హైదరాబాద్ : “కేటీఆర్ మొన్న రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రజలందరూ మా కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. మరీ రాష్ట్రం కోసం త్యాగాలు చేసిన అమరుల కుటుంబాలు తెలంగాణ కుటుంబం కాదా? ద్రోహులను మంత్రులను చేశారు.. అమరుల కుటుంబాలకు బుక్కెడు బువ్వ పెట్టారా?” అని టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు.
సమస్యలు తెలుసుకుంటూ ముందుకు సాగాము
హాథ్ సే హాథ్ జోడో పాదయాత్రలో భాగంగా మంగళవారం ములుగులో నిర్వహించిన కార్నర్ మీటింగ్ లో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రసంగించారు. సమ్మక్క సారక్కల పోరాట స్పూర్తితో ఈ యాత్ర మొదలు పెట్టాం. సీతక్క అండతో ఈ యాత్ర మొదటి అడుగు మేడారంలో పడింది. మీ అభిమానాన్ని.. మీరిచ్చిన పౌరుషాన్ని గుండెల నిండా నింపుకుని.. రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ జెండా ఎగరేసేందుకు కదిలాం. వరి, మిర్చి, పత్తి రైతులు కూలీలు, ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతంలోని ఉపాధ్యాయుల సమస్యలు తెలుసుకుంటూ ముందుకు సాగాము.
నష్టం జరుగుతుందని తెలిసి కూడా సోనియా గాంధీ గారు తెలంగాణ ఆకాంక్షను నేరవేర్చారు
ఆనాడు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం 2006 ఫారెస్ట్ యాక్ట్ ప్రకారం గిరిజనులు, ఆదివాసీలకు 10 లక్షల ఎకరాల భూములు మేం పంచింది. కానీ ఇప్పటి కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం హరిత హారం పేరుతో బీఆరెస్ ప్రభుత్వం గిరిజనుల భూములు గుంజుకుంటుంది. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎన్నో సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టింది. అయిన తెలంగాణ కావాలని ప్రజలు కోరుకుంటే రాజకీయంగా నష్టం జరుగుతుందని తెలిసి కూడా సోనియా గాంధీ గారు తెలంగాణ ఆకాంక్షను నేరవేర్చారు.
ఆడబిడ్డలకు కడుపు కోత ఉండొద్దని సోనియా గాంధీ గారు తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చారు
60 ఏళ్ల ఉద్యమకారుల ఆకాంక్ష , అమరుల త్యాగాలను గుర్తించి, ఆడబిడ్డలకు కడుపు కోత ఉండొద్దని సోనియా గాంధీ గారు తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చారు. తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో కేసీఆర్ 10 బడ్జెట్లు ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో 23లక్షల కోట్లు ఇస్తే… ఒక్కో నియోజకవర్గానికి 20 వేల కోట్లు ఖర్చు పెట్టాలి. ఆ డబ్బుతో ములుగులో లక్షకుపైగా పేదలకు ఇళ్లు ఇచ్చి ఉండాలి. మరి ఇచ్చారా? నిరుద్యోగులకు భృతి ఇస్తానన్న కేసీఆర్ ఒక్క రూపాయి ఇవ్వలేదు. ఆరోగ్యశ్రీకి కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం 800 కోట్లు బకాయి పడ్డారు. ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్ మెంట్ పథకంలో 5 వేల కోట్ల బకాయియి. మరీ 23 లక్షల కోట్లు ఎవడు కొలగొట్టాడు?
తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో 10వేల మంది రైతులు ఆత్మహత్యలు…
2001 రబ్బరు చెప్పులు లేని నీ కుటుంబం.. హైదరాబాద్ చుట్టూ ఫామ్ హౌసులు కట్టుకుంది. ఈ దోపిడీకి కేసీఆర్ కారణం కాదా? తొమ్మిదేళ్లలో 10వేల మంది రైతులు ఆత్మహత్యలు చేసుకున్నారని అధికారిక లెక్కలు చెబుతున్నాయి. రైతు బీమా పథకం తెచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి 80వేల మంది రైతులు చనిపోయారని రాష్ట్ర మంత్రే ఒప్పుకున్నారు. అంటే దాదాపు లక్ష మంది రైతులు చనిపోయారు. ఈ రైతుల చావుకు కేసీఆర్ కారణం కాదా అని నేను అడుగుతున్నా.
మీ కుటుంబ సభ్యుల పదవుల కోసమా?
ఖాళీగా ఉన్న 2 లక్షల ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలు ఎందుకు భర్తీ చేయడం లేదు? నిన్ను గెలిపించింది మా పిల్లలకు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇవ్వడానికా? మీ కుటుంబ సభ్యుల పదవుల కోసమా? ఆయ్యా ముఖ్యమంత్రి, కొడుకు మంత్రి, అల్లుడు మంత్రి, బిడ్డ ఎమ్మెల్సీ, సడ్డకుని కొడుకు రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీ, చుట్టుపొళ్లు దయాకర్ రావు మంత్రి. మీ కుంటుంబ కోసమేనా తెలంగాణ వచ్చింది. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో డ్రామారావు ఎక్కాడున్నాడు? డ్రామారావు మొన్న రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రజలందరూ మా కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలో ఉంటుంది
జనవరి 1, 2024 నుంచి ఈ రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలో ఉంటుంది. ఆ రోజు సమ్మక్క సారక్క ములుగు జిల్లా జీవో ఇచ్చే బాధ్యత మేం తీసుకుంటాం. పోడు భూముల సమస్యలు ఈ బీఆరెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పరిష్కరించదు. 2006 ఫారెస్ట్ యాక్ట్ ప్రకారం పోడు భూములపై హక్కులు ఇచ్చే బాధ్యత కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ తీసుకుంటుంది. ములుగులో గిరిజన యూనివర్సిటీ తెచ్చే బాధ్యత సైతం కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీదే.
నీ ఫామ్ హౌస్లో గుంట జాగా ఏమైనా అడిగారా
కేసీఆర్ నీ ఫామ్ హౌస్లో గుంట జాగా ఏమైనా అడిగారా. మల్లంపల్లి మండలం చేయమన్నారు. అది కూడా చేయలేదు. ఇప్పటి నుంచి ఎవరిని మీరు అడగాల్సిన పని లేదు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వస్తుంది. మల్లంపల్లిని మండలం చేసే జిమ్మేదారి మాది. మీరు అనుకుంటే కేసీఆర్ ను గద్దె దించడం పెద్ద విషయం కాదు. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వస్తేనే తెలంగాణలో సంక్షేమ రాజ్యం వస్తుంది. కాంగ్రెస్ ను అధికారంలోకి తెచ్చి తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చిన సోనియమ్మకు కృతజ్ఞత తెలుపుదాం.
నక్సలైట్లు ప్రగతిభవన్ పెల్చేసినా ఎవరికీ అభ్యంతరం లేదు
ఈ క్రమంలోనే రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ప్రజలకు ప్రవేశంలేని ప్రగతి భవన్‌ను పేల్చేయాలంటూ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. నక్సలైట్లు ప్రగతిభవన్ పెల్చేసినా ఎవరికీ అభ్యంతరం లేదన్నారు. పేదలకు కేసీఆర్ ఇళ్లు ఇవ్వలేదు గానీ… హైదరాబాద్ నడిబొడ్డున పది ఏకరాలల్లో 2000 కోట్లతో 150 గదుల ప్రగతి భవన్ నిర్మించుకున్నారని విమర్శించారు. ప్రగతిభవన్‌లో ఏపీ పెట్టుబడుదారులకు ఎర్రతీవాచీతో స్వాగతిస్తున్నారని… పేదకు మాత్రం ప్రవేశం లేదన్నారు. అలాంటి ప్రగతిభవన్ ఎందుకంటూ దుయ్యబట్టారు. ఆనాడు గడీలను గ్రానేట్‌లతో పేల్చిన నక్సలైట్లు… బాంబులతో ప్రగతిభవన్‌ను పేల్చేయాలంటూ బహిరంగంగానే సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ప్రగతి భవన్ ఆనాటి గడీలను తలపిస్తుంది తప్పా… పేదోడీకీ న్యాయం అక్కడ జరగదని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ అంటేనే పేదల పార్టీ: సీతక్క, ములుగు ఎమ్మెల్యే
కాంగ్రెస్ అంటేనే పేదల పార్టీ అని ములుగు ఎమ్మెల్యే సీతక్క అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చింది, దేశానికి స్వాతంత్య్రం తెచ్చింది కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అని చెప్పారు. కాంగ్రెస్ భూములు పంచితే బీఆర్ఎస్, బీజేపీ అమ్ముకుంటున్నాయని ఆరోపించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వస్తేనే సమస్యలు తీరుతాయని చెప్పారు. కేసేఆర్ పాలనలో మంచి నీళ్లు దొరకడం లేదు కానీ… మందు మాత్రం గల్లీ గల్లీలో ఏరులై పారుతోందంటూ కామెంట్ చేశారు. ములుగు జిల్లాకు సమ్మక్క,సారలమ్మ జిల్లా అని పేరు పెట్టాలని ఆమె డిమాండ్ చేశారు. రేవంత్ యాత్రను విజయవంతం చేయాలని సీతక్క కోరారు.
Aren’t martyrs your family members? – Revanth Reddy counters KTR
Hyderabad: TPCC president Revanth Reddy said “KTR said the other day that all the people of the state are members of our family. Are not the families of martyrs who sacrificed for the state of Telangana your family members? Traitors have been made ministers..But Why did the families of the martyrs neglected?”. Revanth Reddy addressed a corner meeting held in Mulugu on Tuesday as part of Hath Se Hath Jodo Padayatra. We have started this journey with the revolutionary spirit of Sammakka and Sarakka.
The first step of this journey took place in Medaram with Sitakka’s support. Filling our hearts with your love… with the courage you have given us… we moved to raise the Congress flag in the state. We moved forward knowing the problems of rice, chilli and cotton farmers, labourers and teachers in the agency area. The then Congress government distributed 10 lakh acres of land to tribals and adivasis under the 2006 Forest Act. But now the KCR government is grabbing tribal lands in the name of Harita Haram. The Congress party had implemented many welfare programs.
Sonia Gandhi fulfilled the aspiration of Telangana and created the separate state even knowing that this decision will affect the party politically. Recognizing the aspirations of the activists, Telangana women and the sacrifices of the martyrs from the past 60 years, Sonia Gandhi gave Telangana. KCR introduced 10 budgets in nine years. If 23 lakh crores are given in nine years.. 20 thousand crores should be spent for each constituency. With that money, more than one lakh houses should have been given to the poor in Mulugu. Did KCR give it? KCR did not give a single rupee to the unemployed. Rs.800 crore are being owed by KCR government to Aarogyasri. Rs.5000 crores are pending in fee reimbursement scheme. Who stole these Rs.23 lakh crores?
Revanth Reddy criticised KCR that his family was without even rubber shoes in 2001, now could build farm houses in and around Hyderabad. Isn’t KCR the cause of this robbery? Official figures say that 10,000 farmers have committed suicide in nine years. The state minister admitted that 80,000 farmers have died since the introduction of the Rythu Bima scheme. That means nearly 1,00,000 farmers have died. Is KCR not the reason for the death of these farmers?
Why are 2 lakh vacant government jobs not being filled? Why did people elect you? Is it to give jobs to our children or to give positions to your family members? Father is a chief minister, son is a minister, son-in-law is a minister, daughter is an MLC, son of co-brother is Rajya Sabha MP, relative Dayakar Rao is a minister. Has the separate Telangana been given for your family’s sake?
Where was Drama Rao doing in the Telangana movement? Drama Rao commented the other day that all the people of the state are members of our family. Are not the families of martyrs who sacrificed for the state of Telangana your family members? Traitors have been made ministers. But Why were the families of the martyrs neglected? For whom was the Pragati Bhavan built without access to the poor? Pragati Bhavan is resembling the Gadi’s rule. Ambedkar said that development is not with the palatial and mirrored buildings. KCR who gave fake promises about welfare of the poor and uplifting Telangana is now roaming in flights to uplift the country.
By January 1, 2024, the Congress party will be in power in this state. On that day we will take the responsibility of releasing GO announcing Sammakka Sarakka Mulugu district. This BRS government will not solve the podu land issues. Congress also takes responsibility for granting rights over podu lands under the 2006 Forest Act. Congress party will also take responsibility of bringing tribal university in Mulugu. Revanth Reddy criticised KCR that
“Did people ask you for a share in your farmhouse? They asked to make Mallampally a Mandal.” He didn’t even do that. Revanth Reddy said that no need to ask anyone from now onwards. The Congress government will come. We are responsible for making Mallampally a mandal. He gave a call to people that dethroning KCR is not a big deal if they think so. A welfare state will come in Telangana only if Congress comes to power. Let’s thank Soniyamma for giving Telangana by making congress win.
Congress is the party of the poor – Sitakka, Mulugu MLA
Mulugu MLA Sitakka said that Congress is the party of the poor. She said that it was the Congress party that gave Telangana and brought freedom to the country. She accused BRS and BJP of selling lands if Congress distributes them. She said that the problems will be resolved only when the Congress comes to power. She commented that even though there is no drinking water under KCR’s rule liquor is across the streets. She demanded that Mulugu district should be named as Sammakka and Saralamma district. Seethakka asked to make Revanth’s Yatra a grand success.
