Hyderabad : Telangana state BJP President N Rmchander Rao today said that the main contest in the Jubilee Hills by-election is between the BJP and the Majlis (AIMIM).
He was addressing a nomination rally of his party candidate Deepak Reddy who filed his nomination papers today. Rao, union minister G Kishan Reddy and several party leaders participated in the rally.
The state BJP chief alleged that the Congress party has lost the confidence of the people and that party is pretending to be in the election fray by selecting a candidate who had earlier contested elections on AIMIM ticket. Rao urged the public to view this by-election as the first step towards the change in governance that will lead the state forward in the coming days.
Raising the issues of basic facilities in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Rao alleged that residents of the colonies have been facing severe inconvenience due to over-flowing and foul smelling of drainages and bad roads. If the colonies inhabited by the wealthy were in such a state, one can only imagine the plight of the general public, he said and alleged that it was failure of Congress government in providing basic facilities to citizens.
He alleged that Congress party had made big promises to develop Hyderabad city. But Congress government did not keep its promises as it had deceived people on its six guarantees and 420 promises. He further alleged that both previous BRS government and present Congress government have failed to develop and to provide basic facilities to citizens of Hyderabad.
The Congress party is now trying to cheat Jubilee Hills voters with its false election propaganda based on “ all lies”, he accused and asserted that there was a need of BJP government to be established for the development of Hyderabad city, the progress of the Jubilee Hills constituency, and the maintenance of peace and stability. Stating that now public is looking towards BJP, Rao emphasised that the BJP is the only alternative for genuine development, people’s trust and providing a transparent governance.

నగరంలోని కాలనీల్లో డ్రైనేజ్ వాసనలతో ప్రజలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. ప్రజలు ప్రతి రోజు మురుగు నీటి సమస్యలతో బాధపడుతున్నా, ప్రభుత్వం స్పందించకుండా విఫలమైంది. ఇది కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ పాలనా వైఫల్యానికి ప్రత్యక్ష ఉదాహరణ.
డ్రైనేజ్ వాసనల సమస్య చిన్నది కాదు, ఇది నగర అభివృద్ధిపై ప్రభుత్వ నిర్లక్ష్యాన్ని వెల్లడించేదిగా ఉంది.
ధనికులు నివసించే మంచి కాలనీల పరిస్థితి ఇదైతే, సామాన్య ప్రజల స్థితి ఎంత దయనీయంగా ఉంటుందో ఊహించుకోవచ్చ.
రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం గతంలో సివిల్స్ సిస్టమ్ మరియు డ్రైనేజ్ సిస్టమ్ అభివృద్ధిపై ఎన్నో హామీలు ఇచ్చింది.., వాటి అమలుపై పెద్దగా పురోగతి లేదు. ప్రజలు కూడా ఇప్పుడు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది, ఎందుకంటే వాగ్దానాలు చేసి పనులు చేయకపోవడమే పాలనగా మారిపోయింది.
జూబ్లీహిల్స్ నియోజకవర్గ ప్రజలకు గతంలో ఏ ప్రభుత్వమూ అభివృద్ధి, పథకాల అమలులో సరైన ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వలేద.., ముఖ్యంగా బిఆర్ఎస్ మరియు కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలు పూర్తిగా విఫలమయ్యాయ. బిఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో గృహాలు, మౌలిక వసతులు, అభివృద్ధి పనులలో ప్రజలకు భాగస్వామ్యం కల్పించడంలో విఫలమయ్యారు.

కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీపై తీవ్ర విమర్శ చేస్తూ, వారు చేసిన వాగ్దానాలు, ప్రచారాలన్నీ అబద్ధాల మీద ఆధారపడ్డవి. “ఆరు గ్యారెంటీలు” పేరిట 421 వాగ్దానాలు చేసి, మళ్ళీ ప్రజలను మోసం చేయాలనే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇలాంటి పార్టీకి ప్రజలు పెట్టే సరైన బిరుదు “420 పార్టీ”. ఇది IPC సెక్షన్ 420 ప్రకారం మోసానికి సంబంధించిన అంశాలను తలపిస్తుంది, కాబట్టి కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి అది సరిపోయే బిరుదు.
రాష్ట్ర రాజకీయాల్లో బీజేపీ తప్ప మిగతా పార్టీలు ప్రజలపై మాయాజాలం, అబద్ధాల ప్రచారం, తప్పుడు హామీలతోనే పోటీ పడుతున్నాయి. నిజమైన అభివృద్ధి, ప్రజల నమ్మకానికి, పారదర్శక పాలనకు బీజేపీయే ప్రత్యామ్నాయం. హైదరాబాద్ నగర అభివృద్ధి, జూబ్లీహిల్స్ నియోజకవర్గ పురోగతి, శాంతి స్థిరత్వం కోసం బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని తీసుకురావాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. ఈ ఉపఎన్నికను బీజేపీ విజయానికి తొలి అడుగుగా ప్రజలు చూడాలి. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో రాష్ట్రాన్ని మార్పు వైపు తీసుకెళ్లే పాలన కోసం ఈ ఉపఎన్నిక ఎంతో కీలకంగా మారనుంది.
బీజేపీ జూబ్లీ హిల్స్ అభ్యర్థి దీపక్ రెడ్డి నామినేషన్ కార్యక్రమం విజయవంతంగా ముగిసింది
హైదరాబాద్ : జూబ్లీ హిల్స్ అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గం నుంచి భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ అభ్యర్థిగా దీపక్ రెడ్డి గారు నామినేషన్ వేయడం విజయవంతంగా పూర్తైంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఉదయం వెంకటగిరి హైలంకాలనీలోని విజయదుర్గ పోచమ్మ ఆలయంలో బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు రాంచందర్ రావు, కేంద్ర మంత్రి కిషన్ రెడ్డి ఆధ్వర్యంలో ప్రత్యేక పూజలు నిర్వహించారు.
