हैदराबाद: भारत के रक्षा उपक्रम मिश्र धातु निगम लिमिटेड (मिधानि) में राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति, मिधानि के तत्वावधान में कर्मचारियों के लिए 9 जुलाई को एक दिवसीय हिंदी कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यशाला राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के दिशानिर्देशों का अनुसरण करते हुए आयोजित की गई। कार्यशाला में चार विभिन्न विषयों में सत्र संचालित किए गए।
कार्यशाला के प्रथम सत्र में उद्यम के प्रबंधक (हिंदी अनुभाग एवं निगम संचार) डॉ. बी. बालाजी ने कार्यशाला के प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया। हिंदी कार्यशाला के आयोजन की अनिवार्यता तथा उद्देश्य को स्पष्ट करते हुए सत्रों का परिचय दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि कार्यशाला में राजभाषा नीति, राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में कंप्यूटर की भूमिका, कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी टंकण के बेसिक टिप्स सहित प्रशासनिक शब्दावली जैसे विषयों पर व्याख्यान होंगे। उन्होंने प्रथम सत्र में कार्यालयीन शब्दावली व कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी टंकण के बेसिक टिप्स विषय पर व्याख्यान दिया और प्रतिभागियों से अभ्यास कराया।
दूसरे सत्र में एसबीआई के स्थानीय प्रधान कार्यालय, अमरावती, हैदराबाद के मुख्य प्रबंधक (राजभाषा) रजनीश कुमार यादव ने “राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में कर्मचारियों के दायित्व” विषय पर व्याख्यान दिया। उन्होंने अपने व्याख्यान के दौरान संविधान में राजभाषा संबंधी अनुच्छेदों पर चर्चा करते हुए प्रतिभागियों को राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963 की धाराओं व राजभाषा नियम 1976 के अंतर्गत बने नियमों की जानकारी दी। अपने व्याख्यान के दौरान उन्होंने भारत सरकार के कार्यालयों में राजभाषा के कार्यान्वयन में कर्मचारियों की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डोला।
उन्होंने बताया कि कार्यालयों में सरकारी कार्यों से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रकार के दस्तावेज तैयार किए जाते हैं। उनको जारी करने वाले अधिकारी का दायित्व है कि वे देखें कि उनके हस्ताक्षर से प्रसारित होने वाले दस्तावेज द्विभाषा हों। केंद्र सरकार के कार्यालयों में राजभाषा का प्रचार-प्रसार का प्रमुख दायित्व कार्यालय प्रधान पर तो होता ही है, लेकिन वास्तविक रूप से विभिन्न दस्तावेजों पर हस्ताक्षर करने वाले अधिकारी पर निर्भर करता है कि वे राजभाषा में कितनी रुचि लेते हैं। उन्होंने बड़े ही रोचक ढंग से राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में कर्मचारियों की भूमिका को स्पष्ट किया। उन्होंने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी के सहयोग के बिना राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन सुचारु रूप से नहीं हो सकता है। इसीलिए राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में कर्मचारियों की सक्रिय भूमिका की अपेक्षा की जाती है। कुमार ने कार्यालय के दैनिक कामकाज में राजभाषा के प्रयोग के लिए कर्मचारियों को प्रेरित किया।
हिंदी कार्यशाला के तीसरे सत्र में केंद्रीय बारानी कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान, हैदराबाद के उप निदेशक (राजभाषा) डॉ. संतराम यादव ने “राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में प्रौद्योगिकी की भूमिका” विषय पर व्याख्यान दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि तकनीक के सहयोग से हिंदी को सरल और सुलभ बनाना संभव हुआ है तथा कंप्यूटर, मोबाइल और स्मार्ट उपकरणों पर हिंदी का व्यापक उपयोग हो रहा है। आज आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, बिग डेटा, ध्वनि पहचान, मशीन अनुवाद आदि आधुनिक क्षेत्रों में भी हिंदी सक्रिय रूप से प्रयुक्त हो रही है। गूगल असिस्टेंट, अलेक्सा जैसे उपकरणों में हिंदी में संवाद संभव है, जिससे घर और अन्य उपकरणों को भी नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने अनेक उपयोगी हिंदी वेबसाइटों और संसाधनों की जानकारी देते हुए यह भी कहा कि अब तकनीक के माध्यम से राजभाषा हिंदी को और अधिक प्रभावी रूप से कार्यान्वित किया जा सकता है।
चौथे सत्र में इस्कॉन हैदराबाद के गीता संदेश प्रबंधक, ऋषिकेश दास ने “बेहतर व्यक्तित्व निर्माण” विषय पर प्रेरक व्याख्यान दिया। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को स्वयं के सबसे बुरे और सबसे अच्छे संस्करण के गुणों से परिचित कराया। उन्होंने उदाहरणों के माध्यम से स्पष्ट किया कि कैसे प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपने भीतर मौजूद नकारात्मक (बुरे) और सकारात्मक (बेहतर) गुणों को पहचान कर स्वयं का उत्थान कर सकता है। उन्होंने बेहतर संस्करण के जिन प्रमुख गुणों को अपनाने पर बल दिया, वे हैं — सत्यनिष्ठा, कृतज्ञता, क्षमाशीलता, निष्ठा, जिम्मेदारी, सक्रियता, एकाग्रचित्तता, संसाधन संपन्नता, देशभक्ति, अनुशासन, दृढ़ निश्चय, दूरदर्शिता, तकनीकी दक्षता, दयालुता, दूसरों को शिक्षित करना, सहायता करना, संतोष एवं आध्यात्मिकता। दास ने प्रतिभागियों को बताया कि जीवन में दृष्टिकोण को बदलकर तथा सत्संग, अच्छी पुस्तकों का अध्ययन, ध्यान, संतुलित आहार एवं सकारात्मक गतिविधियों में भाग लेकर हम अपने भीतर बेहतर संस्करण को विकसित कर सकते हैं।
कार्यशाला के सफल आयोजन में हिंदी विभाग की श्रीमती डी. वी. रत्नाकुमारी, कनिष्ठ कार्यपालक (एनयूएस), विकास कुमार आज़ाद और डाक अनुभाग के कर्मी श्री जयपाल का सक्रिय सहयोग रहा। कार्यशाला का समापन प्रतिभागियों द्वारा राजभाषा में कार्य करने हेतु शपथ से हुआ।

MIDHANI Organizes Hindi Workshop to Promote Official Language Usage
Hyderabad: A one-day Hindi workshop was organized for employees on 9th July 2025 under the aegis of the Official Language Implementation Committee at Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), India’s premier defense enterprise. The workshop was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. It included four insightful sessions covering different aspects related to the promotion and implementation of Hindi.
The event began with a welcome address by Dr. B. Balaji, Manager (Hindi Section and Corporate Communication), who introduced the objectives and significance of organizing the Hindi workshop. He explained the importance of using Hindi in official work and outlined the topics to be covered, such as the Official Language Policy, the role of computers in language implementation, administrative terminology, and practical tips for Hindi typing on computers. In his session, Dr. Balaji also conducted a hands-on exercise on Hindi terminology and typing basics to encourage active learning.
In the second session, Rajnish Kumar Yadav, Chief Manager (Official Language), State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Amaravati, Hyderabad, delivered a lecture on “Responsibilities of Employees in Implementing the Official Language.” He elaborated on the constitutional provisions related to Hindi, the Official Language Act of 1963, and the Official Language Rules of 1976.
He emphasized that while the primary responsibility for promoting Hindi lies with the head of the office, the commitment and interest of officers and employees play a critical role. Yadav highlighted that all documents circulated with an officer’s signature should be bilingual and stressed the need for active employee participation to ensure effective implementation of the official language. His session inspired employees to adopt Hindi in their daily official work with greater dedication.
In the third session, Dr. Santram Yadav, Deputy Director (Official Language), Central Rainfed Agricultural Research Institute, Hyderabad, spoke on “The Role of Technology in Official Language Implementation.” He shared how technological advancements have made Hindi more accessible and user-friendly, enabling its use across computers, mobile phones, and smart devices.
Dr. Yadav discussed the use of Hindi in modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Voice Recognition, and Machine Translation. He demonstrated how tools like Google Assistant and Alexa can facilitate communication and device control in Hindi. Additionally, he introduced several useful Hindi websites and resources, encouraging participants to leverage technology for more effective language implementation.
The fourth session featured a motivational talk on “Better Personality Development” by Rishikesh Das, Geeta Sandesh Manager, ISKCON Hyderabad. Shri Das engaged participants by discussing the characteristics of their worst and best versions. Through relatable examples, he explained how individuals can uplift themselves by recognizing and cultivating their positive qualities while overcoming the negative ones.
He highlighted key attributes of a better self, including integrity, gratitude, forgiveness, loyalty, responsibility, proactiveness, focus, resourcefulness, patriotism, discipline, determination, foresight, technical competence, kindness, willingness to teach and help others, contentment, and spirituality. Shri Das encouraged participants to develop their better selves through practices such as attending spiritual gatherings, reading inspiring literature, meditation, maintaining a balanced diet, and engaging in positive activities.
The workshop was successfully organized with the active involvement of Mrs. D.V. Ratnakumari, Junior Executive (NUS), Vikas Kumar Azad from the Hindi Department, and Shri Jaipal from the Postal Section.
The workshop concluded with the participants taking a pledge to use Hindi actively in their official work, reaffirming their commitment to promoting the official language.
