Hyderabad: N R Laxman Rao, Anti CorruptionFoundation Telangana State President, today submitted a formal representation to Ms. Uma Prakash the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC Abids Circle, highlighting the increasing encroachments on public footpaths and the resulting hardships faced by the general public.
The representation points to the severe footpath encroachments by eateries in Hanuman Tekdi and Boggulkunta areas, including by establishments such as Naintara, Mayur Pan Shop, Radhe Radhe, Naraing chat, Royal tiffin Tazza tiffins Pragathi Tiffins, and Royal Tiffins. These illegal encroachments have not only obstructed pedestrian movement but are also causing major traffic congestion, posing a risk to both commuters and residents.
Further, the Bajrang Sena also raised the issue of dumping of waste and encroachments inside the flower market near Mozzam Jahi Market, which has turned into a public health and hygiene concern.
Shri Laxman Rao emphasized that despite submitting over 25 representations to the GHMC Head Office, concerned Circle offices, and the Traffic Department, there has been no visible action or enforcement taken till date.
The N R Laxman Rao Anti-Corruption Foundation Telangana State President demands immediate intervention by the civic and traffic authorities to clear these illegal structures, ensure regular waste management and restore proper pedestrian and traffic flow for the safety and convenience of the citizens.
हैदराबाद में फुटपाथ अतिक्रमण पर चिंता
हैदराबाद : ग्रेटर नगर निगम (जीएचएमसी) के उप आयुक्त को एन आर लक्ष्मण राव, एंटी करप्शन फाउंडेशन तेलंगाना राज्य अध्यक्ष ने एक औपचारिक प्रतिनिधित्व प्रस्तुत किया है, जिसमें उन्होंने सार्वजनिक फुटपाथों पर बढ़ते अतिक्रमण और आम जनता के सामने आने वाली कठिनाइयों पर प्रकाश डाला है।
फुटपाथ अतिक्रमण की समस्या
प्रतिनिधित्व में हनुमान टेकड़ी और बोग्गुलकुंटा क्षेत्रों में खाने के स्टॉल्स द्वारा गंभीर फुटपाथ अतिक्रमण का उल्लेख किया गया है, जिनमें नैनतारा, मयूर पान शॉप, राधे राधे, नारायण चाट, रॉयल टिफिन, ताज़्ज़ा टिफिन्स, प्रगति टिफिन्स और रॉयल टिफिन्स जैसे प्रतिष्ठान शामिल हैं।
अतिक्रमण के परिणाम
इन अवैध अतिक्रमणों ने न केवल पैदल चलने वालों की आवाजाही को बाधित किया है, बल्कि इससे यातायात की बड़ी समस्या भी उत्पन्न हुई है, जिससे यात्रियों और निवासियों दोनों के लिए जोखिम पैदा हो गया है।
कूड़ा फेंकने की समस्या
इसके अलावा, बजरंग सेना ने मोज़ाम जाही मार्केट के पास फूल बाजार के अंदर कूड़ा फेंकने और अतिक्रमण के मुद्दे को भी उठाया है, जो एक सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता की समस्या बन गई है।
कार्रवाई की मांग
लक्ष्मण राव ने जोर देकर कहा कि जीएचएमसी मुख्यालय, संबंधित सर्कल कार्यालयों और यातायात विभाग को 25 से अधिक प्रतिनिधित्व प्रस्तुत करने के बावजूद, अभी तक कोई दृश्यमान कार्रवाई या प्रवर्तन नहीं किया गया है। एन आर लक्ष्मण राव एंटी-करप्शन फाउंडेशन तेलंगाना राज्य अध्यक्ष ने नागरिक और यातायात अधिकारियों से इन अवैध संरचनाओं को हटाने, नियमित कूड़ा प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित करने और नागरिकों की सुरक्षा और सुविधा के लिए उचित पैदल और यातायात प्रवाह बहाल करने के लिए तत्काल हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की है।
