हैदराबाद : भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय, राजभाषा विभाग के निर्देशों के अनुसरण में भारत के रक्षा उपक्रम मिश्र धातु निगम लिमिटेड (मिधानि) द्वारा अपनी राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति के तत्वावधान में कर्मचारियों के लिए 6 फरवरी को एक दिवसीय हिंदी कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।
तीन सत्रों में संचालित कार्यशाला के आरंभ में डॉ. बी. बालाजी, प्रबंधक (हिंदी अनुभाग एवं निगम संचार), मिधानि ने कार्यशाला के प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया और हिंदी कार्यशाला के आयोजन की अनिवार्यता तथा उद्देश्य को स्पष्ट किया। कार्यशाला के सत्रों का परिचय देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि कार्यशाला में राजभाषा नीति, राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में कंप्यूटर की भूमिका, कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी टंकण के बेसिक टिप्स सहित प्रशासनिक शब्दावली जैसे विषयों पर व्याख्यान होंगे। उन्होंने प्रथम व द्वितीय सत्र में क्रमशः विभागों में हिंदी में कामकाज को कैसे बढ़ाएँ और कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी टंकण के बेसिक टिप्स विषय पर व्याख्यान दिया।
तृतीय सत्र में यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की हिंदी अधिकारी श्रुति पांडे ने ‘राजभाषा नीति के अनुपालन में कर्मचारियों का दायित्व’ विषय पर व्याख्यान दिया। उन्होंने अपने व्याख्यान के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को भारत की राजभाषा नीति से संबंधित संवैधानिक प्रावधानों, राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963 की धाराओं व राजभाषा नियम 1976 के अंतर्गत बने नियमों की जानकारी दी।

अपने व्याख्यान के दौरान श्रुति पांडे ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार के कार्यालयों में तैनात कर्मचारी के सहयोग के बिना राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन संभव नहीं होगा। अतः उनसे राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन में सक्रिय भूमिका की अपेक्षा की जाती है। उन्होंने कार्यालयीन कामकाज में हिंदी का प्रयोग बढ़ाने के लिए कर्मचारियों को प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने अपने व्याख्यान के अंतिम चरण कार्यशाला में शामिल कर्मचारियों को लेकर नमूना राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की बैठक का आयोजन किया। इस बैठक से प्रतिभागियों को राजभाषा नीति के सुचारु अनुपालन की गंभीरता व व्यावहारिकता को समझने में आसानी हुई।
कार्यशाला के सफल आयोजन में हिंदी विभाग की श्रीमती डी रत्नाकुमारी, कनिष्ठ कार्यपालक (एनयूएस) का और डाक अनुभाग के सांविदिक कर्मचारी जयपाल व नरेंद्र गांधी का सक्रिय सहयोग रहा। कार्यशाला का समापन प्रतिभागियों द्वारा राजभाषा में कार्य करने हेतु शपथ से हुआ।
Hindi Workshop at MIDHANI on thursday
Hyderabad: Following the directives of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language, Government of India, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a defence enterprise of India, organized a one-day Hindi workshop for its employees on 06.02.2025 under the auspices of its Official Language Implementation Committee.
The workshop, held in three sessions, began with a welcome address by Dr. B. Balaji, Manager (Hindi Section & Corporate Communication), MIDHANI. He greeted the participants and emphasized the importance and objectives of the workshop. Introducing the sessions, Dr. Balaji explained that the program would cover a range of topics including the Official Language Policy, the role of computers in official language implementation, administrative terminology, and basic tips for Hindi typing on a computer. In the first and second sessions, he lectured on ways to increase the use of Hindi in various departments and offered practical tips for typing in Hindi on a computer.
The third session featured Ms Shruti Pandey, the Hindi Officer from Union Bank of India, who delivered a lecture on “Employee Responsibility in Compliance with the Official Language Policy.” She highlighted constitutional provisions related to the Official Language Policy, explained the sections of the Official Language Act of 1963, and discussed the rules under the Official Language Rules of 1976.
During her lecture, Shruti emphasized that the successful implementation of the official language policy relies heavily on the cooperation of employees working in central government offices. She encouraged participants to actively incorporate Hindi into their office work. In the final segment of her session, she conducted a mock meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee, engaging the participants in a practical demonstration of the policy’s implementation.
The workshop’s success was made possible through the active support of Smt. D. Ratnakumari, Junior Executive (NUS) from the Hindi Department, as well as contractual employees Jaipal and Narendra Gandhi from the Postal Section. The event concluded with the participants taking an oath to uphold and promote the use of Hindi in official work.
