హైదరాబాద్ : “అభివృద్ధి పేరుతో పార్టీ మారిన ఎమ్యెల్యే రేగాకాంతారావుకు సవాల్ విరుతున్నా. పినపాక నియోజకవర్గంలో ఏ ఊర్లో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు ఉన్నాయో అక్కడ మేం ఓట్లు అడుగుతాం. డబుల్ బెడ్రూం ఉన్న గ్రామాల్లో బీఆరెస్ ఓట్లు అడగాలి. ఈ సవాలుకు సిద్ధమా?” అని టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. హాత్ సే హత్ జోడో యాత్రలో భాగంగా 7వరోజు పినపాపక నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో అశ్వాపురం మండలం గొల్లగూడెం నుంచి మణుగూరు అంబేద్కర్ సెంటర్ వరకు దాదాపు 14 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర పాదయాత్ర నిర్వహించారు. అనంతరం మణుగూరు అంబేద్కర్ సెంటర్ స్ట్రీట్ కార్నర్ మీటింగ్లో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రసంగించారు.

ఈ ప్రాంతంలో ప్రధానమైన సమస్య పొడుభూములకు పట్టాలు. భూమి కన్నతల్లి లాంటిది… మనకు జీవనాధారం. పోడు భూములకు పట్టాలు ఇస్తానని కేసీఆర్ చెప్పి తొమ్మిదేళ్లయినా సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాలే. పోడు భూములకు పట్టాలిస్తామని కాంగ్రెస్ చెప్పగానే కేసీఆర్ గుండెల్లో గుబులు పుట్టింది. అందుకే అసెంబ్లీలో పోడు భూములకు పట్టాలు ఇస్తామని చెప్పిండు.

తల్లి ప్రేమ మాధుర్యం తెలిసిన మనిషిగా ఈ అవ్వా తాతల కష్టం చూస్తే కళ్లలో నీళ్లు తిరిగాయి.అనాథలుగా ఐనవారికి దూరంగా ఉండి బుక్కెడు బువ్వ కాదు,గుక్కెడు మంచినీళ్లకు సైతం ఇబ్బంది పడుతుంటే మనిషిగా చలించిపోయాను.

తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో చేయలేనోడు తొమ్మిది నెలల్లో చేస్తాడన్న నమ్మకం లేదు. అందుకే కాంగ్రెస్ ను అధికారంలోకి తీసుకొచ్చి పోడు భూములకు పట్టాలు తెచ్చుకుందాం. ఇక్కడ గోదావరి ముంపు బాధితులకు ఇళ్లు ఇస్తామని కేసీఆర్ మోసం చేసిండు. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి రాగానే ప్రతీ పేదవాడికి ఇళ్లు నిర్మించుకునేందుకు రూ. 5 లక్షలు సాయం అందిస్తాం.

తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో సింగరేణి, ఆర్టీసీ, విద్యుత్ కార్మికులు క్రీయాశీలకంగా పాల్గొన్నారు. కానీ ఆయా సంస్థలకు చెందిన లక్షా 50 వేల కార్మికులు ఇప్పుడు గోస తీస్తున్నారంటే దానికి కారణం కేసీఆర్ కాదా? ఈ ప్రాంతం ఉద్యమాలకు పోరాటాలకు పుట్టినిల్లు. ఇక్కడి ప్రజల్ని మోసం చేస్తే కేసీఆర్ ను రాజకీయంగా పాతరేస్తారు. మోదీ డబుల్ ఇంజన్ సర్కారు అంటే… డీజిల్, పెట్రోల్ ధరలను డబుల్ చేయడమా? కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు రూ. 400లకే వచ్చే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ ఇప్పుడు రూ. 1200కు వస్తుంది. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి రాగానే 500లకే సిలిండర్ ఇచ్చి పేదలను ఆదుకుంటాం. అభివృద్ధి పేరుతో పార్టీ మారిన స్థానిక ఎమ్యెల్యే సన్నాసికి సవాల్ విరుతున్నా.

పినపాక నియోజకవర్గంలో ఏ ఊర్లో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు ఉన్నయో గ్రామాల్లో మేం ఓట్లు అడుగుతాం. డబుల్ బెడ్రూం ఉన్న గ్రామాల్లో అక్కడే బీఆరెస్ ఓట్లు అడగాలి. ఈ సవాలుకు సిద్ధమా? దీనికి సిద్ధపడితే బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ డిపాజిట్ కూడా రాదు. ఇందిరమ్మ రాజ్యంలో ప్రతీ పేదవాడికి ఇళ్లు కట్టుకోవడానికి రూ.5 లక్షలు సాయం అందిస్తాం. మా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఆఫీసును ఎమ్మెల్యే క్యాంపు ఆఫీసుగా మార్చుకుంటారా? పిర్యాదు చేసిన మా పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలపైనే పోలీసులు కేసులు పెడతారా? కబ్జా చేసిన మా పార్టీ ఆఫీసును తిరిగి ఇచ్చేయండి. లేకపోతే వచ్చే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో… ఇదే పోలీసులతో రేగా కాంతారావుకు బేడీలు వేయించి మా పార్టీ ఆఫీసు ముందు నుంచి తీసుకెళ్లేలా చేస్తా. నేను మాట్లాడిన మాటల మీద నిన్న అసెంబ్లీలో కేసీఆర్ కాళ్లు విరుగుతాయ్ అని అన్నడు. నేను సవాలు విసురుతున్నా కేసీఆర్ కు ఎక్కడికి రమ్మంటావో చెప్పు. మా కార్యకర్తలతో వస్తా… ఎవరి కాళ్లు విరుగుతాయో తేల్చుకుందాం.

నిన్న అసెంబ్లీలో మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ పాలనను పొగిడిండు. తద్వారా మళ్లీ కాంగ్రెస్ కు దగ్గరవ్వాలని కేసీఆర్ చూస్తుండు. నోట్ల రద్దు, త్రిపుల్ తలాక్, ఆర్టికల్ 370 రద్దు, రాష్ట్రపతి, ఉపరాష్ట్రపతి ఇలా ప్రతి అంశంలో బీజేపీకి మద్దతు ఇచ్చిన కేసీఆర్ ను కాంగ్రెస్ నమ్మే ప్రసక్తే లేదు. కేసీర్ కు కాలం చెల్లింది.. ఆయన రద్దైన వెయ్యి నోటు లాంటివాడు. కాలనాగునైనా కౌగిలించుకుంటాం కానీ కేసీఆర్ ను నమ్మం. కల్వకుంట్ల కుటుంబంతో కలవం. తెలంగాణ ఇస్తే పార్టీని విలీనం చేస్తా అని కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబంతోసహా సోనియాగాంధీ గారి కాళ్ల మీద పడ్డారు. అప్పుడే కొంత మంది చెప్పారు కేసీఆర్ ను నమ్మద్దు అని. కేసీఆర్ ను చూసి కాదు ఉద్యమంలో 1200 మంది అమరులయ్యారు, ఇక అమ్మలకు కడుపు కోత ఉండొద్దని సోనియాగాంధీ గారు తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చారు.

తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో కేసీఆర్ విఫలమైనప్పుడు జానారెడ్డి ఇంట్లో జేఏసీ ఏర్పడింది. జేఏసీకి జెండాలు కట్టింది మనం. దొరగారికి దండాలు పెట్టింది మనం. రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు అలస్యమైతే ప్రాణాలు తీసుకుంది మనం. కానీ వచ్చిన తెలంగాణ ఏవడి పాలైందో మీరే ఆలోచించండి. అమరుల కుటుంబాలు అనాథలయ్యాయి. రైతులు, నిరుద్యోగులు ఆత్మహత్యలు ఆగలేదు. విద్యార్ధులు జీవితాల్లో చీకట్లు కమ్ముకున్నాయి. తెలంగాణలో ఎక్కడ చూసిన ఆరణ్యరోదనలే. అటు మోదీ, ఇటు కేడీ తెలంగాణ కష్టాలు తీర్చరు. కన్నతల్లి లాంటి కాంగ్రెస్ కు మాత్రమే ఇక్కడి ప్రజల కష్టాలు తెలుసు. బీజేపీ పెట్టుబడిదారుల పార్టీ.. టీఆరెస్ దొరల పార్టీ. కాంగ్రెస్ పేదలు, దళిత, గిరిజన, మైనారిటీల పార్టీ. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఒక దళితుడు మల్లికార్జున ఖర్గే అధ్యక్షుడు. దళితుడిని పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడిని చేసే దమ్ము బీఆరెస్ కు ఉందా? వచ్చే ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ ను గెలిపిస్తేనే తెలంగాణ కష్టాలు తీరుతాయి.

మహబూబాబాద్ పార్లమెంట్ బూత్ స్థాయి ఎన్‌రోలర్స్‌తో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సమావేశమయ్యారు. మహబూబాబాద్ పార్లమెంటు పరిధిలో యాత్రను విజయవంతం కావడానికి కృషి చేసిన అందరికీ కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి రావాల్సిన అవసరంపై దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. నాలుగేళ్లు ఒక ఎత్తు.. ఈ తొమ్మిది నెలలు ఒకెత్తు. ఎన్నో కుట్రలను ఎదుర్కొంటు కార్యకర్తలు పార్టీని కాపాడినందుకు ఎన్‌రోలర్స్‌ను అభినందించారు. రాహుల్ గాంధీ గారు పేదల కోసం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పాదయాత్ర చేశారు. ఆయనను స్పూర్తిగా తీసుకుని మనం ముందుకెళ్లాలి.

చిన్న చిన్న సమస్యలను పక్కన పెట్టి రాహుల్ సందేశాన్ని అందరికీ చేరవేయాలి. తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో కేసీఆర్ ఇచ్చిన ఏ ఒక్క హామీని నేరవేర్చలేదు. కాళేశ్వరం పేరుతో లక్ష కోట్లు దోచుకున్నారు. తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వస్తే రూ. 500లకే గ్యాస్ అందిచేలా చూస్తాం. కష్టాల్లో వెన్నంటి ఉన్న పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలకు వచ్చే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత లభిస్తుంది. పార్టీని గెలిపించే బాధ్యత మీపైనే ఉంది. బూత్ స్థాయిలో మెజారిటీ తెచ్చినవారే కథానాయకులుగా ఉంటారని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

“MLA Rega Kanta Rao, who changed the party in the name of development, is facing a challenge. In Pinapaka Constituency, we will ask for votes where there are Indiramma houses. In villages with double bedroom, BRS should ask for votes.Are you ready for this challenge?” TPCC president Revanth Reddy said. As part of the Hath Se Hath Jodo Yatra, on the 7th day, padayatra was conducted from Gollagudem of Ashwapuram Mandal to Manuguru Ambedkar Center. Afterwards, Revanth Reddy addressed the Street corner meeting at Manuguru Ambedkar Center. The main problem in this area is pattas for podu lands. Earth is like our mother. Our livelihood. Even after nine years of KCR saying that he will give titles to podu lands, the problem has not been solved. When Congress said that pattas will be given to podu lands, KCR got scared. That is why in the assembly he said that they will give pattas to podu lands. One doesn’t believe the one who cannot do it in nine years can do it in nine months.

That’s why let’s bring Congress to power and get pattas for podu lands. KCR cheated saying that he would give houses to Godavari flood victims here. When Congress comes to power, Rs. 5 lakhs will be provided to build houses for every poor person. Singareni, RTC and electricity workers actively participated in the Telangana movement. But if 1 lakh 50 thousand workers belonging to those organizations are now not keeping good, isn’t it because of KCR? This region is the birthplace of movements and struggles. If the people here are cheated, it will be end of KCR’s political career. Does Modi’s double engine government mean double the prices of diesel and petrol? A gas cylinder which used to cost Rs.400 when Congress was in power now costs Rs. 1200. When Congress comes to power, we will give cylinder at Rs. 500 people and help the poor. I am challenging the local MLA, who changed the party in the name of development.

We will ask for votes in villages where Indiramma houses are located in Pinapaka constituency. In villages with double bedroom, BRS should ask for votes. Ready for this challenge? If you accept this chalolenge, BRS will forfeit deposits. We will provide assistance of Rs.5 lakhs to build houses for every poor person in Indiramma’s rule. Will our congress party office be converted into MLA camp office? Will the police file cases against our party workers who have complained? Give back our captured party office. Otherwise, in the next Congress government, we will make Rega Kantha Rao be handcuffed by the same police and taken away from the front of our party office. He said that KCR said in the assembly that Revanth’s legs will be broken for his speech.

I am challenging KCR, where should I come? Will come with our activists. Let’s decide whose legs will break. He praised Manmohan Singh’s rule in the assembly yesterday. So KCR is looking to get close to Congress again. There is no point in Congress trusting KCR who has supported BJP in every aspect like demonetisation, triple talaq, repeal of Article 370, President and Vice President elections. KCR’s time is up. He is like a banned thousand rupee note. We will trust a snake but we don’t trust KCR. We will never ally with Kalvakuntla family. Along with KCR’s family, he fell at the feet of Sonia Gandhi saying that they will merge the party if Telangana is given. Back then some said not to trust KCR. 1200 people were martyred in the movement because of KCR, and Sonia Gandhi gave Telangana that mothers should not lose their children anymore. JAC was formed in Jana Reddy’s house when KCR failed in Telangana movement. It is us who put up the flags for JAC.

We are the ones who saluted the Dora. When the formation of the state is delayed, we took our lives. But think for yourself what happened to Telangana. Martyrs families are orphaned. Farmers and unemployed people did not stop committing suicide. Darkness has come in the lives of the students. Everywhere in Telangana we see wails. Both Modi and KD (KCR) will not solve the problems of Telangana. Only Congress like a mother knows the hardships of the people here. BJP is the party of capitalists. TRS is the party of aristocrats. Congress is the party of poor, Dalit, Tribal and Minorities. Mallikarjuna Kharge, a Dalit, is the president of the Congress party. Does BRS have the guts to make a Dalit party president? Telangana’s woes will end only if Congress wins the next election.

• Revanth Reddy with booth level enrollers of Mahabubabad Parliament Revanth Reddy met with the parliament booth level enrollers of Mahabubabad before the Manuguru Sabha. He thanked all those who worked hard to make the Yatra a success within the Mahabubabad Parliament limits. He gave direction on the need for Congress to come to power in Telangana. Four years are one the one hand and these nine months in the other. He appreciated the enrollers for braving several conspiracies and saving Congress party. Rahul Gandhi walked across the country for the poor. We should take him as inspiration and move forward. Rahul’s message should be conveyed to everyone, leaving aside petty issues. In nine years, not a single promise given by KCR has been fulfilled. One lakh crores were looted in the name of Kaleshwaram. If the Congress party comes to power in Telangana, we will provide gas at Rs. 500 only. The struggling party workers will get first priority in the incoming Congress government. The onus is on you to make the party win. Revanth Reddy commented that those who secure majority for the party at the booth level will be the protagonists.
