకు జీవిత ఖైదు విధించింది.
ఈ కేసు తీర్పు వెలువడిన నేపథ్యంలో ప్రణయ్ తండ్రి పెరుమాల బాలస్వామి మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు. నల్గొండ కోర్టు ఈరోజు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు నేరస్తులకు కనువిప్పు కలగాలని అన్నారు. ఈ తీర్పుతో దోషులు కుటుంబాలు కూడా బాధపడుతుంటాయి కానీ ఈ రకమైన హత్యలకు పాల్పడడం విచారకరమని అన్నారు. ఏదైనా ఉంటే చర్చల ద్వారా సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
ఐదున్నర సంవత్సరాలు కోర్టు తీర్పుకై వేచి చూశామని ఈ తీర్పుతో తృప్తి చెందామని తెలిపారు. మొదటి నుంచి కేసుకు పూర్తిస్థాయిలో సహకరించిన డీఎస్పీ శ్రీనివాస్కి కృతజ్ఞతలు వందమంది సాక్షులతో 1600ల పేజీల చార్జిషీట్తో అప్పటి ఎస్పీ రంగనాథ్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో కేసును నిక్కచ్చిగా విచారించారన్నారు ప్రణయ్ తండ్రి బాలస్వామి. Hyderabad: In a sensational verdict, the Nalgonda SC and ST Court on Monday sentenced Subhash Sharma, an A2 category accused in the 2018 Pranay honor killing case, to death and six other accused to life imprisonment. Shravan Rao, Amrita’s uncle, is among those convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. He is A6 in the case. Following the verdict, Shravan Rao’s family members staged a protest outside the court, claiming that he had no connection with the Pranay murder case. Shravan Rao’s daughter, Amrita’s cousin, alleged that her father was innocent and that Amrita was responsible for the entire incident.
Amrita’s sister expressed regret, saying that her father had done nothing wrong. Shravan Rao’s daughter accused Amrita of intentionally framing her father, despite having no connection to the case, and lamented that Amrita was responsible for everything. Shravan Rao’s family has been arguing that he had no involvement in Pranay’s murder. Meanwhile, Pranay’s father, Perumalla Balaswamy, stated that after the verdict in his son’s murder case, honor killings should at least stop now. The Nalgonda SC and ST Court delivered its verdict on Monday in the sensational Miryalaguda Pranay murder case that shocked the nation. The court sentenced A2 accused Subhash Sharma to death and the remaining convicts to life imprisonment.
After the verdict in this case, Pranay’s father, Perumalla Balaswamy, spoke to the media. He said that the Nalgonda court’s verdict is a warning to criminals. Balaswamy further stated that the families of the convicts will also be pained by this verdict, but it is unfortunate that such a heinous murder cannot be forgiven. He also suggested that if there is any problem, it should be resolved through dialogue. We had to wait for more than five and a half years for the court’s verdict. This verdict is satisfactory. Pranay’s father, Balaswamy, expressed gratitude to DSP Srinivas. He cooperated fully in this case from the beginning. Under the supervision of the then SP Ranganath, a thorough investigation of the case was conducted, and a 1600-page charge sheet was presented in court with a hundred witnesses.
