हैदराबादः डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर सर्वत्रिक विश्वविद्यालय सेंटर फॉर स्टाफ ट्रेनिंग एंड डेवलपमेंट (CSTD) ने सोमवार को शिक्षकों और शोधकर्ताओं के लिए एक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया। इसके तहत ‘आउटकम बेस्ड एजुकेशन टीचिंग लर्निंग’ विषय पर दो दिन का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
హైదరాబాద్ : డా. బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయ సెంటర్ ఫర్ స్టాఫ్ ట్రైనింగ్ అండ్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ (సి.ఎస్.టి.డీ) ఆధ్వర్యంలో అధ్యాపకులు, పరిశోధకులకు శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమం సోమవారం ప్రారంభం అయ్యింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా “ఔట్ కం బేస్డ్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ టీచింగ్ లెర్నింగ్” అనే అంశంపై రెండు రోజుల పాటు శిక్షణను ఇవ్వనున్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ఉపకులపతి ఆచార్య కే. సీతారామ రావు ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరయ్యారు. అయన మాట్లాడుతూ… తక్కువ సమయంలో అధునాతన పద్ధతుల్లో విద్యార్థికి సమగ్రంగా అర్ధం అయ్యేలా ఎలా పాఠాలు బోధించాలి అనేది అధ్యాపకులకు నిరంతర అధ్యనం, పరిశోధనల వల్లే సాధ్యం అని అభిప్రాయం పడ్డారు.
ఒక వైపు సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం పరుగులు పెడుతుంటే మరోవైపు మూస పద్ధతుల్లో విద్యా భోధన సరైంది కాదు అన్నారు. నూతన జాతీయ విద్యా విధానం – 2020 కి అనుగుణంగా అధ్యాపకులు నైపుణ్యం సాధించాలని సూచించారు. పరిశోధన అంశాలను చాట్ జీపీటీ లాంటివి మరింత ప్రభావితం చూపనున్నాయని తద్వారా పరిశోధనల పైన అనుమానాలు రేకెత్తే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయని ఇలాంటి సవాళ్ళను ఎదుర్కోవడానికి అధ్యాపకులు సిద్ధం కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో గౌరవ అతిథిగాలుగా పాల్గొన్న విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ఇంచార్జ్ అకడమిక్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. సుధా రాణి, రిజిస్ట్రార్ డా. ఏ.వీ.ఎన్.రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ నిరంతర అభ్యాసం ద్వారానే టీచర్ లో పరిణతి వస్తుందని, అధ్యాపకుడు నిరంతర విద్యార్థి అని పేర్కొన్నారు.
కార్యక్రమానికి సి.ఎస్.టి.డి డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. ఐ. ఆనంద్ పవర్ అధ్యక్షత వహించారు. ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ రానున్న రోజుల్లో సీ.ఎస్.టి.డి ఆధ్వర్యంలో అధ్యాపకులకు ఆన్ లైన్ తరగతుల నిర్వహణ, ఆన్ లైన్ లో విధ్యార్థులకు బోధన ఆసక్తికరంగా ఉండేలా ఎలాంటి జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి తదితర అంశాలపై మరిన్ని శిక్షణా తరగతులు ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. కార్యక్రమoలో అధ్యాపకులు, పరిశోధక ఉపాధ్యాయులు, పలు విభాగాల డైరెక్టర్స్, డీన్స్ పాల్గొన్నారు.
BRAOU INAUGURATED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS
Hyderabad : Centre for Staff Training and development (CSTD) of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU), today inaugurated training program on “Outcome Based Teaching Learning (OBTL)” for teachers and research scholarsat its campus on monday.
Prof K. Seetharama Rao, Vice-Chancellor, BRAOU attended as Chief Guest for the program and he felt that it is only possible because of continuous study and research for the teachers that how to teach the lessons so that the students can understand comprehensively in a short time. On the one hand, while technology is running, on the other hand, education in stereotypic al m ethods is not fair, he said. It is suggested that the teachers should be skilled in accordance with the new National Education Policy – 2020. He called upon the teachers to be prepared to face such challenges as there is a possibility that things like chat GPT will have more influence on the research topics and thus there are chances of raising doubts on the research.
Prof.E.Sudha Rani, Director Academic I/c and Dr.A.V.N Reddy, Registrar attended as guest of honour for the program, said that maturity in a teacher comes only through continuous learning and a teacher is a continuous student.
Prof.I. Anand Pawar, Director CSTD preside over the program he said He said that in the coming days, under the auspices of CSTD, training classes will be organized for the faculty on how to take care of online teaching and how to make teaching online interesting to the students. All the Teaching staff and research scholars, Directors, Heads of the Branches, Deans, attended the program.
