తనకు జారీ అయిన నోటీసులకు సంబంధించి ఈ నెల 11న విచారణకు హాజరవుతారని కల్వకుంట కవిత స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈ మేరకు బుధవారం నాడు ఆమె ఈడి జాయింట్ డైరెక్టర్కు లేఖ రాశారు. ముందస్తు అపాయింట్మెంట్లు మరియు కార్యక్రమాలు ఉన్నందున 9న విచారణకు హాజరు కాలేయని తేల్చి చెప్పారు.
హడావిడిగా దర్యాప్తు చేయడం ఏంటని ఈడిని కవిత నిలదీశారు. ఇంత స్వల్ప కాలంలో విచారణకు రావాలని నోటీసులు జారీ చేయడం ఏంటో అర్థం కావడం లేదని లేఖలో పేర్కొన్నారు. దర్యాప్తు పేరిట రాజకీయo చేస్తున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోందని విమర్శించారు. ప్రస్తుత దర్యాప్తుతో తాను చేసేది ఏమీ లేదని తెలిపారు. ఒక సామాజిక కార్యకర్తగా ఒక వారం ముందే నా కార్యక్రమాలు ఖరారయ్యాయనీ, కాబట్టి 11వ తేదీన విచారణకు హాజరవుతానని తెలియజేశారు. రాజకీయ కక్షలో భాగంగానే ఇదంతా చేస్తున్నట్లు స్పష్టమవుతుందన్నారు.
దేశ పౌరురాలిగా ఒక మహిళగా చట్టపరమైనటువంటి అన్ని హక్కులను తాను ఉపయోగించుకుంటానని తేల్చి చెప్పారు.

Further, I fail to understand as to why I have been summoned at such a short notice. It seems that certain political motives have been masquerading in the name of investigation. I categorically say that I have nothing to do with the present investigation. As stated , being a social worker and having prior commitments, I had already planned my schedule for the upcoming week, and the abrupt rejection of my request seems to be motivated by reasons best known to you, which demonstrates that it is nothing but “Political victimisation”.
However, without prejudice to my rights and contentions available in law as well as equity, being a true and law abiding citizen of this country, I will appear at your good offices on 11.03.2023, as adamantly directed by you in the teeth of the laws mentioned hereinabove. You can be assured of my full cooperation in the matter.
