Hyderabad: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Centre for Skill Development & Career Planning in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation organized Four Days Workshop from February 5th – 8th 2024, on ‘Soft Skills Training and Placement Assistance’ at the University campus on Monday.
The Chief guest Prof K. Seetharama Rao, Vice-Chancellor, BRAOU said that students need a good education in terms of academics and also explained that professionalism in the subject he studied is very important.
According to the changing technology, there is no dearth of employment in the country if the students are also technically knowledgeable. Ambedkar University explained that these skill development training programs have been organized with the intention of improving employment opportunities for the students.
Prof. G. Pushpa Chakrapani In-charge Director (Academic) and Prof.A.V.R.N Reddy Registrar, BRAOU and Mr. T. Venkat Rao, Programme Manager, Magic Bus India Foundation attended as guest of honours for the program and spoke on the occasion.
Dr. D. Rabindranath Solomon, In-charge Director CSD&CP explained the issues related to the management of the workshop. He revealed that in the coming days, more workshop will be organized under the auspices of this organization for the benefit of the University.
All the Directors, Heads of the Branches, Deans, Teaching and Non-Teaching staff members and representatives of various service associations and office bearer from Magic Bus India Foundation also participated the program.
డా బి ఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి పై శిక్షణ, ఎందుకు మరియు ఎవరి కోసం
హైదరాబాద్: డా. బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి వృత్తి ప్రణాళిక కేంద్రం (సీఎస్డీసీపీ), మ్యాజిక్ బస్ ఇండియా ఫౌండేషన్ సంయుక్తంగా ‘సాఫ్ట్ స్కిల్స్ ట్రైనింగ్ ప్లేస్‌మెంట్ అసిస్టెన్స్’ అనే అంశంపై నాలుగు రోజుల శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమం ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ఉపకులపతి ఆచార్య కె. సీతారామ రావు ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరయ్యారు.
ఉపకులపతి మాట్లాడుతూ విద్యార్థులకు అకాడమిక్ పరంగా మంచి విద్య అవసరమని అలాగే తాను చదువుకున్న అంశంపై వృత్తి నైపుణ్యం కూడా చాలా ప్రాధాన్యం అని వివరించారు. మారుతున్న టెక్నాలజీకి అనుగుణంగా విద్యార్థులు సాంకేతికంగా కూడా పరిజ్ఞానం కలిగి ఉంటె దేశంలో ఉపాధికి కొదవ లేదని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. అంబేద్కర్ వర్శిటీ విద్యార్థులకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు మెరుగు పడాలనే ఉద్దేశ్యంతో ఈ నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసినట్లు వివరించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ఇంచార్జ్ అకాడమిక్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. జి. పుష్ప చక్రపాణి, రిజిస్ట్రార్ ప్రొ. ఎవిఆర్ఎన్ రెడ్డి మరియు మ్యాజిక్ బస్ ఇండియా ఫౌండేషన్, ప్రోగ్రాం మేనేజర్ టి. వెంకట్ రావు గౌరవ అతిథిలుగా పాల్గొని ప్రసంగించారు. విశ్వవిద్యాలయ నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి వృత్తి ప్రణాళిక కేంద్రం ఇన్‌ఛార్జ్ డైరెక్టర్ డా. డి. రవీంద్రనాథ్ సోలమన్, మాట్లాడుతూ కార్యక్రమ ఆవశ్యకతను, లక్ష్యాలను వివరించారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో అన్ని పలు విభాగాల అధిపతులు, డీన్లు, అధ్యాపక, అధ్యపకేతర సిబ్బంది, పలు ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల ప్రతినిధులు మరియు మ్యాజిక్ బస్ ఇండియా ఫౌండేషన్ సభ్యులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
