డా బి ఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో కాళోజీ నారాయణరావు స్మారకోపన్యాసం
హైదరాబాద్: తన జీవితం అంత విలువలతో కూడినదే అని, విలువలకు నిలువుటద్దం కాళోజీ జీవితం అని శ్రీ రామ భక్త గెంటేల నారాయణరావు ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కళాశాల (ఖమ్మం) తెలుగు విభాగ అసోసియేట్ ప్రొఫెసర్ డా. రావులపాటి సీతారామ రావు పేర్కొన్నారు. తెలంగాణ వైతాళికులు కాళోజీ నారాయణరావు 109వ జయంతిని పురస్కరించుకుని అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో బుధవారం స్మారకోపన్యాసం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఖమ్మంలోని శ్రీ రామ భక్త గెంటేల నారాయణరావు ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కళాశాల తెలుగు విభాగ అసోసియేట్ ప్రొఫెసర్ డా. రావులపాటి సీతారామ రావు “రాజ్యాంగ నైతికత – కాళోజీ కవిత్వం, వ్యక్తిత్వం” అనే అంశంపై మాట్లాడుతూ కాళోజీతో సమాజాభివృద్ధికి పాటుపడ్డారని, తాను నమ్ముకున్న సిద్ధాంతం కోసమే చివరి వరకు పరితపించారన్నారు. తన ముక్కు సూటి రచనలతో సమాజాన్ని చైతన్య పర్చారన్నారు. కాళోజీ ప్రజాకవి అని, పోరాట, ఆరాట కవి అని వివరించారు.
తెలంగాణ ప్రజా సమస్యలే తన సమస్యలుగా కవిత్యం రాసేవారన్నారు. కాళోజీ కవిత్యం ప్రజల్లో నెలకొన్న బాధ్యతా రాహిత్యాన్ని ప్రశ్నించేదిగా, బాధ్యత ఎప్పటికప్పుడు గుర్తు చేసేదిగా ఉండేదని, సమకాళిన రాజకీయాలకు సంబంధించి నేతలు చేసే తప్పులను ప్రశ్నిస్తూ ఉండేదన్నారు. ఒకవైపు నేతలని ప్రశ్నిస్తూ మరోవైపు చట్టాలను అమలు చేసేవాళ్ళను హెచ్చరిస్తూ ఒక భాద్యత గల పౌరిడిగా చట్టాలను తనకు తానే పాటిస్తూ ఉండేవాడని పలు అంశాలను ఉదహరించారు.
రాజ్యాంగాన్ని అమితంగా ఇష్టపడుతూ రాజ్యంగా పరిధిలోనే నేతల ఆలోచనా విధానాలు ఉండాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు అని వివరించారు. తెలంగాణ బాష, యాసతో పాటు ప్రజలు వాడే బాష తెలంగాణ పల్లెల్లో వాడుకలో ఉండే మాండలికాలనే ఉపయోగించేవారని పేర్కొన్నారు. తనకు ఏ విషయంపైనా అయినా కోపం వస్తే పెద్ద చిన్న అనే తేడా లేకుండా మొఖం మీదే విమర్శించే వారని పేర్కొన్నారు. కాళోజీ నిరాడంబర జీవితం భవిష్యత్ తరాలకు ఆదర్శనీయం అన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి అధ్యక్షత వహించిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయ ఉపకులపతి ప్రొ. కే. సీతారామ రావు మాట్లాడుతూ తెలంగాణ వైతాళికుల్లో కాళోజీ ముందు వరసలో నిలుస్తారని, తనజీవిత కాలం తెలంగాణ భాష, తెలంగాణ యాస, ప్రత్యేక రాష్త్ర ఆవిర్భావం అనే ధ్యాసనే ఉండేదని గుర్తు చేశారు. కాళోజీ రచనలు తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమానికి ఊపిరిగా నిలిచాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో గౌరవ అతిథిగా పాల్గొన్న విశ్వవిద్యాలయ అకాడమిక్ డైరెక్టర్ ప్రొ. ఘంట చక్రపాణి మాట్లాడుతూ విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో తెలంగాణ వైతాళికుల జయంతి సదర్భంగా డా. బి. ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో స్మారకోపన్యాసాలు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తూ వారి జీవిత విశేషాలు భవిష్యత్ తరాలకు పరిచయం అయ్యేలా, పరిశోధకులకు, చరిత్రకారులకు ఉపయోగపడేలా నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని పేర్కొoటూ ముఖ్య అతిథిని పరిచయం చేశారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో విశ్వవిద్యాలయ రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ డా. ఎ.వి.ఎన్‌.రెడ్డి ప్రసంగించి వందన సమర్పణ చేశారు. అంతకు ముందు కాళోజి చిత్ర పటానికి పూలమాల వేసి నివాళి అర్పించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పలువురు డీన్స్, డైరెక్టర్స్, అన్ని ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నాయకులు, అధ్యాపక, అధ్యాపకేతర సిబ్బంది తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Kaloji Narayana Rao Memorial Lecture in Dr B R Ambedkar Open University
Hyderabad: Dr B R Ambedkar Open University organized Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao Memorial Lecture as part of 109th Birthday Celebrations on September 20 at its campus.
The Chief Guest Dr Ravulapati Sitharama Rao, Associate Professor of Telugu, SR& BGNR Government Degree College, Khammam delivered the lecture on “Constitutional Morality – Kaloji’s Poetry and Personality”. Dr Ravulapati said that Kaloji’s life is full of values. Kaloji fought the development of the society till the end with his straightforward writings.
He explained that Kaloji was a public poet, a poet of struggle and passion. He said that Kaloji’s poetry used to question the irresponsibility of the people, it used to remind them of responsibility from time to time, and it used to question the mistakes made by leaders in relation to contemporary politics. On the one hand questioning the leaders and on the other hand warning the enforcers of the laws, he used to obey the laws himself as a responsible citizen.
He explained that he was very fond of the constitution and wished that the thought processes of the leaders should be within the scope of the state. It is stated that the language used by the people along with the Telangana language and slang are the dialects used in Telangana villages. He said that if he gets angry on any matter, he will criticize your face regardless of whether it is big or small. Kaloji’s modest life is ideal for future generations.
Prof K. Seetharama Rao, Vice-Chancellor, BRAOU presided over the program, he said Kaloji stood in the front row among Telangana veterans, and reminded that during his life, he had the philosophy of Telangana language, Telangana accent and the separate statewood for Telangana. It is stated that Kaloji’s writings were the lifeblood of the Telangana movement.
Prof Ghanta Chakrapani, Director Academic, BRAOU introduced about the program and Chief Guest. Dr.A.V.R.N. Reddy, Registrar spoke on the occasion & Proposed vote of thanks. The program was attended by the Directors, Deans, Heads of the branches, Teaching and Non-teaching Staff members and representatives of various service associations.
Earlier The Chief guest Dr.Ravulapati Sitharam, Prof. K. Seetharama Rao, Prof Ghanta Chakrapani, Dr.A.V.R.N. Reddy, Directors garlanded the portrait of Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao and offered rich floral tributes.
