హైదరాబాద్ : ఉదయం 11 గంటలకు ప్రారంభమైన ప్లీనరీ సాయంత్రం 6.30 కు ముగిసింది. దాదాపు 7గంటలకు పైగా సాగిన సమావేశం ఆద్యంతం ఆసక్తిగా సాగింది. టిఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ బిఆర్ఎస్ జాతీయ పార్టీగా ఆవిర్భవించిన తర్వాత మొట్టమొదటి ప్లీనరీ కావడంతో ప్రాధాన్యత సంతరించుకున్నది. వొక వైపు ఎండల తీవ్రత వుండడం మూలాన భారీ బహిరంగ సభను వరంగల్ లో అక్టోబర్ లో నిర్వహించాలని అధినేత సిఎం కేసీఆర్ నిర్ణయించిన నేపథ్యంలో ఆహ్వానిత ప్రతినిధులతో సాగింది సమావేశం.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో… పార్టీ వర్కింగ్ ప్రసిడెంట్ ప్రవేశపెట్టిన రాజకీయ తీర్మానాలను బలపరుస్తూ..తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమాన్ని ప్రారంభించిన దశనుంచి… తెలంగాణ సాధన … స్వయం పాలనలో సాధించిన ప్రగతి గురించి సమావేశం లోతుగా చర్చించింది. పలు తీర్మానాలను ఆమోదించింది. మొత్తంగా టిఆర్ఎస్ నుంచి బిఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీగా పరిణామక్రమాన్ని, తెలంగాణ మోడల్ దేశానికి పరిచయం చేస్తూ దేశ ప్రజల సంక్షేమం కోసం బిఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ చేపట్టవలసిన గురుతర బాద్యతలను సమావేశం చర్చించి సమ్మతిని తెలిపింది.
దేశాన్ని బాగుచేసేంతటి చారిత్రక సందర్భాన్ని దక్కించుకోవడం తెలంగాణ బిడ్డలుగా గర్వపడాల్సిన గొప్ప విషయమని ప్రతినిధులంతా ముక్తంకంఠంతో అధినేత కేసీఆర్ కు తమ సంఘీభావం తెలిపారు. తమంతా అధినేత వెంటనే నడుస్తామన్నారు. మత విద్వేషాలతో ప్రజలనడుమ విభజన రాజకీయాలతో దేశాన్ని విచ్చిన్నం చేస్తున్న శక్తులను అడ్డుకోవడం వర్తమాన భారతదేశ రాజకీయాల్లో కేవలం కేసీఆర్ కు మాత్రమే సాధ్యమని సమావేశం స్పష్టం చేసింది. తెలంగాణ లో అమలు చేస్తున్న పథకాలు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అమలు కావాలంటే అందుకు మనసున్న దార్శనికతవున్న అధినేత సిఎం కేసీఆర్ కు మాత్రమే సాధ్యమని వక్తలు తమ ప్రసంగంలో స్పష్టం చేశారు.

కాగా… ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ బిఆర్ఎస్ అధ్యక్షుడు తమ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు సిఎం కేసీఆర్ వంటి నాయకుడు కావాలని కోరుకుంటున్నారని… అక్కడ కేసీఆర్ లేకపోవడమే లోపమని అన్నప్పుడు సభలో ఆసక్తి నెలకొన్నది.
అదే సందర్భంలో పార్టీ వర్కింగ్ ప్రసిడెంట్ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ మాట్లాడినంత సేపు సమావేశంలో పిన్ డ్రాప్ సైలంట్. అనర్ఘలంగా సాగిన వారి వాగ్ధాటిని సిఎం కేసీఆర్ గారు కూడా వింటూ అనునయించారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం పనితీరు దానివెనకవున్న తాత్వికత అధినేత అనుసరిస్తున్న విధానాలలో ఇమిడి వున్న మానవీయ కోణం దార్శనికత గురించి మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ గొప్పగా వివరించారు.

BRS Formation Day : Party Delegates meeting in Telangana Bhavan – highlights
Hyderabad : The TRS party fulfilled the aspirations of Telangana people by achieving statehood in span of 22 years. The ruling party is also moving forward the Telangana State on the path of progress by introducing first of its kind welfare and development programmes in the country. The BRS brought a qualitative change in the lives of Telangana people and moving fast as a national party, party President and Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrasekhar Rao said.
CM KCR said that said BRS is setting a new trend in the country with qualitative politics and made it clear he will put more efforts to make BRS as a beacon of light for India.
The CM said that the democratic Telangana movement with the support of Telangana people clinched seperate statehood. Today, Telangana state is an example for the country in the path of progress within nine years. BRS is all about setting the trend with qualitative politics. Let’s take BRS as a light for India and move forward. Telangana has shown to the world that anything can be achieved in a democratic way.
On the occasion of the party’s formation day, a meeting of party representatives is held at Telangana Bhavan under the chairmanship of BRS supremo and CM KCR.
The CM reached Telangana Bhavan at 11 am on Thursday. CM KCR paid floral tributes to Telangana Talli statue.Later, CM unveiled BRS party flag and reached the venue of party Delegates meeting.
• BRS Party Secretary General and MP K Keshava Rao delivered inaugural address. Later, CM KCR addressed the meeting followed by introducing resolutions by BRS working President and Minister Sri KT Rama Rao.
After lunch, BRS meeting resumed at 2:30 pm.Leadersspoke with the permission of CM KCR and approved the resolutions introduced by Minister KTR.
On this occasion… MLC Rythu Bandhu Samiti President Palla Rajeshwar Reddy spoke and endorsed the resolutions. Andhol MLA Chanti Kranti Kiran, MLC and Khammam District BRS Party President Tata Madhu, ZP Chair Person Swarna Sudhakar, Minister Jagadish Reddy, Minister Srinivas Goud, ZP Chair Person Gandra Jyoti, Manakondur MLA Rasamai Balakishan also spoke on resolutions and approved with big applause.
Senior leader and MLC K Keihari introduced resolutions on Dalit Bandhu Scheme, 125 feet Dr. BR Ambedkar, welfare schemes for Dalits and Gurkulams .
SC Development Minister Koppula Eshwar, MLC Goreti Venkanna, MLA Sandravenkata Veeraiah, MLA Guvvala Balaraju, MLC Madhusudan, MLA Whip Balka Suman spoke and supported the resolutions which have been approved .
Andhra Pradesh BRS president Thota Chandrasekhar also spoke in support of resolutions.
A total of 279 representatives including state ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, ZP chairmen, DCCB, DCMS chairmen, party state executive committee members, district party presidents attended this meeting.
BRS Supremo and CM KCR’s speech – Highlights:
CM KCR explained the evolution of the BRS as national party to fulfill the aspiration of the people of the country from realizing the dreams of Telangana people as the TRS party.
• We achieved the statehood for Telangana in a peaceful political process
• The achievement of Telangana state proved the country that anything can be achieved in a parliamentary way.
• Now, we are moving ahead to keep the country on the path of progress with a slogan of “Aab Ki Bar Kisan Sarkar”.
• Agriculture department should sensitize the farmers to complete harvesting before the unseasonal rains.
• All crops like Maize and Sorghum will also be purchased like in the past. Mark Fed will be instructed soon.
• State Government is implementing action plan to sustain agriculture and the welfare of farmers.
• Share of agriculture sector in country’s GSDP is 23 percent
• In some villages government lands are lying idle. Submit the details of such lands with survey numbers to my office. Suitable lands will be distributed to the poor to construct the houses immediately.
• ZP chairmen, MPs and district in-charges should play the role In-Charges in the assembly constituencies where the BRS Legislators are not available. The process should be completed within 3to 4 months.
• Investments are flooding the state as our ministers are working transparently.
• The per capita income of Andhra Pradesh is Rs. 2,19,518. It is less than one lakh rupees to the Telangana State . Another 16 and 17 states’s per capita income is much less than this .
• If you have intelligence, you can grow food grains on hills also
• On the occasion of the inauguration of the new secretariat, public representatives and officials should reach there by 12.45 pm on Sunday ( April 30) .
• Ministers should occupy their chambers between 1.58 pm and 2.04 pm.
• Brief meeting and Lunch is organsied at the Secretariat Ground Floor and then dispose.
• Main gate will be used by CM, Ministers, MPs and MLAs
• 3 gates, North -East gates are meant for official traffic

• Farmer suicides are high in Maharashtra.
• After the formation of Telangana state, we studied the development models adopted by many other states in the country and brainstormed how we should move forward.
• Telangana is ahead of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu in terms of per capita income.
• Telangana state tops in per capita electricity consumption.
• Maharashtra government has no vision.
• Maharashtra government says that it will go bankrupt if it implements Telangana schemes. The Telangana state implemented the schemes successfully without bankrupt.
• Before 2021-2022, the GST revenues are Rs 34,000 crore and it is estimated Rs 44,000 crore.
• BRS won 63 seats in the first assembly election and 88 seats in the second assembly election. The BRS party will win more than 100 in the next election.
• Two leaders should also take responsibility from the government in every assembly Constituency.
• Need to connect with people through programmes like Palle Nidra ( Stay nights in the villages) .
• Telangana state registered surprising growth in every sector like electricity, roads, Paddy procurement, agriculture, livestock, fisheries.
• People of Maharashtra are visiting Telangana to see the progress of the state.
• Take steps to reduce discontent among the cadre.
• Campaign of the government schemes, interaction with public and mingle with people should be done regularly.
• Coming to power again in Telangana is not a big task. The priority is to win more seats than before.

It is the first time in the agricultural sector of India , Telangana government is providing Rs 10,000 input assistance to the farmers. Migrant workers returned.
• Maharashtra has not grown much because the rulers have no vision. Farmer suicides are high in Maharashtra. Government of Maharashtra says that if we implement the schemes we will go bankrupt. But why is Telangana not bankrupt?
• We are ahead of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu in terms of per capita income.

The governance , socio-political conditions and security in Telangana state are favorable for investments. It is the reason investments are pouring in Telangana from all over the world.
• Investments are flowing to the state as our ministers and government machinery are working transparently.
GST collection is a good example of increasing financial resources of Telangana day by day.c
Sitarama projects and Palamuru Rangareddy lift projects will be completed soon.
I am informed that 4.5 lakh people participated in the Aatmiya Sammelanam meetings across the state. Our well-wishers say that we are doing well but there is no publicity.
Promotional systems should be improved. Take steps to make the government’s work accessible to the people on a daily basis .
• Conduct re-reviews in villages, ward-wise, towns, constituencies wise. Send the reports to the party office. The review program with the public should be completed in the next ten days. Go to the public with a suitable strategy.
Transparency should continue in important schemes. Do not indulge in corruption under any circumstances.
• Guidelines for Griha Lakshmi scheme which will provide Rs 3 lakh will be issued soon. Construction is also available for those who have their own plots and those who have land titles given by the government.

• On the occasion of the inauguration of the new secretariat, public representatives and officials should reach by 12.45 pm.
• Ministers should occupy their chambers at auspicious time.
Why is the center not taking up BC population census..? Census should be taken immediately.
Population census was not stopped even during the world wars and tell the people why the BJP government at the center is stopping it. This is also being sidetracked with religious hatred .
Dalit Bandhu Social Investment:
The investment made under the Dalit Bandhu becomes a social investment. It increases the wealth of the society rather than the individual. The money distributed by the government goes back to the community in the villages. This is called spin off economy. Today, there is increasing pressure on all state governments across the country.
Our party fund has reached Rs 1250 crore rupees today. Rs 767 crore rupees were deposited. Thus, an interest of 7 crore rupees per month is coming. As a result, expenses are being incurred for running the party, construction of party offices in the districts, campaigning, construction of infrastructure.
• On this occasion….the House passed the above resolution on the financial affairs of the party. The president will take care of the financial affairs of the party. Opening accounts in other states, setting up of media systems across the country for the party’s campaign, etc., the resolution introduced by the party was passed by the National President of the party with applause.

• BRS party progress continued from Jla Drishya to Sujala Drishya.

• In the history of 75 years of independence of the country… Telangana state has become the only startup state in India. It is a source of pride for all of us.
The then US President John F Kennedy said that infrastructure creation is the source of development. There are no governments that know how to use natural resources in the country. If CM KCR tightens his fist and says Ab ki bar kisan sarkar, the whole country reacts in a big way. The successful assemblies in Maharashtra are proof of that.
There is a need to sensitize the youth towards politics. Human resources in India should be directed in a proper manner.
The countries with the most debts in the world…at the same time, the richest countries are also the USA and Japan.CM KSR has said, a new economic policy is urgently needed. We are moving forward with the vision of our leader in the name of Vision for Naya Bharat.
